Ime as honest as I can be. Well I no gambling is gambling but the amount I have deposited upto now is a lot and I can HONESTLY SAY I ain't won withdrew NAFF ALL. I don't do to bad on coral and virgin bet. But you no what the gambler I am I will keep having a crack at it but not for much longer

I joined Betfred to make use of the free bet promotion over Cheltenham, I met my side of the deal, but Betfred did not!The bets credited were not as stated, removing the single win bets, very disappointing and would not recommend Betfred on line

Offered me a sign up bonus of deposit ten receive 50 in free bets,,, won my first 3 bets small stakes , closed my account down didn’t offer the free bets as advertised, never gave an explanation as to why they closed my account, lying company that screwed me over the kind of bookie that only like u if you lose money , avoid like the plague never honoured there sign up bonus

I placed a bet on Saturday, a £3.66 football Accra, they inexplicably made it £54.90 and still showed my potential returns as £299.89 for which my stake of £3.66 would have returned. Had I placed a bet of £51.40 my returns would have shown as £8593. I’ve spent hours on their online chat and can’t speak to anyone and sent 2 emails with no reply. It seems customer service is non existent. I’m due £51.40 back and the way things are looking I doubt I’ll see it again. I withdrew all my money from them and won’t be placing another bet.

Just visited their store in Wood Green to collect winnings from a bet, printed from the machine and took to the counter to which the guy said I need the original bet to pay out. I said no you don’t that’s why it prints it from the machine, he said it’s policy and told me I had to get it out of the bin. I have bet in many betfred stores and never had to do this, having told him this he continued to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong and then refusing to pay out the money as I wouldn’t listen to him. Finally got my money from him and told him his service was awful and wouldn’t come back to which he told me to get out and not come back. If this is the service they offer it’s no wonder other bookmakers are far busier. I won’t be returning.

I opened up an account to place some bets on the Cheltenham festival. Done ok. Ended up with about £66.00 on my account. Then Bet Fred put another £50 onto my account. I then go onto some sort of slot machine I think I’m using my £50 free credit. Was not on it for long but I’m not using the £50 free credit. I’m actually using my £66.00 and within a very short time my £66.00 has gone.My point being if you had not issued the supposedly £50 free credit I wouldn’t not of played the slot machine. So basically I think it’s very confusing. But a very clever move by Bet Fred .
