Absolutely terrible customer service over a problem of their own making. They make up these so called promotions but fail to settle the bet properly and you then have to wait 4 days despite their own staff 3 times telling you that the bet stake should be refunded no member of staff is competent enough to deal with it and in the end when it was finally refunded the email they promised to advise me on the matter never came

Popped into my nearest Town Centre and was having a few bets in Bet Freds . Always no.4 on tge Virtual Horses. After about 10 or so had a 12/1 winner. Went to get paid was told i put it on 3 sec to late. I gave tge Bet in time but the young lady had ti do some URGENT stapling first. Her glee at not paying out plus her attitude was poor. I was polite and left the shop after coincidence of when i put a bet on after that my change was given in 1 coins. I slept on it and re visited Sunday Morning and the same young lady was on duty , i asked for a contact number for an Area Manager , she said 2 words , Customer Services , i asked fir tge number , she reluctantly wrote it down. I gave them a call when i got home only to be told i need the reciept number of the bet. So another trip into Town awaits. I am not a young oaf , but a seniot citizen who deserves to be treated with respect. Is having a Job a cause to be rude and dis courteuos.

Take your deposits and when you win and withdraw they take your money and block your account Scammers and fraudsters play elsewhere

Quite like Betfred few gripes though I joined a few weeks ago not received any welcome bonuses yet and I received a text yesterday 30/08 promising race Carlisle 19:50 if your horse comes 2nd you get a free bet Bouncing Bobby came 2nd still waiting Anyway that’s of my chest onwards and upwards

Im in remission from throat cancer so dont get out that often. I decided to open an account with Betfred they were very helpful in getting me started and when I completed all the necessary questions and made a deposit I got 30 in fee bets which was amazing. The site is great, great range of games to play, major issue for me is when playing slots the amount of crashes due to internal server errors is horrendous which completely ruins the experience, searching various forums this issue has been going on for a long time and still not resolved. Very disappointed.
