Gotta say. I agree totally with all the negative reviews. And also another thing some do is. Don't tell you your bet is late. It loses… You chuck it away. They pick up your losing slip once you leave the shop.. And cash it themselves.. Know of any disgruntled staff. I've a new venture for them. Add me on snapchat.. LMIESTER8. Pay is far better. Betfred ripped off yet again, second time now, so here is your review, yesterday the 28th you offered in your shop an extra place race offer on the 2.50 at taunton offering 5 places, my horse finished 5th.The bet was declined as the offer was online only, when i said it was in your shop, on your screen, i was told i was wrong it was never advertised in the shop. This is a lie…… if anyone by any chance has a screenshot of yesterdays screens i know it's a longshot i would be grateful.Word of caution if you are doing the extra place races with Betfred take a screenshot of the screen in the shop as proof for when they try to steal your winnings.

The website is a bit slow and clunky especially for football betting and you can't bet on as many markets like other sites, there's no double chance and both teams to score. But payouts are the next day and the casino is decent enough. You can play sic bo with live dealer, not many online casinos do that.

Worst site I've ever been on

Bet on here daily and god knows why today there was a promotion for free spins they didnt load went on to live chat and they advised me to clear cache cookies etc. And log back in. Did that and low and behold the promotion as totally disappeared? ? Goes back to live chat and she says I'll receive a email in 24 hours (this is for 5 free spins by the way) the amount I I depsoit daily weekly and she let me close my account over 5 spins rubbish customer service who let's a loyal customer walk away for 5 spins after reading other people's reviews I reckon she as done me a favour. As with all bookies, they have promotions but they will find ways to not honour them! I was a customer for ages but will never use them again.

I still dont understand why the still open. I was playing with them even in town in the shops. 1 of the worse % of winings ther . Played roulette took my money and didn't get spin error message popped up, press to refresh and cash gone and no spin. Phoned customers service they said they would sort it out in 48 hours, phoned them again and told to wait another 48 hours and still nothing. Avoid at all cost.

Don't lose your time with this bunch of arrogant staff. Tried to ask for a nice gesture from them as one of my bonus expired I didn't know it, not a single effort to be helpful in any way. I know other bookies like William Hill or Bet365 who would have come up with a nice solution. Not this arrogant persons. Avoid at all price. So many bookmakers on the market you'll have no problem to find much, mcuh better and friendly too.

Wish there was a zero for this company, absolutely shocking and staff down right rude. We come from a little town called Carluke in Scotland which has a betfred. We visit family down here in Heathfield, which we visit regularly. My husband was refused to putting a bet on as it was only Scottish money he had on him, wouldn’t it be a bad day if every Scottish betfred refused to take English money, you would be up in arms and probably out of business. Your staff also really needs to be retrained in customer services as well, if I spoke to a customer like that I would have been in big trouble, so please get pleasant staff. Would definitely not recommend this company to put bets on 😡😡😡

I won a substantial amount of money in a shop in Northampton. The incompetent guy behind the toll has told me he has no cash but he could do a transfer which would take 2 days into my bank account. Surprise, surprise money is not in my bank 7 days later. After calling their customer service all they could say is that the money was sent and that’s it. So I’ve asked them if the money is lost and her answer was yes.

If anyone has any legal advice I could take against these thieves please let me know.

Betfred stockton heath,warrington. In first thing this morning no papers. wednesday just gone, no papers. Last saturday, no papers. At least 4 mornings last week, no papers. Same thing the week before. This has been going on for at least 2 months. Its hard enough picking winners when you have the form. No papers clearly equals no form. Im not betting when theres no papers, just turned round and left the shop. Wonder how many people have done what I have? Clearly betfred have so much money they dont care about losing a few customers. The shop opens at 830 am, why cant the damn papers get there on time anymore? Why cant they sort this out? Ive been betting with Dones/betfred for nearly 30 years, disgusting that they dont care enough about their customers they cant even give them the basic requirement of papers. If Fred spent less time grandstanding on Tv with his "pushes" and got to the coal face once in a while, things might improve. Tried phoning customer services only to presented with numbered options none of which seemed to fit with my complaint. Sort it out Fred.

Tried to have a bet with Betfred in Whitechapel, Liverpool using Northern Ireland STIRLING bank notes but they refused to accept them although other Betfred offices in the same area would accept my cash.
Found the Manager DEAN to be a total waste of space who I think should be either retired or sacked.
I've given them 1 star because I cant reward any lower. Bet with Paddy Power, Ladbrooks or William Hill, they appreciate their customers.

Terrible: crashed game, no solution. I was playing break the bank again when the game crashed around the spin 200 – how convenient… Received a message to close the game and re-open it from the lobby, starting a new one. So all lost.
Customer support was rude and slow, after a while they told me they couldn't find any anomaly and refused to send the question to their IT department t further investigation.
When requesting to contact a supervisor, the first CS, Josh, closed the chat without even replying to that, the second CS, Chloe, said that a supervisor wouldn't speak to me.

So they took the money, delivered a defective product and didn't even bother to send the question to their IT department.

I'm not a big gambler, but if you are and don't want to have this happening, choose a reliable casino with decent customer service. I wish I had seen that they are blacklisted by The Pogg before I joined, this was my second visit and very unpleasant.

I had a problem with money going missing. It may have been Betfred's fault, or it may have been a problem with the bank. I used the chat help on their site. I was polite and respectful… unfortunately neither of the staff I spoke to were. The first one tried to fob me off, and pass the buck without offer a solution. The second one… omg… After failing to actually read what I'd read, or talk to me in a professional manner, I gave up, politely thanked him, or her for their time… and was told to "F*** off". I'm an experienced call centre operative. Betfred's costumer service standards standards are so low, that they might as well close their service centre. I will be sticking to B365 in future, their customer service, which I've used several times, is excellent… and their odds are far better. ONLY MUGS BET AT BETFRED.

I'd give 0 stars if possible online betting biggest pile of rubbish out there. I've bet 100 on tennis match to be told I cant watch it as I need a 1 pence balance. Funny enough minimum deposit is 5 pounds total con. So I've given them 100 quid paying customer am I not yet I'm not allowed to watch live tennis on website because I dont have 1 pence balance. Really poor. Placed an in-play bet using the app, had the bet confirmed as placed and my betting balance decreased by the same amount as the bet I had placed. Come back at the end of the game having won the bet and surprise surprise, the bet is nowhere to be seen and my balance is back to where it was before the bet. Speak to the live chat people who obviously think I’m just trying to scam them and say there is nothing that they can do. No offer of a gesture of goodwill e.g. a small value free bet, free spins. Nothing. Following which they simply close the chat down as they don’t want to talk to me anymore. Poor quality app with obvious glitches and poor customer service. Will be drawing all money out and moving elsewhere. AVOID.

How about this for a shocker. Date 13 August 19

Visited a bet fred shop in Cardiff just off splot rd 1 cashier on the premises who was outside smoking a cigarette. Now theres 2 customers in shop 1 pacing trying 2 get a bet on the other customer is playing on the machine and my good self. I now also wanted to place a bet so I called him and told him come on mate I wanna get a bet on.

So he returned to the shop I got my bet on he was very polite just obviously not concerned about the security of the shop or indeed that customers wanted to place a bet.

The last straw for me was when I went to bet on a greyhound race to find that the afternoon greyhound racing card was still up and the night card was nowhere in shop.

A truly shocking customer experience. I left the shop and went to Ladbrokes around the corner.

I was playing on a casino machine on betfred and I was playing on highest stakes…the bonus dropped in…garentueed a food payout! But the machine suddenly stops working? Just totally freezes right at the time I was winning…after a few days they said they would give me 25 pound. That win would of been at least a few hundred. Quite bad from management and customer service…and if the machine was not a fix and it is broke…howcome is not out of order…its basically theft.

Betfred is a really good bookmaker with a cool site. Truth be told, there are some days where odds provided for games are way better than the ones placed on other days and this is dependent on the kind of games you bet on. they have an terrific customer service provision. I once had an issue with making withdrawals so I contacted the customer service and I got a positive feedback.
