Terrible company that doesn’t allow me to withdraw the money I earned because their withdrawal methods are trash. PLEASE give Norwegians the ability to just do Swift transfers to bank account, like any other human website. Why the fk do I have to deal with the trash that is MiFinity and Blixtpay, neither of who even works?I literally did EVERYTHING I can do with both of these trash sites/softwares, and there’s no avail. just editing this review, this is the worst betting site I have ever used..when you win they will not let you withdraw, I do not bet small, I dont always win but when I do it’s usually big, these guys dont like that….I am done with this company forever..they are not honest…simple as that…if you are thinking of taking them up on one of their offers (deposit 50 get 50) remember you will then have to turn that over 15 times before you can withdraw anything and even then they will come up with another excuse for you to keep your money with them…just dont sign up…there are many other reasonably decent companies…paddy power, boylesports, betvictor, bet365…dont get me wrong they are all trying to screw you but this company is the worst I have ever come across…

Bethard must be bankrupt or very close to it.I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawal, am fully verified, but every day the ‘department’ is still doing some checks before they can send the withdrawal.Livechat and email service just give the same generic responses whenever you ask what is going on.Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.My guess is they are bankrupt and are trying to stall payments as long as they can.Don’t deposit here as most likely you will never see it again.

So I wanted to withdraw my money, because my country was not supported anymore by bethard. When I tried that, the money rolled back in my account. And after 1 day the money disappeared. And when I tried to talk to support, they told me that the amount has been confiscated, because: when I registered,more than two years ago, I have made some mistakes when I was registering!!!! And they did not clarify what kind of errors!!!! And just like that, money disappeared……

Site is a complete scam. Live chat agent offered me a 50% bonus if I deposit €200. No other instructions given, just said deposit 200 and it can be added. Few hours later I deposit €320. I try contact chat as the bonus was not added but nobody available on chat … so I used my funds and then a few hours later I can finally get someone on live chat. They tell me they will not be adding any bonus … ridiculous steer clear

This is a TOTAL scam site. They REFUSE to pay out winnings. They claim they have issues with withdraw. I won alot, and they took it. Never saw the money. I have been waiting since October 4 to make a withdrawal of €120. They claim they are having issues withdrawing to MasterCard, give no warning of this and continue to allow you to deposit to them.I provided a requested bank statement and they will not send me my funds.Avoid at all costs.

So I’ve been reading into some of these sportsbook reviews after being duped by Curucao based 20bet (literally a Russian scam) and decided to check out the reviews for Bethard since they’ve been the main one I use over the past year. I didn’t receive any welcome bonus so can’t comment on that, but in fairness my experience has been pretty positive in contrast to a lot of reviews on here. I seem to remember getting verified was a bit of a ball ache at first, but since then I’ve honestly never had a problem in about a year. The withdrawals are never questioned since the first one, and reach by online bank (N26) within 48 hours which I reckon is pretty decent. I’ve always found the live chat to be ok the few times I needed it. So what I’m saying is that this company definitely isn’t a scam in my book, although I would go through the process of verifying all your documents before you deposit after reading some of the other reviews.

I would rate negatively if I could. Probably the worst website I’ve had experiences with. Customer service have no knowledge and are unhelpful. Customer service distract you in games even though these games are time sensitive. Games continue no matter what and they won’t stop, even if you have an important query. They are extremely insensitive to your needs. -5/10. They allow withdrawals of money is the only positive. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter!
