What a beautiful shopping experience. Stunning silk flowers. Lovely staff, a kind lady called Lindsay helped my elderly mother to the car with some shopping bags. My mother was so grateful.

The staff are just fab nothing is too much trouble for them .. they are kind and have patience with me and the best bit is they recognise me each time I go in there. They know I’m deaf and really make my visit a memorable one and I do like my visits to the store very much

I recently visited the store for a food demonstration by the wonderful Becky. This is my second time of attending a food demo. I was disappointed that this year we weren’t given a glass of Prosecco and only offered water to go with our meal. It was a really nice touch last year and certainly got everyone chatting whereas I think this year people were more reserved. The food as always was delicious and I shall definitely be giving it a go at home, another little comment, my recipe card was photo copied whereas my friend had a proper printed card. As we had booked months in advance Neptune should really know the numbers needed.In saying that this is my favourite store, the staff are always super welcoming and very helpful.

I took delivery of a chest of draws a few weeks ago. I have been trying not to mind but, I am becoming I very unhappy with the draw closing mechanism of the top draw. It does not run smoothly on the runner to close and has to be pushed when it should glide at the first touch. I have decided not to accept this. The cost of the draw set was over £700 & the quality is not good enough I am getting in touch with York Neptune store where I purchased it tomorrow.

We love the quality and style of Neptune Furniture and Home Accessories and our home resembles a Neptune showroom!We have always had excellent customer service and now we live in Norfolk we are delighted to find Neptune by Appleyard in Holt where we can source and additional Neptune items with the same professional service.

Neptune are a lovely company to deal with. From the people working in the showroom to the delivery men you are always made to feel that your purchase is important to them. They kept me informed about my delivery every step of the way and the delivery of our beautiful new bed went without a hitch.

The side table was as expected as I have purchased from this range before. However, the glass does have a tiny scratch which is disappointing. My main issue is the white glove delivery service. The item was unwrapped on the road and then brought into the house. The table was extremely dusty and the glass completely smeared. On my previous purchases the furniture was carefully unpackaged in the house and presented beautifully. It would seem that not all the delivery drivers follow the same format. Like my previous purchases, I paid full price for this item so the delivery service should not have been as it was. Disappointing.

I recently visited Neptune in Chesham and I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Where do I start! The experience I had in store from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was incredible. I ended up purchasing all of my Christmas decorations even though my husband wasn’t too impressed but was impressed about the quality at least! I will definitely be visiting again soon! Love this website – have bought several items – rugs, storage baskets, log baskets. Very good quality. Brilliant return policy – bought a log basket and my measurements were wrong, it was way too big. Filled out the return form, next day got a phone call from courier they picked up and got my email confirming my refund within days. So easy to do.

The ladies at your Cheltenham store were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I purchased candles in store but had two large trifle bowls ordered on line. The items arrived two days later – a very efficient service!

The first time I saw a photo of the Frome console table I just knew it was right for house we were moving into.Love the quality it’s strong & well made .The black oak stain and markings on wood very classy.It looks as good as I knew it would .Delivery sooner than expected which was great and delivery guys so precise and organised.A good first experience with Neptune

A wonderful store with outstanding staff. I recently attended my second food demo and it’s such a pleasure. I highly recommend the wreath making events as well – I am booked in for my second Christmas wreath making afternoon and also attended the Easter one this year.The layout of the store is outstanding and a joy to browse and make a purchase or two. I always come away knowing I will return soon.

Lovely ottoman beautiful quality had to wait around eight weeks for it but I have it now and it was worth the wait , staff member called me regarding delivery and was extremely helpful.

Lovely food demo today at Neptune Chichester plus a purchase or 2! It’s always such a pleasure to visit – the store is beautifully dressed, and it feels like youre getting a comforting hug when you walk through the doors – as if entering someone’s home. A warm, genuine greeting, refreshments, and a wonderful team.

The manager in the store was very helpful and had a lot of time for us when we visited on the 20th October. We returned on the 21st to order the mirror we had seen. Whilst paying for this, and a few other items from the store, I asked if there was an NHS discount, explaining I had been given a candle when buying Ludlow stools in another store. One of the other members of staff sitting at the table was very direct and rude saying ‘we have customers who spend thousands in here’. This just isn’t what I expect from a store I have previously really enjoyed visiting and buying items for my home. I will think twice about returning to this store.

The lead time for all your products is a pathetic. You take everyone’s money and you have to wait for 3-6months to get what you have ordered. Must be great gaining that interest in the bank or investing in your business.

Thank you to the team at Monks Mead Reading, fantastic service.Delivery was excellent and the team who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient. They assembled the bed and took all the stress out of taking the packaging away . The bed was in perfect condition and it’s such fantastic Neptune quality. Definitely worth it . I recommend Neptune

Neptune phoned with a date their van was in the area – but we were away then so they arranged for UPS to deliver before our holiday which was in 5 days time. Nothing from UPS on day 3 so I phoned the Neptune store. I was told the UPS tracking number was incorrect and that I would be contacted when they knew more. Asked to speak to the Neptune delivery team and was told that wasn’t possible – strange as I found the number online! Day 4 came with still no information. I eventually got through to the delivery team who still couldn’t tell me when the order would arrive. 5 minutes after I put the phone down on them, UPS turned up: no warning at all. Neptune said that the order had arrived before my holiday so all was well – but they failed to address the multiple calls I had to make to try to ensure I was actually in for the delivery. Not a great experience and certainly not the premium service I would expect from Neptune.

The staff are excellent. Chichester is excellent. Look back at what head office did wrong. Maybe look at when the order was placed and then received. It wasn’t a kitchen!!!!!

I was able to order the product easily in store even though online only.Staff member very helpful.Delivery came early which was unexpected and great for me.Product was exactly what I ordered and fulfilled it’s purpose.

I have always loved Neptune so when we started renovating our barn it was our first stop.Although I had lots of ideas of how I wanted it to look, it felt overwhelming with all the decisions that needed to be made to get the look I wanted.Within the first 30mins of our initial consultation with our designer Hayley, I felt such relief, she totally got the look I was aiming for and how we could achieve it. It felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders knowing that she was there, her advice was invaluable and she always made me feel that nothing was to much trouble. I could not recommend Hayley and the team at Neptune highly enough

DONOT BUY a painted kitchen from Neptune. I guess we should have questioned the fact that the fitters left us with a can of paint as they left.! Within weeks of being fitted the kitchen started to show white paint on the edges of cupboards and drawers, the fitters touched up when they came to fix another problem but again within weeks the same thing happened. I made a complaint but no response from Neptune for months until I posted on here when they finally offered to repaint in harder wearing paint. This was done and gratefully accepted but then the same thing happened again within weeks. I made another complaint to Neptune which they did not respond to for 5 months asking for some small amount of compensation as clearly this problem would continue to happen and we would have to touch up ourselves. They originally said they thought it would not be a problem and asked for even more photos this time from a distance, then said nothing further could be done as wear on highly used areas.! We are elderly, have no pets or grandchildren so what does high use amount to?? We have had painted kitchens before , no problem, so clearly the product is not fit for purpose . Customer service terrible. Products look fantastic in the showroom my advice do not buy a painted kitchen from Neptune, you will be disappointed

Our kitchen is about 4 years old so naturally a few minor problems. I contacted Neptune and they organised someone to come and repair the issues. Christian turned up and solved them all, noticing another minor issue and fixed that too. Really impressed with the service,

I was unfortunate to receive faulty furniture. My experience of the Belfast store and Neptune Head office was very poor – both were slow to respond, with little acknowledgement for inconvenience caused. Improved customer service skills are needed in management of incorrect and /or faulty orders; this includes the franchise owner. I felt they were inefficient, and at times some of the team came across as being really unhelpful and a bit rude.It’s different when they are making a sale.

Very efficient service, staff were friendly and very helpful. Staff phoned to tell me of delivery date and the driver phoned 30 mins beforehand and unpacked the furniture and took away all the cardboard.

Love Neptune so much but unfortunately one cup out of the six was slightly cracked and leeks but I loved the cups. Unfortunately I can’t use one of them.

Ordered online but item despatched with no parcel data, so it’s been sitting in UPS depot for 2 days with no movement. Contacted Neptune online chat with no success of rectifying it. Just waiting on my refund. Wouldn’t order again.

You longer can buy fabric by the meter. I was going to buy a chair and then get my sofa recovered in the same fabric! Will now choose another fabric from somewhere else! I don’t want my home to look like I’ve purchased my interior from Neptune I like to mix it up. I was going to enquire about a kitchen ….. I no longer feel that I want to!

The product is great – really good quality.It took much longer to deliver than it should have and receiving a phone call at 06:05 in the morning to tell me the delivery was 20 minutes away, is not how your customers should be dealt with.I’d suggest you sort that out.
