Very enjoyable morning with my daughter at Neptune Cheltenham at a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson today. All very well organised, the food was delicious, the demo was really interesting and the showroom kitchen provided a very comfortable atmosphere. Lee the store manager was welcoming and helpful. Thank you to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is not a room in our house that hasn’t been touched, in some way, by Neptune. We have been helped along the way by Lee and his team and have always enjoyed a warm welcome.Somehow, the Neptune style matches our style perfectly … or have we adapted ours to match Neptune?? Everything coordinates really well and it’s difficult to imagine regretting a Neptune purchase.My husband, daughter and I attended one of Becky’s cookery demos today and had a great time and some delicious-tasting food. Had a truly excellent afternoon at Neptune, in a superb kitchen setting with the lovely and very tasty cooking demonstration by the amazing Becky Wilkinson. We had a great talk, loads of fun and really excellent food to sample. (don’t need dinner now!)Thanks to Lee and the team for arranging this and for the goody bags too.If you read this, there are more of these events and the next one is in October, date TBC, but we WILL be there. A superb way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I had my eye of this lamp for a year. I was unsure re the colour and chose the blue. It’s stunning bigger than I thought but it’s beautiful. Ordered on the thurs and delivered the next day. Neptune items so class

Very professional service. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful even at the early hour they arrived! We really like the wine unit too. The colour of the top is much darker than the one in the shop and difficult to match with a new floor and side table. Quality is excellent.

I ordered the Milo stool in Fermoine and was expecting an August delivery date. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call much earlier than expected to say the stool was available and to arrange delivery for the following week. The stool is perfect and the entire experience a delight. Another great purchase from Neptune.

I love visiting Neptune Hailsham, the team are always so welcoming especially Lucy and Katie, I’m always offered a warm beverage, I feel so at home when I’m at this branch. Lucy and Katie were particularly helpful with assisting me with selecting my fabric samples.

Lead time was long but I was kept updated and when the delivery slot was a few hours late the customer care team went out of their way to keep me informed. Pricey but quality and service worth paying for!

We’ve had our bedroom designed by Eva last year and I love everything about it! Subsequently she has helped us update our living room and study. I love her sense of style, colour schemes and fresh ideas. Eva has spent time understanding our needs and how we use the rooms and tested lots of different ideas with us. She is amazing at incorporating existing pieces and suggesting moving pieces around to make the space more functional. Her designs have transformed our home into a peaceful, beautiful and more grown up space. Thank you!

Wow, Jo and the Cambridge team are fantastic! They are fun, kind and knowledgeable. Every time I go into the store I have such a lovely experience & they always make me feel so welcome. BIG shoutout to Jo – who literally went above and beyond for me today, spent time looking at the paint colours and explaining why they might work in different rooms etc. Sooo knowledgeable and totally understood the vibe I was trying to achieve. Fabulous tablescaping and floral arranging yesterday at Neptune Chichester. What a venue! Welcomed with a coffee and chat in the gorgeous outside space then a very enjoyable couple of hours making a stylish meadow box table decoration. Everyone was so helpful and fun too! Would recommend to anyone. The showroom is delightful for browsing and apart from grabbing lots of interior decorating ideas I bought something from the reduced table!

Everything went according to plan. Lee and Dean delivered my sofa spot on time and with no fuss. Timing exactly as predicted. Great quality Olivia sofa. Everyone comments on how good it looks. No pushy sales stuff, which was a relief. They let you look around without harassing you.

Each and every time I have visited the Neptune store in Bath, I have been warmly greeted and have been made to feel like a valued customer. I love to visit and see the new range of colour pallets for the season and love the ambience of the store. My purchases have been managed well and any issues (very few) dealt with promptly by the manager Ellie with a satisfactory outcome. This store is my go to for all my design and furnishing needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We fell in love with Neptune design and quality several years ago. Since when, like moths to the flame, we keep going back to buy (way more than we need). We know we can buy online but we keep returning to the Chichester store (which is some way away) because we are made to feel so welcome – it’s like visiting family. And because everyone is so helpful with their advice, and efficient with their execution. Top marks to them, well earned !

Everything fine apart from the chairs not looking the same colour as on line ( the ones delivered are grey while the ones online are black, like the ones we already have)so this has spoilt the experience. We now have to buy another two grey ones for a matching set.Not a good buying experience

A Wonderful mood board event held at Neptunes Knutsford store ! A truly inspirational and helpful couple of hours, taking valuable advice from their fantastic paint colour consultant Chrissy and ultra knowledgeable interior designer Vicky – a great time was had , meeting lovely likeminded ladies all looking to decorate and furbish our various rooms, learning so very much , whilst creating our very own mood boards to take away with us ! A delicious array of scrummy cakes and a wee glass of fizz made this the perfect way to spend a couple of hours in my favourite store ! Thankyou Neptune Knutsford , cant wait till the next event !

Very disappointed; ordered 2 items – one, they are inflexible about delivery and are offering two days but wont know which one until a day before, so i will lose 2 days work and brought a thrown which is not true to colour and Neptune charge £10 for a return! Will not buy from Neptune again

I ordered a dining room table and it is so gorgeous. I was kept up to date with delivery details and the men that delivered it were polite put it together quickly and then took all wrapping away with them. It was a lovely experience now waiting for delivery of a console table 😊

Spring and Summer Recipes with Becky Wilkinson – a wonderful afternoon spent in the gorgeous Farnham Neptune store with delicious food and recipe inspiration. This is the second class I’ve attended with Becky and I’m still making the recipes from the first. All the Neptune staff are so welcoming, with a genuine desire to create a wonderful customer experience in store and with the events they curate. I’d bought a simple glass vase as I left and was given many ‘better’ ideas for its use in display than I’d planned.

Went to an excellent cookery demonstration and then to shop in one of the largest and most attractive of the Neptune stores just outside Farnham . I loved the little alcoves and then the huge kitchen dinners plus the well furnished bedrooms. The store even has a collection of outdoor furniture in its own garden. I tried out the recipe Becky demonstrated at home and it was a great success. Thank you Neptune Farnham and Becky. Parking easy just outside store
