You are missing the point regarding the Handsworth cutlery. You say it is dishwasher proof. By the way, my daughter went with her complaint to your Guildford store after approximately 6 months of using it when she noticed the metal was corroding.The response from your employee was:”maybe don’t put it in the dishwasher”. Unbelievable!This cutlery is NOT dishwasher proof clearly.Poor response then and poor response now.It now has become unusable….

My order was taken efficiently. The sale discount was generous. I was kept informed regarding delivery date and time. In the two week delivery period I realised I would be away. I received a personal reply telling me that delivery would be during the following week. As on previous occasion the delivery men were courteous, quick, efficient and respectful of my home. I am very pleased with my new blanket box/ottoman which suits the room decor and is just as described… plus sale discount! Thank you, Neptune.

Do not buy.I bought 2 sets of Handsworth cutlery for my daughter’s new home a few years ago. It said it was dishwasher proof.However the sticking out metal ends have badly corroded and are very rough. It now regularly scratches your hand when in use.My daughter had taken it back to your Guildford shop and was told to maybe NOT put it in the dishwasher.We would not have bought the 2 sets if that’s what it said.I have just spoken to Customer Services and they’re not prepared to do anything about it.Do not buy Handsworth cutlery, it becomes unusable if you put it in the dishwasher as per their instruction. I have fallen in love with Neptune paint and have spent some of the summer decorating with a new favourite colour, Driftwood. I ran out of paint so ordered some more, it arrived much quicker led than stated which meant I could get on with my decorating and plan the next room to paint. Very happy.

On line order – Had furniture for bedroom Larsson which we had painted to order. Excellent quality and delivered on time. Well packaged etc which drivers took with them. Furniture came with a touch up pot with the colour being made to order. Overall experience was fabulous. Definitely would recommend for products, helpful staff (contacted via phone as wanted to check on line to check item) and great delivery.

This company does everything well. Over the last 18 to 20 years I have purchased numerous items of furniture, accessories etc from them. Everything has been of the best quality, well constructed/made and always as expected. The service is of an exceptional standard unlike an inordinate amount of other companies I have dealt with. As a frequent customer of the shop in Bath, and an avid Neptune fan, my last few visits here have been underwhelming. Most recently last week. The staff seem miserable and the atmosphere is awkward. I try and get in and out as fast as possible. There is an air about the place that is uncomfortable and I almost dread walking in. I think I will shop online from now on.

I went into the store to get the design service from Maeve and I was told she was made redundant. This is such a shame/ oversight ! . She had some amazing ideas to help me with my extension. I won’t be coming back to Neptune without this service

Great company to deal with. I bought two lights in store got them home and they didn’t look right. Took them back and they returned my money without quibble. They didn’t have the light I wanted in store so I phoned the head office and ordered what I wanted. I was absolutely desperate for them because we had visitors coming and my wife wanted these light for their bedroom. It was a Saturday morning and I spoke to Eve she got those lights out Monday morning and I got them Tuesday which meant my wife was happy. Eve is an absolute credit to a good company.

Morning course on table dressingThis was such an enjoyable experience. Lucy, the facilitator, gave valuable insights and tips to make any table look beautiful. Loved the little flower frogs gift that we received.

Hopefully the item I’ve ordered will be fine…. This it to say that you have on your website offers and promotions that just cannot access, there are no terms and conditions saying “this relates to the promotional email from Xxxxx” or from the Mail drop. It also says can be used online or in store…. It just says spend X by xx/xx and enjoy a discount.False promotion right there.Lovely sarcasm from the online chat team too.The order was only placed as it’s something that the better half wanted. Also after placing the order the stated delivery timescale had almost doubled in the time of getting the email confirmation, is this another case of misleading information on your website?Nowhere in the body of the text does it state that it relates to an email promotion and if it’s that easily found maybe you should be looking at your cyber team if they shouldn’t be found. I found several of these on your site, some live, some expired.

What a lovely inspiring mini workshop hosted by Neptune, Farnham. It was amazing how Lucy beautifully transformed the table setting using all green vegetables. Lots of tips for table styling of different types of events. The modern country setting of the Neptune showroom is so calming and beautifully curated. The hosts were all so welcoming, warm and gracious. A thoroughly enjoyable and inspiring event, and a good excuse to indulge in a little accessory shopping. Thank you Lucy and all at Neptune Farnham!

The storage jars are beautifully made and just the right size and colour for my kitchen. They were carefully packed and arrived quickly. The website is easy to navigate with good photos and information. Very pleased.

A good experience in the end….. bought Marina light online, and then went to Chesham to get bulb. 2 young members of staff – one didn’t know the product at all and said bulb not available – the other dark haired lady knew her products and gave me the correct bulb out of stock. Staff training required!!

Thank you for hosting such a lovely tablescaping workshop. Lucy showed us techniques I have never considered before and, as a non-artistic person, she helped me to find my artistic side. Beautiful table but three of the six chairs have to be replaced as rattan loose and broken – not really what I’d have expected and customer service where oh we’ll replace them sorry about that – sounded like a standard answer without any real concern about the amount of money spent and customer expectations. No I’ll pass on your comments. Seems just to be the way with things now – nice delivery guys but also not too interested in delivering faulty products “ it’s just furniture innit” not a white glove service why can’t things be checked before they get put in a box ??

Hi bought 2 cans of point. Store person very helpful in getting them for me. I has to return a can of unused paint -No receipt. The store person found my transaction and refunded the can of paint. All very easy either their payment system. Great stuff

We have been shopping in Neptune Colchester for years and we absolutely adore the products and customer service we receive The ladies who work there are amazing and have helped us do much design the way we want our beautiful home to look , nothing is ever to much trouble for each and every member of staff.The furniture and accessories are timeless and of excellent quality .We have now purchased a new home and although all our Neptune furniture has come with us , there is now a excuse to purchase some new additions from this amazing brand

Once the order was placed and acknowledged, did not hear anything for weeks. Had to chase up. Once chased up, order located and delivered super quick.
