Been using betfred for 3 months, in the past week they have made two mistakes. The first they corrected and today they have refused to correct. The mistake today, was a racing post special which they usually advertise on certain games. It was "Rangers clean sheet: Rangers have kept a clean sheet in there 3 out of 4 of there last Europa league games" It then said something along the lines of "This bet is a steal" maybe used a different final word, and offered odds of 12/1 for a clean sheet. I thought the wording was odd, considering it was a SPL match but I went for it. After checking my account, the bet had settled as a Loss and said I selected Ross County for a clean sheet at the same odds as the special. I contacted livechat who refused to amend the bet or pay out my winnings, they said I should've checked the selection as is my responsibly. Ross County weren't even 12/1 to win let alone keep a clean sheet, disgusted that they wouldn't correct this and would not recommend this bookmaker to anyone. Also, they noted that they do not keep a record of the racing post verdicts / specials so could do this to anyone at any time.

Have just sat down to watch Gillette Saturday and watch the results to find that again Betfred have printed incorrect times on their coupons. The Scunthorpe game stated 3pm so had this in both coupons, only to find it was an early kick off. More than 50 down the pan.
What a bunch of scammers. How can they get this so wrong so frequently, and the shop can’t be bothered to point out the mistake when you hand over your money.

Discusting scambags. Them system its so clear yo see . People who play longer for sure know when the gone get scam!!! I wichdraw few a week ago. After that my games laging like crazy!!! I signed up, received a welcome email and a "fully verified" email, played a few pounds. Went to log in an hour later and I get a message to call customer service as there is a problem. I can't get through and they ignored my email.

They seem to have stolen my money.

I have played a few different online casinos, I only play the slots, Betfred has a great choice of games and I like the fact they are always adding new games, I found bonus rounds are hard to hit but once you get bonus they pay well unlike other casinos where I’ve spend 100-800 on 1/2 spins to hit a bonus that pays less than 100 I’ve had a few 500 hits from here, although my account is down compared to deposits I am comfortable with my loss which is around 500 over 3 months I’ve been playing.. in reality your paying for entertainment and if you win it’s a bonus, so why am I leaving a poor rating ? when you withdraw your first win in my case it was 3 months after I joined they will send you emails asking if your gambling responsibly . they then froze my account for a week so I could not play.
