Ordered from Neptune on line for the first time – delivery was smooth and efficient and I was very pleased with my purchases. I do however feel that the cost of delivery is too expensive it actually put me off ordering some more items.

From the moment we first met Tom in the Tonbridge showroom through to the final site visit, our experience with Neptune has been outstanding. I am quite fussy when it comes to the design and look of the kitchen (the curse of being a graphic designer), but Tom was patient and more than happy to amend the design until we were totally happy with it. And the installation manager James Booth made sure nothing was left to chance with lots of sites visits prior to install and got us through a sticky situation when our tilers caused some unexpected delays. Every one of this Neptune team is at the top of their game, and we felt we were in safe hands all the way through. The fitter Ollie and the install team were efficient and precise and Ian did a beautiful job with the worktops. And to cap it off, the final paint job by Lee was immaculate. I can’t recommend Neptune kitchens and the team at Tonbridge highly enough.

The lovely Emmaleigh from the Guildford branch went over and above to help me get a part for our Neptune kitchen drawer which was installed many many moons ago (before there were high street shops everywhere). I mainly dealt with Emmaleigh mainly over email with a couple of calls to place the order and she was professional and helpful. She even kept me posted with the part arrival date and when there was a minor delay. This is old school customer care we rarely see anymore. Thank you Emmaleigh – not only do we have a working drawer again (sparks joy) but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.

The friendly welcome and effortless service put the whole experience of shopping onto a different level.The layout of the displays were perfect which made the ease of deciding so much better then other shops.

I ordered a reading lamp – it arrived when expected, it is a lovely design, great quality and v stylish. Customer services were v helpful and quickly sent a bulb which was missing from original order – never shopped here before, but will do now

Sent email enquiry first which was responded to very quickly. Ordered online and delivered within a few days. Product is just as ordered so what is there not to like!

Easy to order and lovely products. Bought the white ceramic trees, a house and an angel in the sale as I missed out in my local shop before Christmas. They are beautiful and will look perfect in my home next Christmas.

I attended Beckys cooking demonstration at the Canterbury store. I had such a pleasant evening. It was the first time Id visited the store but my sister had told me on numerous occasions how much she loved Neptune and all of its furniture and accessories.I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the demo was fun and informative. The food was delicious! I came away with recipes which I am definitely doing again and an amazing goodie bag! I felt very spoilt. I am planning on updating my living room this year so I will definitely be back (I need to know what colour paint you used on your walls as that is exactly what I want ?). Thank you Neptune Canterbury. I think you may be my new favourite store! ??

I was recommended to visit by QUEST,as I was looking for good quality faux flowers. Wow! Wasn’t disappointed with the bunch of tulips and the general store blew me a way! Had a great time browsing around, not least of all the design studio! Can’t wait for Christmas to see the treats on offer! Definitely now on my radar for when I visit BSE!????

My “Mini” Cranberry Stockings turned out to be literally thumb sized……very disappointing…the even more annoying thing was that I paid more for delivery than I did the stockings…..Total joke for such a professional company…!!! Can’t understand how cop on didnt proceed – Should of being standard postage and not a UPS delivery in a box for 5 pieces of fabric…..Joke.com..!!!

The sales staff were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.I ordered two large mirrors. I have never received a delivery that was so well packaged. The delivery men were brilliant, they unpacked both mirror so I could check them. I rang the showroom to say how impressed I was.I am so happy with both.

We recently visited Neptune Reading to view dining room tables. The member of staff who provided help and assistance called Natalie could not have been more helpful. She was very patient she showed my wife and I the many options available and explained what type would best fit our needs. She really was a great ambassador for Neptune and we would certainly recommend any one needing a dining room table to visit Neptune store Reading.

What a wonderful afternoon we had , Becky was an absolute delight , not only cooking and teaching us about some delicious recipes, ( that we could also eat ) but also sharing all her extra tips and stories that kept us entertained the whole afternoon. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. Hopefully Ill be able to make it to Beckys next cookery demonstration in the spring. Cautious in placing order in store due to previous disappointing experience. However, the assistant who placed my order and provided reassurance regarding follow up was very helpful and professional. I placed my order on Monday and the item was delivered the following Friday. The team who made the delivery were excellent and I just could not fault how respectful they were. Five star service by both store and delivery teams. Thank you.

Just popped in on my first visit to the designer weekend and received great service from the store leader Tracey and designer Chloe. The store is so beautiful with a relaxed ambience and the staff are lovely, I could have stayed for hours! I will be back to book a kitchen appointment very soon.

I recently purchased some hot water bottles as Christmas presents for my family. I also have one for myself. I cant tell you how amazing they are! The sheepskin keeps the water hot all night and is still warm when I wake up in the morning. A beautiful product which also helps save the heating bill. Bravo Neptune!

The staff at the Knutsford store are all very friendly as we visit often. They offer great advice and are all really helpful apart from one member of staff, although to be fair we havent seen her on the last couple of occasions that we have visited and we usually visit once every two weeks.

Communication is poor. QR code on the receipt doesnt link to the website so have to take a screenshot to find out information. Ordered a small table on 2/1/23, still no update despite saying delivery to store would be between 13th- 20th (now 22nd). Called store 3 times, no one picks up. Whilst the products look lovely, in a competitive market the distribution and delivery of products is poor compared to rivals. They need to up their game!

We visited the Wimbledon store today looking for a specific product. Gianni who helped us was incredible!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our queries and ordered products for delivery. Also neatly packaged goods for us that we purchase in store and gave great advice. It was such great customer service that we felt compelled to leave a review for Gianni! Extremely satisfied customers!

Good choice of ceramic Christmas goods. Delivery was slow but it wasn’t a problem as bought post Christmas so not urgent.. Very well packaged however 2 of the little houses had been very visibility chipped.

Great paint at great price. Prompt delivery as well. We have bought a number of things from Neptune and each experience has been excellent. When we had to deal with customer service the experience was prompt and great. The delivery guys were professional and polite. We will buy from Neptune again

The delivery was left in my drive on a snowy day. I was in because I was waiting for the delivery. Nobody rang the doorbell. I saw the box later on that day. As I am somewhat disabled, it was a struggle to bring the box inside. Luckily nothing was damaged.

I came into the Colchester store just before it was closing on a Sunday before Christmas with my daughter. The ladies were lovely, staying after closing time to order me an Albert 8ft Christmas Tree and then sorted out some drinking glasses as well. Excellent Customer Service, made my Christmas! Staff in store very helpful. We were kept fully up to date with regard to delivery of our items. The delivery crew were on time and were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The service provided by Neptune was excellent. From start to finish, we felt confident and assured about our kitchen plans. Patsy Williams was very personable and made us feel at ease during the kitchen design phase and throughout the process. When it came to site visits and the fitting of our kitchen etc, John Magnor was also friendly and easy to deal with, as was our wonderful kitchen fitter Toby. The whole process worked really well and we are delighted with the finished product which was the result of careful planning and quality of service by all representatives of Neptune involved in delivering our kitchen. Thank you all so much!
