Just visited their store in Wood Green to collect winnings from a bet, printed from the machine and took to the counter to which the guy said I need the original bet to pay out. I said no you don’t that’s why it prints it from the machine, he said it’s policy and told me I had to get it out of the bin. I have bet in many betfred stores and never had to do this, having told him this he continued to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong and then refusing to pay out the money as I wouldn’t listen to him. Finally got my money from him and told him his service was awful and wouldn’t come back to which he told me to get out and not come back. If this is the service they offer it’s no wonder other bookmakers are far busier. I won’t be returning.

I opened up an account to place some bets on the Cheltenham festival. Done ok. Ended up with about £66.00 on my account. Then Bet Fred put another £50 onto my account. I then go onto some sort of slot machine I think I’m using my £50 free credit. Was not on it for long but I’m not using the £50 free credit. I’m actually using my £66.00 and within a very short time my £66.00 has gone.My point being if you had not issued the supposedly £50 free credit I wouldn’t not of played the slot machine. So basically I think it’s very confusing. But a very clever move by Bet Fred .

On a positive the free bets were almost instant, on a negative, personally I didn’t think it offered as good an odds or places than other providers.

Overall the expieriance is quite good ,but the app can be quite slow . Sometimes as today the 5 free spins game didnt give you the free spins ( eye of horus ) . The one thing that could be improved upon is you have to log in everytime you open the app . Would be a lot better if after logging in once it stayed open untill say midnight .

As a new customer I can yell you I had to.wait a long time for my welcome bonus to be added and that's a bit disconcerting but eventually it was added ok .The Aca bonus clearly indicates Ew Accas acceptable I questioned this with customer services and they confirmed yes no problem place Ew Aca using free bets . But then later they changed ther minds and said win bets only this is tight Really and not very competitive. But all in all the Bet Fred experience as been ok .

U game when all the late goals went in you never registered any til game was over.This gave me no chance of a cash out.I had Man.u to win 3 1.Tonight Sat 15 march.Brentfords second goal was 71 minutes.It took you 76 minutes to register it.I am finding your whole set up slow and frustrating.

I attempted to contact Betfred on the live chat before 9am, foolishly thinking it may be quieter. I was informed the wait time was 51 mins so kept refreshing the screen to ensure the chat was not ended. After a 2 hour wait, the chat was ended by Betfred without even engaging with myself in conversation. Shocking Customer Service and to say I was fuming, is an understatement! Will be contacting them immediately to close my account!
