We recently attended the warehouse sale and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff members were so kind and helpful: they even allowed my children to join me!Many bargains to be had – I definitely have regret over not getting certain bits so will definitely be back again!

The greeting from the car park attendant set the scene for a lovely experience. Everything was so well organised and the staff so welcoming and helpful. The cakes and coffee were a great addition this year. It was so good I came back again later in the week!

I visited Neptune Outlet in Swindon for the warehouse sale. Got lots of bargains. It was all well laid out and plenty of helpful, friendly staff. I usually visit Neptune in Chichester as it is nearer my home. No matter what store you go to the staff are always friendly and helpful. The stores are immaculate and a great choice for the home.

Recently attended Warehouse sale….a great opportu nity to grab a few bargains.The event was very well organised, not too busy, no long queues. The warehouse sale was excellent and the staff were very helpful. However, the pick up experience could have been better for small items of furniture. I purchased a single wicker chair and when I arrived home it was apparent that one of the legs was broken so very disappointing. The chair was squeezed into my car which I imagine caused the issue

Myself and my husband were very dissapointed to have brought our friends here to show them our new kitchen ideas and to be met with such an unfriendly atmosphere. It felt like we were an inconvenience in the Neptune shop.Thankfully our visit in to the connecting cafe was a warm welcome as always, a delicious lunch and scrummy cake! A completely different experience from the cold Neptune shop.

Not the whole range available (obviously) but some very good discounts indeed. Every single member of staff we dealt with could not have been more helpful, from the man directing cars at the gate, to the person at the door to the helpers on the floor to the checkout staff – all were knowledgeable, friendly and really really helpful!

After the EPSOM fiasco, I was apprehensive about this sale. I’ve been to the past two that were held in Swindon and always enjoyed them. This one was well organised and managed; from the gentleman at the gates to the Neptune staff helping and advising customers, everyone seemed happy. The only slight negative was I couldn’t go each day to bag more bargains as the stock rotated, so had FOMO. Please continue to keep it in Swindon.

I’m so frustrated. I’ve just unpacked a whole order of a new dinner service that I bought from you last week.I’ve gone to wash everything before using them and the plates are too big for our dishwasher. We actually have 2 dishwashers – Miele and a neff and they fit in neither. They’re so tall that the spinning water spray won’t turn. I even took one to my friend’s house to see if it fit in her fisher and piekel dishwasher and it was the same issue.The pasta bowls are also angled so they won’t fit either without taking up the space of 3 plates.I bought these as every day service so they just won’t work.I have no idea what process your design team go through as this seems like the first test for any dinner service for a modern home.It just doesn’t make sense that these checks aren’t made before manufacture and selling these things.I spent an hour unpacking and trying to wash everything and have no desire to spend another chunk of time packing everything up again.I wish there had been a review section in your site as I’m sure I’m not the only one who has thought this.

I ordered a dining room table. The table came in fantastic condition. It was delivered and put together by Paul and George who were polite and professional. I’m very happy with the product and the service provided.

I did visit Neptune in Guildford a month ago and I was helped by Freya. This young lady was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Freya offered to arrange a delivery for the heavy items that I could not take with me on the day. I have also received a follow up call by her making sure that I was pleased with my purchase, once arrived at home. A great experience!

The flowers were fab but the vase was so filthy I actually thought I’d purchased an opaque one by mistake. Not good enough really for what is meant to be a premium product.

I was helped today by Julie and Lynsey and got some great advice on last chance stock as well as an informative introduction to many of the new items that are available and how they would work with existing pieces I have bought from Neptune. Even though there were other customers in the store I felt that my needs were important and their product knowledge is excellent.

I recently had a home colour consultation visit. Extremely helpful to see all the samples held against the walls . Ilyeash suggested colours that I wouldn’t have thought of. A really useful experience for anyone who is indecisive about choosing colours.

So our delightful Casper armchair has arrived in perfect condition from Winchester today. The order was only placed yesterday afternoon. Thank you so much to both Lee at the Cheltenham store for sourcing the chair (genius work!) and to Jane at Winchester for her quiet professionalism in ensuring that we received it the following day! We really appreciated the photos emailed to us; the chair is in excellent condition and I cannot believe my luck in receiving it. It’s the perfect chair – so comfy and elegant – but not too large. Thank you again to Lee for the recommended driver and to whoever it was at HQ who linked with Lee at Cheltenham to source the Casper chair. We highly rate Neptune – but in this instance you’ve each gone above and beyond to assist us and we feel very fortunate.

My husband and I searched around for a new kitchen for 2 years! We landed on Neptune and WOW we are so pleased with our choice as our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. We went for a Suffolk kitchen with an island and marble top. From meeting Chris in the Weybridge branch we knew this would be a smooth, professional experience and we were right. The units are very good quality and it all compliments my old house beautifully. Highly recommend.

What fabulous service! Neptune staff are the best. Lee looked after us today – going above and beyond what is already a brilliant company. He looked after us by sourcing a discontinued Casper chair which I desperately wanted. He researched, searched and fed back not only the store details of an ex-display chair in the fabric required – but also shared logistical support details for delivery of the armchair to our door. A very, very happy customer.

Really disappointing – tried to book a personal bespoke interior design meeting only to be told that the colleague who provided the service was not available Very vague response when I asked when they would be available. I was so happy with the advice I received about paint colours and where to use them to bring the room together in a stylish way, so much more than I could have envisaged. I was impressed with every contact, from visiting the wonderful shop in Hailsham, the staff were so charming and helpful, taking time sourcing wood samples. Similarly, the delivery men couldn’t have more professional. I am delighted with my table, it’s beautifully made and enhances the room perfectly.

Beautiful quality – made to last . Always delivered securely and within time frame . I have never been disappointed with products and feel that Neptune is a company that creates objects of beauty to pass down to the next generation. I would rather save and support craftsmanship that is within the United Kingdom and create a home full of treasured and classic design . Simple !
