Seems I’m having the same problem as everyone else, have been robbed of my winnings after they changed my bet on the England game.
I placed the bet for England to win shouldn’t matter how long it takes as it was a match bet not a timed bet!

I placed a bet for England to win. They did but my bet history states I lost!? My bet didn't stipulate it had to be within 90 minutes, merely England to win. This shouldn't be allowed! I feel cheated and conned.

Followed the rules for receiving a free bet.
Put the money on England to win and they did. No money in account, bet history says lost. Told doesn’t count as it was in extra time!

Utter scammers. When you place a bet on football for a team to win, then you find out they won’t honour the bet with some crap about the score at 90 minutes. It’s a semi final, there has to be a damn winner even after extra time and penalties. The score was not decided at 90 minutes.
Won’t be touching these clowns again!

Been waiting for atleast 8 weeks for several withdrawals to go in my bank from betfred and William Hill and when i speak 2 them they tell me 2 speak with my bank. Its over 1400. Im absolutely disgusted for a big company like this 2 be ripping people off and holding onto monies so they can get more intrest. Iv closed both accounts down. disgusting customer service and offers are not what you'd expect….yesterday placed 2 bets on Greyhound meeting at Central Park unaware meeting was running 45 minutes late, site was still displaying next 2 races and i place 100 single and 30 single accordingly, I realised almost immediately that meeting was behind and I'd placed bets on races I hadn't intended to…logged on chat to see i was 20th in queue so phoned customer services immediately…took my details and explained to pleasant advisor who said she would check to see if the 2 bets could be voided as there was a clear 30 mins till off time, she came back to state manager said no hard luck basically…..then following day place a win bet which did indeed win which I had taken 2/1 about thinking I was getting B.O.G as clearly stating on site and hugely on "Pricewise" S.P. was 5/2 so was expecting to be settled at that, went on chat to query to be told by a really rude, extremely smug advisor that B.O.G does not apply to ante-post (obviously) nor "board prices" what is the bloody point stating you do B.O.G if you have so much small print? you are the only online firm I know that states B.O.G. that doesn't adhere it to "board prices"…. I even asked the smug advisor to explain exactly what "board prices" are which he failed to do, finally asked if there was anything else? I replied yes! "try not to be so smug and arrogant" to which he cut me off….

betfred are openly stealing money!! unbelievable, would not let me withdraw my winnings, spoke to customer service like 5 times and didn't hear anything back from them! i contacted thisisgambling.com and after a few months my money was returned to me, but at least i had someone help me out in this, otherwise i doubt i would have ever seen those winnings

Disgusting site! Scam! Nothing but a hustle to build ur confidence. They get you trading higher then they swipe the lot. All you get from support is a series of "I told you so" and arguing they are legit! "No you didn’t tell me you could manipulate the chart to steal people’s money"!!!. I lost about €200,000 to them. Betfred was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $13007 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. Wish I could give no stars…disgusting company ..who has the time to read 1million terms and conditions they've set up to get out of every scenario..i opened up an account with a 10 pound to get 40 pound free bets..at odds over even…I done this….and never received my free bonuses..when I eventually got through to live chat.. This company cares about one thing and one thing only, your money, or should I say, their money. Because that is exactly what it becomes as soon as you press that deposit button, there are much more fairer betting companies out that to choose from that will actually pay you out from time to time. This sorry excuse of a company does not deserve to have a gambling license, because gambling would imply that you have a chance of winning, which you never do with Betfred, and I hope that everyone thinking about setting up an account with them reads this review before they do so. Their customer service has been absolutely dreadful recently. Consistently failing to provide free bets on time, then waiting hours in a live chat queue to claim the free bets. The live chat agents then are unwilling to credit the free bets owed, with escalation to management required to obtain the free bets.

The agents are extremely rude and provide incredibly poor service. They suddenly end chats without asking if I'm finished. One agent accused me of using the health condition of Eriksen to claim my free bet! I was shocked.

To top it off, I've requested compensation or free bets as an apology for the terrible service and have been declined consistently. Awful.

Wish I could share screenshots here. These guys are so dirty. They have a money back as a free bet offer if you bet on a pick your punt (bet builder). Literally every price is reduced when you add it to your slip. For example, Croatia + the draw double chance is 6/4. As soon as you add it to your slip it goes down to 6/5. This is a scam. Even the draw is 11/4 but when you add it to your slip it goes down to 12/5!!! This is to recoup the free bets they have to pay out no doubt. Never seen such a scam in my life! I contacted support who I had to explain pick a punt to when it's their site!!! Then I got the excuse that it's a price change. No it's not, a price change would mean some markets go down and some go up, not all down!!

This is the worst rating I have ever given. I had stopped trying to play on this site because it was crashing so much. So today I thought I would try again and after 10 minutes my whole laptop crashed, all my saved password were lost. It is an absolute joke. No other website does this. I also have not had a win for a good while so I am cutting my losses now and going.
