Betfred say they are helping the customer by giving extra places on horse races but this comes at a cost to the punter by having his odds reduced from a quarter to a fifth of the odds. How does this work when the terms and conditions in every shop state a quarter of the odds in handicaps of 7 or less, 12 or more and 16 or more.

I am unfortunately a user of the shop in Cornmarket Oxford, owing to the fact that I want to collect in my home town where there is only a BF. The shop is filthy, and the area behind the cashiers is at best a health hazard. The staff in there hold open conversations about most things and their language is poor at best. today at around 11.15 the member of staff with the bad cough must have said the 'c' word more times than I care to remember! Shop Cleanliness poor, staff not considering other around them.

Just a generally p***-off attitude from Betfred cashiers. They are s****ing themselves their shops will close, and don't want to take any risk at all which may lose them their jobs. Can't be arsed to keep the toilets clean either. It's a poor experience for racing and sports fans.

bet fred in hamilton lanarkshire is diabolicle the older woman staff foams out the mouth and gets very angry her customer service skills are very poor she should be sacked the male member of staff is ok but can be a bit unhelpfull anyhow she should be sacked its quite frightning seeing someone foam from the mouth and shouting when you try to enquire about a bet i think head office should dismiss her from working there

Terrible betting company! Closed my account and refused my future custom for absolutely no reason, and refuse to give reasoning as to why. Funny that they decided to close my account after I've placed a bet... Then refused to refund me for it! Simple reason not to use Betfred, You're monies not protected. So what this means is this, Should Betfred become insolvent(Bankrupt) anytime, whatever you have in your account at that time, You lose!, regardless of the amount.

How many shop punters are aware of two sets of rules for the same bet on the daily favourite index. The rules in the shop don't cover the eventuality of one or two void races at a meeting as what happened at Newcastle 10/1/2020, however the they have two sets of rules online. One lot state that should no more than two races be voided then 10 points per race will be added to the cumulative total to the races run (the exact same wording as Wm Hills), however as advised by their customer services there are another set of rules online for retail is shop which differs. How the hell can this be right !?

Don't trust these cowboys, placed a bet as a new customer and didn't receive my free bets. When I called I was told that apparently someone in my house used the address to open up an account 2 years ago and so the offer was not valid. As I have 4 children over 18 years still at home it could have been any of them. Just look at the other reviews on trust pilot, how is this company still in business.

P**s poor customer service and even worse people work in the offices. Had a run in 3 times with same store manager. Park road barnsley. Wouldnt pay me out cos id put bet on in another shop. Said money she had there was for her regulars and her shop customers. Im a regular in there myself. Tonight i got kicked out cos i had nerve to say something about her not opening the door to let me in. I was stood outside for 5 minutes trying to get in. She just ignored me. No wonder theres no customers in there with management like that. Ive rang up head office twice. Been told that it would be looked in to but nothings come of it. They just ignore you. Happy to take peoples money though. Shocking.

That's me covering 70% and leaving the house to find 30% . 7 times out of 10 the croupiers found the 30% . This happened all day and all night . If I had to find 30% there's no way I could do that 7 times out of 10 but somehow the croupiers can easily do it .this site is rigged .do not play .

They pick up your losing slip once you leave the shop.. And cash it themselves.. Know of any disgruntled staff. I've a new venture for them. Add me on snapchat.. LMIESTER8. Pay is far better. And good hours.

Betfred ripped off yet again, second time now, so here is your review, yesterday the 28th you offered in your shop an extra place race offer on the 2.50 at taunton offering 5 places, my horse finished 5th.The bet was declined as the offer was online only, when i said it was in your shop, on your screen, i was told i was wrong it was never advertised in the shop. This is a lie...... if anyone by any chance has a screenshot of yesterdays screens i know it's a longshot i would be grateful.Word of caution if you are doing the extra place races with Betfred take a screenshot of the screen in the shop as proof for when they try to steal your winnings.
Betfred ripped off yet again, second time now, so here is your review, yesterday the 28th you offered in your shop an extra place race offer on the 2.50 at taunton offering 5 places, my horse finished 5th.The bet was declined as the offer was online only, when i said it was in your shop, on your screen, i was told i was wrong it was never advertised in the shop. This is a lie…… if anyone by any chance has a screenshot of yesterdays screens i know it's a longshot i would be grateful.Word of caution if you are doing the extra place races with Betfred take a screenshot of the screen in the shop as proof for when they try to steal your winnings.

The website is a bit slow and clunky especially for football betting and you can't bet on as many markets like other sites, there's no double chance and both teams to score. But payouts are the next day and the casino is decent enough. You can play sic bo with live dealer, not many online casinos do that.

Worst site I've ever been on Bet on here daily and god knows why today there was a promotion for free spins they didnt load went on to live chat and they advised me to clear cache cookies etc. And log back in. Did that and low and behold the promotion as totally disappeared? ? Goes back to live chat and she says I'll receive a email in 24 hours (this is for 5 free spins by the way) the amount I I depsoit daily weekly and she let me close my account over 5 spins rubbish customer service who let's a loyal customer walk away for 5 spins after reading other people's reviews I reckon she as done me a favour. This is the only site you have to wait days and days for you winnings and have to beg for 5 spins ......

As with all bookies, they have promotions but they will find ways to not honour them! I was a customer for ages but will never use them again. I called in to check on a promotion and followed their instructions to the letter but guess what; no free bet! AVOID!
