A beautiful store. I normally shop in the small Neptune in Blackheath. This store is huge with so much choice availability. The staf are so helpful and friendly especially when I explained that I was recovering from a broken back. I cannot wait to visit again. Thankyou ❤️

Neptune have been very attentive from day one. They have been very accommodating and efficient in their design consultations. The store is beautiful and homely and very welcoming. Both Dot and Amber put me so at ease making big design decisions. Their expertise was so helpful as they gently guided me through the process of designing a family kitchen that will look timeless for years to come. The installation was seamless and all bespoke elements look fantastic, many thanks to John and Toby. Toby the fitter was very punctual and professional.

This was our second Neptune kitchen so the bar had been set very high at your Hatch End Reading branch!We were therefore impressed at the equally high standard of service we received from your York branch. Everything from inception with our designer Holly, project management from Kayleigh, skilled craftsmanship from our delightful fitter Adam to the final paint finish when we had three gentlemen working hard all day to give the final touches to our beautiful new room! A visit to your showroom was always met with a smiling Michael ably supported by the rest of your staff, who make excellent coffee by the way! One simply couldn’t ask for more-especially with a demanding customer like me! Thank you all.

Fantastic product but was a little disappointed when it can flat pack and delivery driver I thought assembles and the take the rubbish away.

The wardrobe received was excellent and well put together by the team. Main area of concern was that an unwanted bed and headboard were delivered twice resulting in some confusion in the the refund process. All sorted now but time consuming.

Beautiful furniture delivered promptly by polite delivery men. One piece of furniture had to be returned as it was faulty but this was done with no problems.

I mainly visit the Colchester branch where the staff are always friendly, helpful, polite and provide great customer service. I also recently attended the Colour evening at Colchester which was really interesting and very informative.

My friend and I had a lovely evening at the cocktail masterclass. We had a glass of fizz on arrival from the great hosts Annabel and Maisie. Neil made the tutorials fun and added to the buzzing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the event!

We came to the Neptune Cheltenham store to buy a new kitchen and the whole experience we received from Neptune and our amazing kitchen designer Amber was second to none. Right from the start Amber was warm and welcoming and really listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen. Within just a few weeks she had created the first design which we were able to tweak until it was perfect! The communication from Amber and the rest of the team was brilliant. The final kitchen is our dream come true, we couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Neptune Cheltenham enough! Thank you Amber and team 🙂

I’d been looking to buy a new table lamp for ages and finally found one I liked online at Neptune. All the information provided, description, weight and dimensions, was spot on, super important as the base was earthenware and heavy. The shade options for this particular lamp were a little limited but I could purchase the base separately. As it turned out I found another shade elsewhere on their website. Crucially, the website photo images are very accurate and so it was a relief when the lamp arrived and was exactly as expected. The packaging was great, even with this item weighing 8kg, it arrived perfectly and very quickly via UPS, just three days from placing the order with the courier providing delivery info throughout the day.What more can I say, all in all, very pleased.

Such a treat to go to the cocktail making masterclass at my local Neptune. From the moment I walked in, hosts Maisie and Annabel were warm and welcoming. In the lovely atmosphere of one of the store’s stunning kitchen spaces, Neil taught us how to make three delicious cocktails (definitely adding the strawberry daiquiri to my limited repertoire). With a little late night shopping too, against which our cocktail class tickets were redeemable, it was a brilliant value and fun evening.

Ordered two lamps – one delivered broken in two places. Indecipherable instructions included in multiple languages save English. Broken item replaced but massive hassle and not remotely interested in any gesture reflecting this. Never again.

I would just like to say I was served by Jo Reeves today. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She presented with a warm calm and polite manner. Her knowledge of the products in store was impressive and she really did not mind doing endless trips to the storage room to check for items despite what I felt, being understaffed. Jo also Managed to find these lamps I had been looking for and she emailed to let me know she had sourced them. So I went in today to purchase them. Her colleague in the shop floor was also very helpful and hands on and carried my items to the car. Over all my experience was really good and as result I will be visiting more often, as I am really big on customer service which was brilliant. The store is very lucky to have such dedicated and committed staff. Thank you Jo for all your help today and yesterday.

I attended a cocktail masterclass at Neptune Bath this week and cannot think of a more stylish venue. It felt as if we were in someone’s (very glamorous) kitchen and the hosts Annabel and Maisie were so welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the Neptune range. What a splendid idea to learn new cocktail recipes, meet new people and then have the chance to browse the Neptune shop after hours. My new butter dish is pride of place on the kitchen table. I visited Neptune Chichester for an evening with the stores design team . My friend and arrived and we were able to browse and enjoy the store’s stylising, The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, they have extensive product knowledge and fully understand people and there design requirements wether you want just some help stylising a sofa with cushions and texture, to planning a new kitchen installation. The team at Chichester will help you every step of the way.A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Lady who served me was very friendly/ polite and helpful ,but when i have visited your store on other occasions , it was quite off putting with members of staff ( office ) sitting at their lap tops around the showroom ,it made me feel I shouldn’t be there! Not even a friendly smile …quite disappointing

I’d just like to take a moment to recognise Nathan and Steve – our Neptune delivery drivers. After a really long day they could not have been more accommodating and friendly when others may have been a bit jaded and curt. They were very complimentary towards Neptune (always a good sign!) and recommended we visit the shop by the depot in Swindon. A real credit to the brand.

Customer service and communication from Neptune was great, I was just a bit surprised that 100ml tin of Natural Oak IsoGuard oil costs £28.95 including delivery! The tin is the same size as a tester pot of paint.

Patsy our designer has been fabulous to work with, the process was made a little more complicated by my Principle being overseas in a different time zone and with a short time frame, but with Patsy’s patience we got a design they were happy with.The professionalism from the installers, waste removal and Toby the fitter was superb. Vicki the installation manger with the fabulous pink nails went above and beyond when the pressure was on and always with a smile. I cannot thank Patsy and Vicki enough for making sure everything ran smoothly and taking on the stress and worry of getting the job completed by the deadline. Overall Neptune’s focus on customer service and willingness to go the little bit extra made the whole experience from design to sign off a great experience.

After my wife died I decided to redecorate/refurnish my Breakfast Room/Conservatory – for fresh new look after 30 years.After visiting various High Street furnishing shops I decided to spend more money, come to Neptune Tonbridge and get the benefit of their high quality design and service.I do not regret this decision – great presentation in the Showroom with attractive designs, quality products, very helpful and professional staff giving good advice ( Dawn and Teresa) – and being very patient and tolerant of changes of mind!I could not be more pleased.This would be a 5-star review except for the rather heavy-handed returns policy and quite slow delivery of upholstered furniture.

Having loved Neptune from the first time I ever walked into one of its stores, there was never a doubt that, one day, I would be lucky enough to have one of their kitchens. That dream has now come true with Patsy, from Cheltenham, in conjunction with Vicki, the technical manager, designing the most beautiful Suffolk kitchen in my new location in The Cotswolds. I am thrilled with it and the whole process has been an absolute pleasure, with professionalism from all parties concerned, from delivery drivers, waste collection and excellent fitters. Nothing has been too much of a problem, and Patsy and Vicki have always been quick to help with advice on hand and making any necessary adjustments to the design along the way. I was also given a discount for recommending my sibling to Neptune, with Patsy, too, designing their Chichester kitchen. It has been a joy to work with such a friendly and efficient set of people! Thank you Patsy, Vicki, Toby and the work surface team.

Mood Board Loved, loved, loved the day, I have waited three – four months to do the course (Weekend session) but absolutely worth the wait. The guidance enabled all of us to explore ideas and have our thinking extended, I will definitely do this again. Love the design ideas I have now got for my lounge cannot wait to bring the ideas to life. Just a thought Neptune, but what about a discount on the products we selected as part of our mood boards? We had four people in the group and I think that was spot on I think had we been the six it would have been tight for one to one time with the designer.

The mirror is excellent quality and the delivery instructions were followed as requested.My only disappointment was that the box said the mirror came with the relevant fixings for the item to be put on the wall but these were not in the box so we had to go out to buy some

The furniture we wanted was in stock so enabled prompt delivery. The process of arranging delivery was via phone and conformation email and was straight forward. The delivery drivers unpacked the product, placed it in the room we wanted it and took all packaging away. There were very friendly and efficient.

Participated in the Abstract Landscape painting workshop with Laura, who is a teacher who supports her students to go beyond what they thought was possible! Brilliant, inspiring and experimental. The Neptune staff were so helpful too -would highly recommend it to get the experience of something special.

We are so pleased that we chose Neptune to supply and fit our kitchen in our new self build home. The process was by far the least stressful part of the housebuild! The customer service at Neptune really is first class. Claire from the Cambridge store was so friendly and accommodating of what we required, and assisted us with any changes that we made throughout the design process. The technical side went very smoothly too, thanks to James’ liaison with our developer which made the process feel seamless. Jennifer at the Cambridge store sourced the Siemens appliances and was always very helpful ensuring the installation process went smoothly with 3rd party suppliers. We’re really pleased we used Neptune to supply the Quartz worktop as despite being more expensive than supplying it ourselves it took a lot of stress away. We love the product itself and so pleased with the choices we made in the end. It’s a beautiful classic kitchen that will stand the test of time. Thank you Neptune!

What a beautiful showroom in Bath. Popped in on Tuesday to choose some fabric samples for a new sofa and paint swatches for our new living room. We were assisted by Maisie who was so knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back to place my order soon

The website seems to jump around to touch sensitive at times.What’s happening to your offering it seems to be shrinking. Lighting very disappointing.
