Neptune products I have ordered are of high quality. I ordered the hickstead horse…looks fab styled on a book and potted hydrangea….looks so realistic on my kitchen windersill. My previous order was the Ashcroft range and I would highly recommend!. Delivery is always on time and packaged to perfection.

The staff in Neptune are always helpful and have good knowledge of the product.I love Neptune furniture, bedding, paint and ornaments. Tableware is also beautiful and unique! I get great ideas from the layout of the shop as to how I can style my home.I look forward to seeing new arrangements and designs in 2025. Thank you Neptune Belfast.

Ordered before the Christmas delivery cut off, nothing has arrived, nobody contacted me to make me aware of any issue. I chased it up and they blamed it on DPD (their courier of choice, and therefore their responsibility) and offered to refund my postage as a “goodwill gesture”. I’m not sure how it is a goodwill gesture when the company has failed to fulfill my order within their designated timeframe. Incredibly poor service.

Sadly the items ordered have not even been dispatched to the courier yet, and therefore there is no hope that they can arrive in time for Christmas even tho they were ordered well in advance, and we were assured they would be delivered no later than 22nd Dec. If it were possible I would have awarded a negative number of stars. I understand that Neptune is of high quality. But if the goods never appear, that is of no importance at all.

Excellent service from Tracey at Neptune in Weybridge. Bought 4 lovely barstools and Tracey took it upon herself to have them delivered to the store so that we could pick them up before Christmas, rather than waiting for Neptune to deliver in January. Lovely store with a good personalised service.

Excellent quality furniture built to last and lovely homeware, plus great customer service. Just wish they would remove their manufacturing from China and any other communist, autocratic and western-hostile country. This applies to all UK retail brands. Yes, it means that prices would go up.

A big thank you to Neptune Farnham for being so helpful . I had a slight problem with my curtain , I phoned the store and I was helped immediately . It was just a broken hook ( my fault ) but great customer service deserves to be recognised . Immediately the team were helpful considerate and sorted my situation out . Wonderful product, efficient,knowledgeable,friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent delivery company. BUT, one quibble – Delivery times are extremely lengthy for any customized items- some larger items,I understand, but 3 months for a footstool,or similar small pieces,which must be frequent sellers,is too long !!!

The driver delivered the goods to a neighbour who had just moved in and wasn’t sure who’s parcel it was for but luckily we saw her and mentioned she had a parcel from you

Such a shame that my pleasant shopping experience instore at Tonbridge was ruined by dreadful delivery. Despite providing exact delivery instructions when I ordered my piece of furniture AND speaking to the delivery driver when he was en route to my house, my £800 table was left at the wrong property (entrance hall of block of flats) with no protective covering on it or getting a signature. Why the driver hadn’t called me again when no one was answering the flat he was trying to deliver the table to – if he had I would have been able to tell him that he was at the wrong property! Phoned Tonbridge store straight away and they were incredibly apologetic and said they would contact customer services at head office but have had no apology from head office for dreadful service. Cannot fault Tonbridge store but HO need to improve delivery service.

The lights in our Glazed Dresser failed due to a fault in the transformer after 8 years full time use. Neptune kindly and promptly supplied a replacement and then a member of their team came and changed the unit for us. He was most helpful and careful in his work, and they only charged for the replacement unit. Caring and good value service.

When we first started our renovation project, we really liked the look and quality of Neptune and decided to have the whole house decorated with Neptune. Their interior and kitchen design team was very helpful and prepared beautiful presentations of what everything would look like. The installation team was most efficient and helpful and we are completely happy with our experience. Special thanks to Jess and Mary -the designers, Sarah- design coordinator, Ian – installation manager, Eleven oaks- installers, and Tom -decorator. Highly recommended!

Neptune Chesham undertook the design and installation of a kitchen, study and utility room and were excellent at every stage. The driver was really accommodating as I was out when he arrived and kindly waited for my return 40 mins later. On a general point though it would be much better to give a better idea of your drivers arrival not just 30 mins notice.

Fantastic help and support from Fiona the Home Designer at the Weybridge store. I’ve ordered several furniture items and have been very happy with the service from all the team and the products. Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms. Her expert help and support was invaluable, plus several phone calls and emails to ensure that I was totally happy with the final choices. I am delighted with the end result! Thanks so much!

Excellent company. Their showrooms are incredible, beautifully decorated and arranged and I always feel that I can take my time when I’m visiting. Bought Arbroath baskets which I use for my shoe cupboard and for wardrobe storage. Beautiful baskets that last. Packaging fully recyclable and well packed. Very happy.

All round good experience every time. Not my specific location but have visited there several times and found it to be very enjoyable; so well kept. Ordered our Arundel table bench and chairs from the Stanway store. All very helpful we have been back and forth for months then took the plunge. Delivery day arrived Steve &Nathan delivered with care and attention lovely guys and all was as it should be. Issue is I am now addicted to Neptune!!! Thank you

Over the years we have attended cooking demonstrations at Neptune, Farnham. The one on Wednesday 11th December did not disappoint.Aside of the demonstrations, which are always fabulous, the store is always a treat to visit. Immaculately set out, warm and inviting. The staff are always helpful and approachable.

Very slow to receive our cushions, all the while you had our payment . It would be better to charge the client once the product is sent, especially if there is such a lo g wait.

Always great customer service from the Farnham branch. Order arrived on time but unfortunately am returning it as the finish on the lights is much darker than those on display. More black than bronze. Great pity.

Beautifully curated collection. Quality used to be slightly better. The prices have become a little more inflated than products worth but probably due to import duties. Customer service department is good over the phone but some store staff not very welcoming until you spend thousands then they warm up, which is not genuine service and dampens the whole shopping experience.

Nothing to grumble about other than the fact that returning a rug will cost you £10 unless you return to store. Considering the price you pay in the first place , I am amazed by this and somewhat displeased.

My order has been sent back to Neptune. The delivery driver never once turned up at our house. Thanks to the recent storm a tree fell down on our road so they didn’t bother to find an alternative route like every other delivery driver and postie. Funny though because that main road isn’t the only way to our house, and the fallen tree has now been dealt with. So now I have to deal with chasing this order 3 days before our Christmas Party when I wanted it for.
