do not trust betfred with your money, they steal deposits and dont always let you withdraw! what they are doing is 100% illegal and gambling commission is covering them up..no one seems to be helping vulnerable customers get their stolen money back besides thisisgambling.com not only are they nice people to work with but they also post regular updates and reports on their page as well as responding regularly to the customers.

Lost my withdrawal. After chasing it up with my bank, they said that the withdrawal was not initiated at all and that nothing had been received. Been over a month now and still nothing. Customer service is also terrible, as the live chat consists of one singular person working at a time, which is why there's regular queues of up to 60 people. Ridiculous.

I had a reason to contact customer services at Betfred. They replied almost instantly, and their service was exceptional. I would highly recommend them as a company I have dealt with for some time, and for the excellent customer service agents.

My experience with online fraudsters is something I never wished for and it pains me to know that some of us here are still going through what I experienced in the past, i needed money to help my family and sort out other financial challenges but I ended up in the hands of scammers! Because of my zeal to recover all I've lost, i continued searching till I saw a post about Kelvin , After Info with him I received my first profit within some days.

I want a refund for my open bet
They’ve closed my account. Didn’t even win that much. If they’d have left my account open they’d probably have won it back lol. I had a 10 bet open with them. Do i have any chance of getting that 10 back? Just think its wrong and surely slightly criminal that they can take 10 for nothing

Absolute joke deposited some money and balance showing 0, money taken from bank. Called customer service after 30 minute wait told it’s a technical error and the money may hit the balance or be refunded back to account. Said can take up to 48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous, stolen my deposit from bank and won’t apply it to balance blaming a technical issue. Never had this issue with any other bookie.

am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling

The issue that I have experienced was Saturday 24/07/2021: I placed a bet on a greyhound in shop 979 betfred bromley Road and was announced its price boosted. When the greyhound won I went to collect it they paid me at Sp and are saying its boosted to 11/4 even though the greyhound returned 11/4 in every bookmakers in the country. The member of staff called customer services and he put the phone down on her which wad very wrong as a customer standing I front of the staff witnessing that. That is legalised robbery and shouldn't be allowed where betfred offers a price boost and don't pay out. Betfred are happy so long as you are losing and terrible for paying out on the boosts which is so immoral.

It occurred on: 2021-07-24

This meant that I had 20 and got paid out at 11/4 returns 75. They are holding onto my boosted returns because they feel they can.

Been playing for a long time with betfred and although I should just stop I know its a ripoff its difficult. Its nearly impossible to win anything over the last six months. Terrible service, wasn’t welcome to the welcome offer because it was over 7 days I made my registration only because I couldn’t find my documents to complete my account I went on live chat and spoke to an agent called “Ellis G” told them my situation and they said NO you ain’t welcome to nothing, where for example I had the same probable with ladbrokes but they understood and credited me with the offer which was lovely, these won’t do nothing like this for you , stay away they just want your money .

All the bad reviews seem to be aimed at bonuses not being applied or payouts not being paid because the wagering requirements were not met.

I placed a bet for Italy to beat England in the Euros
final and placed the bet on the Match Result which as a novice to betting beloved to include extra time and penalties. I was informed by the Betfred customer support that the match result does not include E/T and Penalties and that this is stated in the betting rules. I appreciated that I should have read the Betting Rules but let's be honest who does??? Betfred could easily make this clearer when placing bets and my complaint isn't that they don't class play after the 90mins as part of the match result but rather that they don't highlight this when you place your bet. I certainly won't be using them again…

I am very experienced when it comes to online betting and know exactly what I am placing bets on and the terms.

Seems like others have also been done over.

I have placed bets with them in the last few weeks and always on betslips it clearly states 90 minutes as it suppose to.

However not on this occasion.
On the england game I placed a bet for -any player to score a penalty- and nowhere did it state 90 minutes. this clearly indicates to me it will include extra time and a penalty shootout.

Nowhere anywhere did it state 90mins, not on my betslip or the menu box prior to placing the bet.
I triple checked this before placing the bet so I knew if the game would go into extra time or penaltys I would know and route for a penalty in extra time or a shootout.

they decided to settle it as a loss when it should be a win.

I joined Betfred because of a promotion they had on! Bet 10 get 100 free spins.

They give me 50 free spins and told me I’d need to deposit another 10 in order to get the other free spins! Complete scam and false advertising! Customer service is just non existent and when they do reply to you, they just fob you off! I’ve escalated my complaint as they’ve just blanked me.

Placed a bet on the Denmark v England match – not paying out because the goal was after the planned match time. To add insult to injury, I don't get the sign up bonus because I deposited via PayPal, and Customer Services (Steven R) completely lacked any empathy. Bet with caution!
Placed a bet on England to win over Denmark, they won and betfred did not pay out because the score was 1-1 at 90 mins. The do not make this in anyway clear it's obviously a bit sneaky as this doesn't apply to the other football matches. Surprised they can get away with it.
