So many bad reviews about Betfred, and here comes another one! Closed my account couldn’t tell me why or the reason for this, just that the safe gambling team have decided to close my account, for what reason? Had no email even though they have said I would get an email? Been 2 weeks no email, when I try asking live chat to why my account has closed they can’t give a reason and close the chat. They’ve lost a good customer and looks like they’ll continue to lose customers as they keep expecting customers to deposit and play and than block there accounts after. I hope something is Done about Betfred, bet365 and betfair as all these company’s are the same and they all need to be closed, the gambling commission aren’t doing there job as there letting these bettong company’s Rob customers.

This is a poor company. Customer care doesn’t respond. I withdrew $3000 from my investment wallet at Planoff..Investment..Company and deposited it here so that I could play some games but the money did not reflect in my account.I have reached customer care in the last 24 hours but nobody is giving a suitable reason why my money is yet to be reflected.

Spoke to a customer service representative (Nathan H) who was extremely rude, and had no idea what he was talking about, he told that if I want to win I need to stake more money and deposit much more frequently. Bloody awful site cash outs are terrible and its saying watch live and when I placed a 70 pounds bet couldnt watch it called in and said oh its because your balance is zero you have to have. Apenny in your account never heard such rubbish opened a complaint and have to wait 3 days for a manager call back that shows how many people are having complaints AVOID AT ALL COSTS go to bet 365 far better and none of this crap like Betfred

Main gripe is the bonus bet when signing up is not only very ambiguous, but also have so many rings to jump through once you make your deposit to even qualify for the niche conditions to qualify for it just immediately put me off. I know a lot of bookies have gone down this road in the last couple of years and maybe people are used to it, but for me its just dodgy and just kind of reinforces the fact that these people really are soul suckers.

If the was a zero star ?? that would be it. So I opened an account with betfred only last night. I depoist 500 in total and was luck to have won and got it up to 2300. So I withdrew 2000 and left the 300 in to have a play with. When I woke this morning couldnt get into account as was saying there was an error. So rang there number so and was told point blank the account was closed and the funds that I had withdrew had been cancelled. I asked why and no reason was giving. Will be taking this matter further because is it a total disgrace.

Horrendous live chat support from Eisha B needs help to be bothered to help. I have since sent an email of complaint regarding a bet settlement. Not heard anything back in 72 hours, and it says they will contact you in 24 hours. Will take your money but not help if you have questions. I went to log in this morning it asked me to change my password, I did this, and it won’t accept the new one or the temporary one they provided. JOKE go elsewhere

The app uses face recognition to log in which makes it faster. I enjoyed the promotions on offer, especially the first goalscorer odds. However, it would be better if the score was shown for football matches in-play on the open bet tab. Also, football coupons are not as easy to navigate as other betting sites. Overall 4/5.

Opted into two promotions which were advertised to me, placed the bets and never received the free bets which the promotion offered. Went to the livechat to inquire, the support staff named Adam B was condescending to me and put all the blame on me without an offer to rectify the situation. Loyalty and customer service is terrible.I had an account for a while and use it regular – one week Im told I didnt opt into the promotion and so I dont get the spins when I 100% did opt in.I then asked for my account to be reviewed as I am never offered any promotional things and Im told Im not due anything even tho I used the account a lot and for a long time.Wont be depositing anymore unless they sort this out and advise you not to bother as well.Other sites are far better value for money

As an Irish resident, you can download their app and deposit funds from an Irish account, even verify your ID as an Irish citizen but when you win and try to withdraw they will tell you that you cannot withdraw funds to an Irish card. Despite taking money from one. No where does it mention this. Company is a fraud.

Gambled in shop with Betfred for over a decade, have made 2 complaints about my experience in that duration, once for being sworn and shouted at (No banter involved) and a 2nd time last week after a catalogue of failures involving bet settlement on their part. After the 1st incident they offered me a free bet of a tenner, which I never accepted nor asked for, this time I received an email where they managed to open with spelling my surname incorrectly (Despite it being clearly visible on my email address). Anyway, a week later and I’ve heard nothing more, as a former “Explicit Standards Manager” in this field I can safely say Betfred, from my experience are comfortably the worst of any high street bookmakers available. The in shop experience is appalling, as a long standing customer I can say with absolute conviction I shall not be returning.

I was allowed to use Betfred even though I was registered with gamstop, I was allowed to bet as i please , and not even asked for any documents and my account was never verified….I have been pointed in the right direction by the right people to take further action against Betfred ….
