Because I made a typo while making my account, my entire account got suspended after 2 years when I only wanted to withdraw my money. I’ve been a 100% cooperative and even tried to came up with a solution. Bad customer service. Now I can’t even log into my account and they have all my documents.

Last review here as i closed my account, don’t go here if you want to live bet either, all live betting goes off daily for hours at a time, i threw 200$ dollars on and couldn’t even bet on what i wanted to bet on because of the live betting, just closed my account afterwords.i suggest sticking with more well known websites like bet365.

Editing my last post, i put 2000$ on and actually withdrew 1300$ without problem with just a drivers license verifiedbut now i just withdrew my last 1000$ to see if they’d let you actually take profit from the siteand i got an email needing more cofirmation, weird how i can withdraw fine when im not in profit, now that i made 300$ i need more documents, will update further on if my bank statement gets verified or if they’re going to make it hell to get 300$ profit from them

Stay as fat away from bethard as possible. They'll take your money no problem and when it comes to withdrawing they'll give you every excuse under the as to why they can't. Robbing peoples hard earned money. CON ARTISTS

So far so good…I opened an account with them tonight…lodged 50 euro and got a bonus stratight off of 50 euro….I put a few euro on ice hockey and left the site open in the backround and I got a message…."reality check"….you have been online for x minutes…so far positive experience…and it seems a decent site in terms of usability…

I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as "initiated" and not "active". I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it.

I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!

The reason they gave was "You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you've placed a bet, I can't activate your bonus." Uhh, what?

It was only after I said I'll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they'll make an exception. I got my bonus in the end, but these guys are the shadiest bookie I've ever dealt with. Avoid!

I thought this was a genuine site. And played on it a few times. But once u win it goes wrong from there I've never had so much trouble trying to get a win withdrawal. ID after ID sent everything they wanted and still wanted more.. After 4days I sent them a email saying I was going to contact gambling commission. It was in my bank 5mins after sending that. Terrible via in-chat customer service. They are rude. A woman named Sarah and another one named Ilari closed my account without my permission and did not refund my account balance back into my bank card. This company is very disorganized. joined up over 6 month, 2600 deposited very little back mabe 2-300,

First will start with good sides of that company because there are few. Bethard verify first before play and bet, withdrawal is fast and easy. That are only good sides. Customers service is just copy paste something and they are not very familiar with the things. The betting limits-awful, disrespectful to the players. We have already 2 weeks dispute about the verification of source of wealth. I already sent bank statements from my UK bank account for last 1 year, sent screenshots from other profits from sportbooks, even sent them bank statements of my second not UK bank account. The answer all the times was 5-6 timea the same-

The reason I'm reaching out to you today is to inform you that the payments team still requires you to upload some information to your Bethard account. The payments team has requested a screenshot from other casinos showing the net profits and a bank statement showing transactions made to Bethard.

Now i can not deposit. In my opinion This company is not good at all. In all other casionos or sportbooks one bank statement was ok for that- and this kind of verification is rarely required- just passed it couple of times, obviously here they don't want me as customer, and leave me one chance- swap with different

Withdrawal is quick and good but for some reason they cut and i had six games that i was not allowed to bet even peny, the games were not suspended and all
The time avtive in-play. The last thing was the cancelled 7-8 win bets on 2 football games, for some reason, but that cut my balance more or less about 700-800. And it happened the next day, probably they are nervous because I won but that's not right way to cancel winnings.

I lodged a complaint with bethard over a week ago and have received no updates. The customer service leaves little to be desired. They are quick to take your deposits via an unverified account, yet drag their feet when it comes to money owed.

please read and 100% avoid this sites casino there payout over a 4 month period for the same game same spin value with a bank roll of 400 euro was a shocking 11%..
I was told about this rouge site so done a very controlled audit on bethard casino and can tell anyone who reads this if you have money to waste go for it but my advice is to stay well away .

Someone hacked me on facebook, then started sending requests to facebook groups , once in the group they started spamming a bethard link in the groups promissing big wins. Now i wonder who would bother spamming someone elses link if they are not making from it . Must have been these guys who hacked me or else it dont make sense . Wouldnt trust them AT ALL !!!

Never ever bother leaving a review,but feel the balance needs 're dressing on this site.
Have had bad experience with dodgy sites in past I.e 666 bet,who went bust.
But have been impressed with the instant doc verification and super quick withdrawals.
Site is clear and easy to navigate.
Good Sportsbook odds and variety.

Totally agree with the bad reviews – Bethard is nothing more than a scam.
It is extremely disconcerting the amount of times the dealer has a 10 in blackjack or better still makes 21 from a 6.

Slots were ok but when I went to withdraw I had to supply a picture of my passport bank card utility bill. Done this (but not happy) all got verified so a week later I attempt another withdrawal and then get told I need to supply evidence of proof of wealth and source of income. I read through T &Cs and this is not in there but they sent me what I guess is a copy of different T & Cs and ended the live chat. So I guess I’m screwed.

if you could select 0 stars i would, this service is shocking, ive had a few betting accounts and this is the worst by far. I made a deposit with a new bonus opportunity. I placed the first bet with cash funds and then the 2nd bet with the same selection with the retain option. The bet won, once the bet was settled somehow it was settled as a loser. After over a week of escolating my issue i was told there was nothing i could done, and what was worse i now have to bet more money with these crooks to release my winnings even though my winnings were cash funds. avoid at all costs

I’ll be honest I’m of mixed views.

The SportsBook is easy to use, lots of good markets but don’t offer any Acca Insurance like some of their competitors do.

The frustrations are there is no number to call anyone on. Ilona is the VIP manager who ignores your calls & E Mails & then blocks your account, without reason, cause she can.

I was upgraded to a VIP account on Monday, a bonus was added, I asked how it was calculated, I’m still waiting an answer to this question. Most VIP managers call you to explain what they are offering you, Ilona doesn’t & then cc me into an E Mail not meant for me. GDPR breach?!
