I gave them ago, slots are poor quality the rtp is supposed to be displayed so the person playing it knows the payout % with Betfred they dont show it, you log in a pop up window comes " please top up your account balance is low" maybe i want to look at odds there is a thing called responsible gambling how about the only bookies do there bit and stop these prompts. Sign up offers are terrible i signed up and only to find out after i signed up and deposited i can't have promotion because i paid with PayPal this is rediclous as PayPal uses debit card to make payments its a bit of a con. I honestly would give this a 0 star if possible. I currently manage and would be ashamed is any of my staff were to act the way customer service do at betfred. I asked the gent on chat after he gave me a blanket policy approach if I could speak to his senior to which he said we don’t allow that, I than asked his name to which he replied “you can see it on chat” I’d upload the screen shot if I could as this was one of those occasions you’d have to see it

Avoid this scam!! Big errors and beside this they legally steal your money by placing different bets than you do.

For example i wanted to bet 5 on 6 folds. They i got the message on the all that i have to log in in order to place the bet (?!? Alteady logged though) i Gilles in the u?or name and password, put the bet on 1x 6folds . And see that it ate 60 from my accounts.
One bet of 30 5 folds from 6 , and one of 30 single bets on that 6folds

Been using the site for a while, it’s great!! I started betting months ago, and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called ity_tipsterr, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I have won more than 750,000 just within the last 3 weeks and I’m still winning , and guess what ?, he does not charge a penny for his game, you only pay him when you win!

I have just had my Betfred account closed without any valid reason, leading me to believe that the company fraudulently does this before the customer is due a win whilst unduly keeping their losses/deposits!!!!

You'd almost think the glitches were placed in and around the site as some kind of test. It is infuriating, you go to place 5 bets in one transaction. Some times works no problems, most the time the 1 out of the 5 cause an error so all 5 don't go through, you take 1 off, it loads and then you have to start inputting the taken off bet again. The lotto instead of loading your numbers for each lotto, it keeps the last or part of your new selections and then you try to put new or old lines in with your "last played" lines, it wipes or reverts to any number of connotations, you then have to go to fav numbers and work out which numbers match which draws. Worst of all it locks you out of your account even if you know your login details. Just like this morning. Tried logging in, error, and again, computer said no, well it actually said "sorry matey that's 2 out of 3 strikes, you try that again pal and we're locking you out. Aaaaaand thanks to lock down it'll take even longer to reinstate you". So i leave and decide between whether the 2 out of 3 tries still applies and chance entering my old details or having to mess around and having to remember new details. Nothing comes up so i enter old details, in first time and this has happened in different ways 4 times in 6 months, 14 years of Bet365 this hasn't happened once. So many errors, i thought Bet365 was bad, these although i like the features is a huge time waster and amateurish

I get a big win and then my account is suspended by Betfred security team in the name of verification. I sent them my bank statement, but they did not accept it. Instead, they asked an alternative proof of address. After I sent my rental agreement, I got no reply from the security team. I contacted support staff via phone, live chat and email. All the responses I have got are just 'Wait, wait, wait'. I can't continue betting and can't withdraw my money.
Never use this disgusting gambling site. They just cheat your money.
I will make a complaint to the Gambling Commissioner about Betfred.

This is to with betfred shops .this one particularly redbank Road Blackpool. I self excluded and signed up with moses . I recently was walking through streets due to family member passing away . No one to talk too , I seemed to of ended up at betfred was like my safety blanket. Knowing im barred I thought I would just get sent away ,they would protect me. No they let me in , let me play, was not just one staff member there was three staff members. Didn't care bout my safety at all . Spoke to staff member, we don't get trained to kick people out. Just shows us on ipad screen . Absolute disgrace specially when all this going on in world. There security should be solid to help people

Provided them with every piece Of identity I have. My account was verified with my documents I sent. I had a win with them and I had to prove source of funds. I won with another casino and provided proof of this via the casino and funds entering bank account. I placed a deposit with them through PayPal as I had a balance in PayPal as an Xmas gift I even provided how the gift funds went into my PayPal and got my daughter to send a photo of her card statement that sent the funds to me on Xmas day. Still not enough. I’m 69 years old and use PayPal as ease for my illness when buying things I press pay with PayPal and my goods get delivered. I got a gift sent to me so instead of having to send the funds to my bank as I had a win in my bank I used the funds in PayPal. They have put my wife and I through hell making us do things we do not know how to do. My PayPal was set up over 10 years ago for me before my illness got worse and I’ve never touched it other that paying for goods online as it would make it easier. Absolute con! Signed up for 30pound free bets. Followed all instructions down to the last detail, included the code etc and even deposited a lot more than required. Offer states that the free bets are deposited within 10 hours, and now 60 hours later nothing. Emailed support who told me to wait to 48 hours (even though the offer states 10 hours) and now support are ignoring me. Avoid at all costs.

The worst bookie I have ever used. On three occasions I have tried their promotions and not once have I received the free bets that were offered despite me following the Ts and Cs accordingly. I spent 2 hours waiting for a live chat to amend it, only to be disconnected before being put through to someone. I tried again the following day and they refuse to help me.
