over a year ago i opened a betfred account , due to shops shut .then after a month i excluded myself for 5 years , within a year ive moved property , my dad passed away , started using my business email address and of course covid , couple of months ago i opened a betfred account which i forgot i excluded myself , put in my new email , home address and deposited 100 , all went fine placed 2 bets came to 25 , next thing i was blocked . they wont give me my money back , they wont let me have a bet in other words they said tuff betfred are keeping the money and will never give it back , its causing me so much stress and i will be contacting ibas, they are a bunch of thieves

The fact you have minimum stakes is bullying customers into spending more than they would like to. Extremely wrong of you to have a minimum stake for bets.

Would also advise people not to play the slots as there was someone who won over 1 million and BetFred refused to pay out saying that there was an error with the slot. So the slots must have errors when people lose then surely? And customers should get their money back if the slots are faulty?

They also sent me an email for one of their promotions and when I opted in to it and placed a qualifying bet, they didn’t give me the free bet like they should have. When I questioned customer services about this they refused the free bet and wouldn’t give me a valid reason as to why they were refusing it.

Never climb above my original deposit and always float on minor winnings when it’s running out. Waste of my time even playing like I could’ve just saved some time of my life by not betting anything rather than breaking even for 3 hours straight and winning the smallest possible payout 4 times in a row. I can only speak from personal experience… been using Betfred for 3 months and so far so good.

A lot of the negative reviews i see are complaining about the casino, the casino is something i have never used so i can’t say much but if you’re someone like me who likes to bet on the football or the darts or the horses etc then Betfred is perfectly good for that, Odds are good and payouts reach your bank within 24 hours and have never had a single issue receiving funds

Total waste of time. Dodgy app, freezes and crashes on features so you win nothing, no problems with the game on their end though so no sorry no refund, just blatantly rip you off. 100s wasted over past few weeks, not a decent win to keep playing, or top the bank up. Betfred is desperately clawing back their 1.7m plus interest. Definitely losing my custom.

Rubbish , takes two days for your winnings to appear in your account, whereas it is instant with Sky Vegas, and only two hours with Ladbrokes and Coral. They are definitely lagging behind the competition.

Betfred is a rip off but can't just blame them as they are approved by our government play on slots win nothing you can spend ten pound in mins playing at 10p a spin and 90% of your wins will be 5p on average I would say they have about a 22% payout meaning you lose 78% and sport betting don't make me laugh betfred but as we know they have just been to court and lost as they tried to rob a customer saying there slots was not playing proper so really we should all demand refunds

I dont mind losing on the slots but the genie jackpots game is an absolute disgrace, when the reels spin an the genie appears an you pick a lamp and you get the number 7 in green so that means 7 genies will appear on an symbol and any reel and you dont win at all thats unbelievable its the same when you pick a lamp an you get infectious monkeys you can win nothing with that either and they say its a random game. surely when the genie appears an you pick a lamp surely you should get some money but No… Not even 20p, so how is that Fair goodbye bet fred and all bookmakers online an shops you all should be banned. Not sure why everyone gives bad reviews? My experiences with Betfred have always been decent. Withdrawals for me take a maximum of 2 days to hit my account, usually within 12 hours though, 5 stars from me.

I use several sites to play slots & this is the only site I've won on quite big (once), over 5,000 on a 1.20 spin during a bonus. That was 2 years ago now & I've never won anywhere near that since but I do still get the odd win, unlike a few sites I've played recently that really do seem to take, take, take. Most other sites usually pay out within a couple of hours when I use Paypal, Betfred does take a bit longer but usually within 24-48 hours.
Update: I made a withdrawal last night & it was in my account early this morning so it was much quicker than I had stated in my review for this withdrawal.

So far I've deposited 5 times and it won a single thing. I'm writing half review now and half again after I play one more time. Im giving it one chance then will update the review. I gave honest feedback like I did with 888 when they just paid me 5 grand over 3 days. I got free spins on rainbow riches and give me 19 pound on pound spins. Took me couple hundred pound to get them. Pick and mix crashes every 30 quid I spend and I signed up for 50 free spins and never got them. By far the worst start ever and will exclude and update this review after one more shot with way more details! I joined won a settled bet football 59 quid.withdrew 40 assuming would be in bank after 2 hours or instant like rest I play on with my card however cant find the withdraw status they say its settled there side but still not in my bank.they said it was my bank but I no it isn't so they've got till monday or I'll ring up go mental complain at the service the layout the whole betting site as soon as that comes bye bye unless reply email
