I’ve had my wonderful kitchen for four years and still love it as much as day one. A couple of cupboards had lost alignment so I contacted Neptune and within no time at all they sent someone out to sort my snagging issues. These were done quickly and efficiently, very happy with the outcome. 😊

We always enjoy the experience when go into the Edgbaston store. Excellent customer service, always friendly and ready and eager to help. We are over the moon with our kitchen and all the other pieces of furniture we have bought, beautiful quality and an amazing range of paint colours you can choose from allowing you to be adventurous when planning your rooms.

Great service as always – and what I needed in stock with very quick dispatch. We have used a lot of Neptune paint inside and outside – it may be pricier than some, but it is seriously good to use with excellent cover.

Have for the 3rd year purchased defusers from Neptune, as they last, and remind the family of wonderful times in Cornwall on holiday (where we first smelt them). Its an easy order process, and you are kept up to date on delivery, worth the money.

Colchester showroom is fantastic as are the products. Bought a 10 person oak table and it is lovely. Delivery team excellent and appreciated the tea 🙂

Packaging for home delivery is excessive.Ordered two sets of linen napkinsThey arrived in large box with fragile marked on it. Loads of paper in box. Cat loved box but massive waste and delivered in Royal mail van .all could have been in large envelope. Please consider waste and environmental impact.

Just to say a huge thank you to THE most lovely advisor in your store today …. sadly (rudely of me ) I didn’t take her name .. but I returned 2 wall lights with zero fuss from her and she made me and my dog 🐕 super welcome … she also has a fox red Labrador !!!I spotted some perfect bar stools … Ludlows …. got home to this lovely £50 voucher and bought them straight away!!! Yay !!! So a return / lovely service turned into a £650 sale !!!Thank you so much 😊 delighted with my Neptune day !!!

My house is full of Neptune products. I absolutely love everything I have purchased, Reasonable prices for the quality of goods. Delivery exceptional and always on time and if delivered by the guy with the van they are always very polite and helpful. Exceptional service all round.

Hanley vase was very poorly packaged. Was cracked in multiple places when it was delivered. Was not able to get a replacement as it was out of stock. Still haven’t received a refund over two weeks later.

The after sale service team of Neptune is great! Although some part of furniture went wrong, but after sales team had spend effort to make up the faulty, I want to particularly mention Roberto and Raffell, they were the two delivery men came and fetch my furniture for exchange and return, they were very patient and careful, they also gave me good usage tips so I can avoid the scratching on the floor. Glad Neptune has good staff like them.

We recently had a makeover in our lounge. It wasn’t huge but Danica has transformed our room into a beautiful, relaxing place to sit and enjoy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. She was so professional and gave me her opinion when I asked for it and was so knowledgable about every item I asked about! It was a pleasure to work with her and I would definitely recommend her and the Neptune team wholeheartedly.

Delivery team was first class. Placed our furniture item in situ without any issues a tidied up and removed the packaging for us. Very helpful advice about care and maintenance of our product too.

Terrible customer service while returning an online purchase. No paperwork with delivery but I had e receipt which is more than enough in other stores but Neptune Staff struggled with this concept and struggled even more to communicate with me, their customer. Expected more from Neptune’s customer service

We have been designing our kitchen and looking for a dining room and chairs over the last year. Lindsay and Danny from the Edinburgh Neptune store (which is situated within the Richard F Mackay furniture store) could not have been more helpful during this process. They have always been very welcoming and helpful and have taken great care to listen before making suggestions and giving advice. They are very knowledgeable about the furniture and home accessories they sell and we have found them a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. The Neptune furniture and is lovely and very well made and the displays always look gorgeous.

I recently purchased Christmas ornaments online .I was so pleased with the quality of the products & quick & efficient service provided from ordering to delivery I ordered a further few Christmas tree ornament’s. Day 1 ordered , Day 2 advised they had been dispatched Day 3 arrived . I could not recommend Neptune highly enough

I worked with Helena from day one on the plan for our ground floor conversion. She really took time to understand our needs. given that we have children and animals! She worked hard to make sure she delivered everything we had asked for within our budget The attention to detail with our design and the flexibility Helena showed when we asked to adapt elements of design, was brilliant. We’ve now ended up with a beautiful living space that looks effortlessly chic and beautifully designed, but above all it’s warm, homely and comfortable – well done to the team and Neptune Chichester .

Bringing my Kitchen up to Date:Painting my kitchen was a big project because I wanted to paint the units as well as the walls etc so I was looking round Neptune York for inspiration when I got into conversation with Bryony. I sent her photos and she suggesting a colour scheme with which I am delighted. She could not have been more helpful or supportive.

My first time of visiting Neptune and wow what a lovely shop. Everything so beautifully arranged it made you want to buy all. Customer care is at the forefront of the process, Caroline who designed and managed the project has been so helpful and supportive throughout, she listened to my needs and provided exactly what I asked for and within the limited budget given. She has been on hand, answering questions, offering suggestions regarding interior decor and she has truly made this process a memorable and pleasurable project.I have had assistance from all the members of staff in this store and each time, the experience has been a positive one. My daughter surprised me with a Christmas wreath making session at Neptune this weekend, and I just wanted to say how blown away I was! Andrea and the staff there were so friendly and accommodating, we were offered a coffee and mince pie on arrival, and a delicious glass of mulled wine whilst we were wreath making!! Andrea was lovely, she guided us through the wreath session with lots of advice and patience, we never felt rushed. There were 8 of us and after a couple of hours we all had made amazing wreaths! Such a lovely experience and such a great start to Christmas festivities!! Thank you so much
