Needs work needs more free bets rewards and better points free bonuses etc .could be quicker withdrawals . Will change to a 10/10 if some these can be rectified

Signed up deposited was in the middle of playing then got kicked won’t let me play account frozen id requested id has been provided but no response apparently they need I id for age verification I’m signed up to a few other sites 0 problems I’m also on the electoral register and experian so they can do it electronically apparently I failed the electronic verification which is 100% not true as they use experian and electronic register to do this both of which I’m signed up for as a new customer this is very frustrating and even though I have provided id I will just play off my ballance and not play again the website is super super slow takes ages for anything to load when I have a 10k gaming pc and 1gb download and 1gb upload so it’s clearly betfreds problem

Absolute con. Signed up with a bonus. Never got the bonus and was told that I had gone onto the wrong game even though I had a screenshot of the promotion and the games was not even on there platform.

Misleading advertisingI’ve just registered with them and I’ve completed all steps that states on the welcome bonus offer but didn’t get my bonus. Contacted their costumer service once regarding this problem but when I’ve explained they said that I am not eligible for the welcome bonus without any other explanation and disconnected straight away. Awful customer service. They will not see any of my money ever again and I will raise this matter to gambling comission and make a formal complaint for misleading advertising as I got proof of everything what I say

Terrible customer service won’t give me a contact number for ceo and terminated the call because I was recording for evidence SCAM bookies will be closed down soon enough already on there last warning! My wife has been asked to send a photo of her bank card front and back to Betfred. As she did not feel safe doing this she asked betfred to withdraw a winning bet of 90 only to be told this cannot be done until she sends in the photos.We find this unbelievable keeping someone’s money and we would advise anyone not to deal with this company.

Just checking these reviews as I thought it was just my bad luck paying hundreds on slots with rarely bonuses and when you do it’s pittance..got 12 free spins on 1 bets and won 80p…seems to be the last few months this has been happening..closing my account. The poorest bookmaker on the market make the rules up as they go along, staff are rude in shop and online. Has to be the slowest betting app out there, so frustrating . Always buffering, you can never claim your free bets or offers because it wont allow you too.I just feel annoyed every time I use it. I must of spent over an hour trying to claim 5 spins.
