Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Games roulette games are terrible really need investigating not just fobbing customers off with games are random regulated etc. Hopeless bonuses with huge wagering requirements will be closing my account. Probably one to avoid

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

Started off well, with plenty of offers and good odds on some matches. But started to decline when I won an ew bet on odds of 20, with bets not accepted. Did not take them long to restict all my bets to small amounts. Their KYC is a bit off a faff too, the worst I have used. I didnt have problems withdrawing though, thank goodness

please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. Proper theives, i have a account with betfred only last sunday 10/10/21 got a tx and email off them saying have 5 free spins on us they call it super spins day… There is also promos which you opt in and get free spin rewards on the monday they call that one free spin acc, so i thought might aswell opt in if im going to play anyway!!! When i went to login i was shocked to find out that my access was denied and the reason was safer gambling team were reviewing my account.
