I registered on the page that gave you 30 free spins and 30 in free bets, I didn't get the 30 free spins so I contacted them but they wouldn't give them to me, they were cold calculated and cavalier, I'm registered with all online bookies. Betfred is by far the worst, they don't deserve loyal punters, go somewhere else a mile better friendly experience from all the others

Unfortunately ALL online casinos are rigged. This is just another one. Gambling commission are in on this scam folks, I promise you. I do realise a lot of people are waking up and smelling the coffee. I'm here to give my 2 cent, stay away. They are all a big fraud, they have all there explanations on fairness and regulations at the ready because this is were they easily get out of it. If I could give 0 stars I would. The % of payout's compared to what they take off people is totally wrong and should be made illegal. I have played on lots of sites over the years but this without a doubt is the worst. Also with how much people are struggling just now financely there just looking for something to help out. But this scum just take everything you have they should be ashamed. The customer service is a total joke that don't reply to emails. Well I've sent one again today to close my account so they'll have to reply to that one.

Bet regularly on distances and when meeting that are good they have no prices available. Contacted them by chat and they just said it was the Traders. No effort to help so I closed my account. Attitude is poor and obviously a poor customer service company.

Refused to pay me out on a winning bet, went to the ombudsmen, Bet Fred got told to pay me which they did then barred me for reporting them. Complete joke so avoid

Do not play their rigged Blackjack Switch. This rigged piece of garbage has just taken almost 200 pounds from me in 10 minutes. 6s 5s 3s it does not matter what the dealer has he either makes 21 or a push with 22 killing your only chance to recover. Playtech who makes these will eventually have to pay billions in recompense for their theft. The House edge ahould be miniscule but it is simply mathematically impossible for the house to run as good as it does.

Play if you want your money stolen. Otherwise avoid this and all Playtech products.

Easy to set up the account and get started……. BUT first time i withdrew no money arrived within the first 48 working hours. Decided to login and see what the status was, could not find any place to look at in my account. So had a live chat which took several minutes to start talking to a person. They told me they are having problems and could not tell me when my money would hit my account………. i then went and read reviews stating similar problems from many unhappy customers! Terrible first experience and will not be using them again

One star is generous. Hardly won but thought I'd give another try. Forgot my details 3 times so account was blocked. Contacted customer services via live chat. 23rd in queue. 15 mins later got connected , spoken to Jake D. Said account was blocked , went through all my security etc. Waited another 10 mins no reply. So asked again , then he said you have to phone 0800 number! After all that I told him nah no thanks will go elsewhere and leave a review on trust pilot. Planks! Crappy CS

Been with these for a few years and used to get a nice win now and again but last few months is terribly.they say they can't alter odds but I don't believe it.won nothing in ages and although it's gambling I don't believe you could be so unlucky as to win nothing.no loyalty.just lining there pockets but one good thing I will not give them another penny.

Just home after betting 2300 pounds in betfred shop , that's not the problem . The problem is the one winner i got was 5 seconds late on the virtual but with the tv turned off in scotland and no commentary and the shop busy there should be a discretion for time and the fact that i am in a lot and bet regulary with them should mean something. I'm waiting to hear from area manager but if the bet isint paid out I'll never bet with them again, ita a disgrace that TVs are on in england but we are to guess when races are going off fs

Worst site ever. Withdrew 800 supposed to be easy fast withdrawls especially to PayPal went to online chat was told usually takes 12 hours to go in PayPal it has been 48 hours still no money. It’s a joke, other sites withdrawls are in within 3 hours, will not be putting anymore money on this site.

Been with them for about a month now, iv not had a problem, could be a bit more quick with withdrawals but has paid out and live chat has been quick when Iv needed someone to speak to. Was a bit worried reading the reviews after I joined up as I had 500 to withdraw 100 then 400 on the same day, 100 went in first, spoke to someone on live chat today and the 400 will be sorted tonight, so fingers crossed all will be ok. Operator that does not operate in good faith.

Recently tried to place a bet in shop
With this company, the race had set off and the horse had fallen before the operator had time to place the bet. The bet should be void but the customer service team advised they have a 30
Second grace period. So
Taking a bet for something that had already lost surely is
Illegal? Customer service team were rude and argumentative. Is this how the Betfred brand treats it’s loyal clients

went to cash my bet put on lucky 15 31 and 63 on my lucky 15 my horse was a none runner so put none runner favourite on in box with best odds. so i should of got 3xs the odd which it clearly states but the Manager of Bury St Heywood said i could only be paid for a single win so when i ask why i only got times 1 stake winner, i was told thats all i was allowed. so i phone customer services and they said that they couldnt understand why she had only paid 1times winner on the bet because i am entitled to 3 times the winner and told me to go into the shop and ask for a request for all my bets to be checked in the past, so did that. later on went back to the shop and asked the manager as she done it to which she replyed, we do not want your custom anymore your barred and she would only check the last week bets. so now i am sitting at home wondering what i have done wrong and is she a thief

DO NOT GO on slots during this Covid crisis. They're cashing in as much as they can due too street stores closing down. i did 800x spins on slots and got nothing. ended up throwing 500quid on roulette luckily got up too 2200 and withdrew. If any one is planning on going on the casino side of betfred.. dont go on slots. Either go on sports bets or go roulette/blackjack <— {still not recommended} but i luckily scooped a few quid and dashed from this site. Go on websites that don't have street chain stores. Quick to take your money, not so quick to pay out though. I've always got paid out eventually, other sites usually pay out within a couple of hours when using PayPal, not Betfred, they can take several days to pay up.

I recently signed up to Betfred using the promo code to get my free bet following the instructions, I didn't receive it straight away as they had to receive verification through my phone but the following day my account was credited with 40. I managed to build this up to 290 and withdrew, I was worried at first after all the bad reviews I read but after making the request on the Sunday the money was in my bank the following Friday. They are taking longer to process withdrawals than usual and are a nightmare to get through to but it seems as long as you follow the criteria etc you will be paid out.

Paid my money for Irish lotto lucky dips for the next month. Tried to log in today, password reset, still can’t get into account. Can’t ring as phone lines not operating, so sat waiting to ‘chat’ online with them, to be told my account is closed.

Can’t get money back, can’t check to see if I will win over the next few weeks with it being lucky dip and no access to account, so no idea what numbers are.

Absolutely disgusting way to operate.
Apparently though I agreed to this on signing up for an account with them. Yeah course I did, I really agreed to place bets and for you to just run off with my cash whenever you see fit.

My wife wanted to bet at Ascot . Locked in with the kids i said open an account which she duly did . She put 50 in her account then the site froze. She could not get back into her account kept saying wrong password . She started again applied for a new password. No she is blocked. In the meantime her 50 comes out of her bank. She emails the company explaining whats happened. She gets a snotty email this morning saying her account is blocked and with the terms and conditions she agreed to when opening her account her account will not reopen and they will not get into any further discussions. I tried to answer that email and she has had her email blocked and so you cannot contact them. Surely this is fraud? . Can they keep her 50? You cannot phone the company and now she cannot access the online people to chat with as they have blocked her IP address

Betfred provide poor customer service online.

If you have problems with them, the procedure to follow is to put your complaint in writing – preferably email. Give them a fair amount of time to respond, say three days. If no reply, send another email – possibly give three days. If they do not respond or their response is unsatisfactory, contact the betting regulator, the Gambling Commission, via their website.

Was tempted to Register and try the Irish Lottery because of the 20 Free Bet and 5 free Scratchcards Offer. Once registered I placed the requisite 5 bet but did not see any free bet money in my account. Contacted Betfred via their chat line and after a 3 hour wait was told that I hadn’t entered the promotion code during registration so was not entitled to the free bets!
There was no prompt to enter this code during the registration process and I had gone to the registration process from a link which said ‘Claim this Offer’. What more did I need to do???
At the best it smacks of being very misleading, and at the worst a scam! Wish I’d read these Trustpilot reviews before getting involved with them. Will be withdrawing the money I have deposited with them and trying somewhere else.

I've done 15 deposits since I joined a month or so ago. I literally havnt managed to get any of the decent bonus features to land. Also it keeps shutting me out of game saying server internal error every few mins. It's very frustrating. I've tried to get them to close my account but there's noone on phone lines and the online chat has over 200 people queuing. I really wouldn't recommend. I also never ever received my joining bonus free spins.
