I ordered a Moreton dining table but the tabletop design was not clearly visible online, with too many grooves acting as traps for crumbs. Decided to return the table and Neptune were brilliant with ni questions asked. Chris and Jason arrived to pick up the table. Both were extremely polite and very professional. They dismantled the table efficiently and completed my return back to Neptune.

Great experience as usual with Neptune today. Josh and Alfi delivered our furniture and it was service with a smile! They were two friendly guys who rang half an hour before they arrived, which was in the given delivery time scale. Josh and Alfi were very polite, unwrapped our two items and took away the packing. We also loved their new dark green Neptune van.. very smart 😄 Thanks guys!

I had an appointment with Lucy to discuss my son’s room yesterday. The whole process was very enjoyable; she is a lovely person with brilliant ideas. She is a fantastic listener who made sense of my rather muddled mind over a delicious cup of coffee, and she helped me really fine tune what I like, which is amazing!It was really helpful to be in the store as she could show me the furniture and she pulled together fabrics, paints and accessories to make a mood board. I then received a summary of our decisions, a lookbook and an itemised product list by email.After my visit, Lucy thoughtfully put aside some lamp bases that I liked as she discovered that they are out of stock elsewhere. I am really happy with the whole experience and can’t recommend it enough. Although I love interiors, I found the whole decision process rather overwhelming as we are doing up our entire cottage. Lucy has really turned this around and I am now looking forward to the next appointment!You are under no obligation to buy anything, which is also really reassuring. However, all the designs are so beautiful and well made that it would be very hard to resist…! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. It has completely transformed how I feel about my renovation.

After ordering 6 items on line, I made a big mistake in the size of mirror I ordered. It was too big to fit anywhere in my house. I immediately filled out a returns form. I received confirmation but didn’t get a response after 2 days. Made a quick phone call and it was all sorted with a courier on the way to collect.

Lovely quality and speedy delivery. Packaged really well. Bought lots of honey pots for gifts but seeing the size of them I have used them as sugar, coffee and salt containers using my own long handled spoons ( sundae spoons) which has worked out brilliantly!

I called the Chichester store to enquire about some ex-display side tables that I had seen advertised on- line and had the pleasure to speak to one of their sales team called Bethany . She was extremely helpful and suggested I come to store and take a look before purchasing. This I did with my husband and what a super experience we had ! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Debs who asked if she could help us and offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for Bethany to become free . We instantly felt comfortable and were able to have a browse around . Being in the throes of a house renovation we were looking for ideas and inspiration. When Bethany was free she greeted us warmly and showed us the tables we had come to view . We asked lots of questions regarding varying items and nothing was too much trouble for her . We ended up ordering and purchasing several pieces of furniture and felt confident in doing this with the service we were receiving. We also met Jenny another member of staff who was very knowledgeable and she helped Bethany process everything. My husband and I noted how informative they all were and obviously knew their products along with being warm and friendly but still professional. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be making future purchases in store with them instead of online and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Great service, needed costing for an island unit and Lara , went away and came back as daredevil with the cost which was very reasonable. Neptune quality and service stands out from other retailers. We are looking forward to our kitchen design meeting next week

Neptune Kitchen install. I ordered a kitchen with Neptune in Tonbridge in September last year. From the planning through to Installation, the service was faultless. Bill Benson the designer and James Booth and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. They were professional at all times and everything was so well organised, it was amazing. I love my new kitchen, thank you to all the team for making such a fantastic experience from start to finish. A first class team!

I got the gorgeous Stratford dining table from Neptune last year and it is everything I hoped it would be. As far as the product goes I cannot fault it at all. The delivery itself on the day of the delivery was very smooth and I cannot fault it, they helped me assemble it and placed it exactly where I wanted it.The only issue I had which was a very minor one was that since this is an item I had to order a few weeks in advance and I have a HK number no one contacted me for arranging delivery until I emailed them. Once I did they were very prompt and very helpful. And when I arrived in the UK I got a UK number too and they promptly added that to my records.

Went in to order some lights we weren’t sure would fit the space we needed. As always gave great service and will definitely be returning soon. The lights came and look fantastic in our room.

A big thankyou to Neptune on line store for their help with my recent purchase of one of their discontinued fabrics. I was delighted to find that their last remaining 2 metres were available to me. Also, the staff in my local store (Southport) are always warm, friendly, helpful and make my frequent visits a joy! They are a credit to the company. One very happy customer.

We had prior notice of delivery time which was very helpful. Our delivery was on time. The two guys were friendly and efficient assembling our new bed and taking away the packaging. We are of course delighted with our purchase.

As a loyal customer who has spent many thousands of pounds at Neptune my wife was asked to pay the full amount up front of almost £2k as this is company policy. I find this extremely disappointing and feel that Neptune should review its policy. Most other companies accept a deposit for goods to be delivered of up to 50% which seems acceptable.

Jason and Chris from the Delivery Team are the perfect pair to deliver your Neptune products. People underestimate a delivery team but they are the core people to delivering expensive furniture. We received a package containing two damaged platters on the evening of 11.02.2025 and reported this immediately through Neptunes online system.We received an acknowledgement of the issue first thing the following morning and within 15 minutes Neptune confirmed replacement items were on their way.Huge thanks to Neptune for such a rapid, professional and friendly response.

Lovely furniture, just a shame the customer service is lacking. The team in store were great although delays in delivery were poorly communicated and there seem to be multiple systems across the business that don’t talk to each other meaning lots of inconsistent messaging throughout our customer journey.

After a problem with the spindles of two Wardley chairs, purchased 6 years ago and a subsequent misunderstanding with regards to an offer of maintenance, I was left a little frustrated with Neptune. However, a call to the support team and first-class coordination by Peter, resulted in a very generous offer to replace the full set of 6 chairs. This was very much appreciated and the chairs arrived soon afterwards.I’ve purchased Neptune furniture to date, to last a lifetime and it is very encouraging to see the company step up when quality falls below expectations.Thank you Peter and team.

Jodie from Customer Service was wonderful in dealing with a replacement foot stool cover that had been discontinued. She went to great lengths to track one down and coordinate with Neptune Outlet so that I could purchase it. She kept me updated and really went above and beyond. Really fantastic customer service! Great service, having confirmed the delivery date – the kitchen units arrived on time – off loaded and stacked neatly and safely ready for installation. Neptune have been extremely easy to deal with from our initial consultation, through the design stage, right through to delivery – highly recommend them if you are looking for a high end kitchen – that is good value and of high quality.

Earlier this week we had a range of Neptune Bedroom Furniture delivered to our home, first time we have had a delivery direct to our home from Neptune. Pleased to report the service we received from the 2 men who delivered the furniture was simply excellent. Arriving slightly earlier after an early morning drive both men were extremely courteous and set about the difficult task of getting the heavy furniture up our narrow stairs with caution. All furniture was in place within 1 hour..! All packaging removed and area cleared. Can’t thank the boys enough you did youselves and Neptune proud on that day. Great job

I love my headboard but was disappointed that it could not be attached to my bed….. it was not explained to me when I purchased that the headboard only fit Neptune beds .

Item size not generous in size !! paid for to delivery to my home !! Which took forever and then had to go to post office to pick up . Not good for a company that charges high end prices

Delivery men could not have been more helpful. Delivered to my room of choice, carefully unpacked & checked mirrors, then repacked them until ready to fit. Advised on fittings too. Staff in the Tonbridge store were extremely helpful too prior to purchase. 5 stars all round. Thank you.

Great after sales service. A product stopped working within its guarantee period, but being unable to replace it because it was out of production, they gave me a generous credit note. Most appreciated!

Very stylish items. Brought to go with other neptune purchases. I brought the honey pot to use as a used tea bag pot as i hate to see them The jug is very sweet and can be used for flower post or drinks

I saw the rug in a different colour from the outlet in leeds – the staff were so helpful and friendly I came home and ordered the colour and size I wanted online. The rug arrived within 5 days and is beautiful, it looks great in the lounge. I did have to contact customer service as due to a picking error I did actually receive 2 rugs!! This was dealt with straight away and the additional rug collected the next day. All in all an excellent service and is definitely order again.

The items were well packaged and delivered quickly – maybe a bit overpackaged given their size? The items, two honey pots, are of very good quality, slightly larger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise.

I am very pleased with my Ardingly cabinet. It is well made and I love the colour I chose. Delivery was ahead of schedule which was a good surprise! It was delivered by an experienced team of 2 men who took care to position the cabinet and show me how to make adjustments to the height etc. The doors of the cabinet do not open how I expected so I needed to change where I planned to place it. Perhaps this could be clearer on the website listing. I would both order from again and recommend Neptune.

From our first visit to the sign off Neptune, and for us that was the designer Tahirah, Neil and Toby the installer were professional, knowledgable friendly and reassuring and thorough. Excellent and very helpful designer in Cheltenham store which we conducted by emails. I was undecided on paint colour for my Henley tv cabinet but the one I eventually choose is perfect and I am just thrilled with this beautifully made piece of furniture so right for my room.The delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and very helpful, and arrived early which was great.I have a chest of drawers on order which is coming beginning of March so I am confident the standard will be as high.

I purchased a number of glass tables from Neptune a couple of years ago. For no reason at all one of the glass shelves on the large console table exploded sending glass all over my living room.I contacted Neptune who said that they would refund me in full for the table, however they then refused and said that they would send a new glass shelf and a candle as a gesture of good will. The glass arrived but not the candle and I am now very concerned about the other tables I have in my living room.
