Happy with product but ordered in September for October delivery but they didnt arrive until mid December. Unfortunately there was no communication so I ended up having to chase a couple of times just to be told they had been let down by their supplier. I think I should have been contacted when the original due date wasnt achieved.

I ordered a wardrobe, bed linen, a mattress and a sheepskin rug for my bedroom last month. Everything arrived just before Christmas and the two guys were fantastic putting it all together and getting it up the staircase. They took all the rubbish away too. Beautiful quality furniture, it really will last it is so well made. Also best night sleep I have had in a very long time, the bed linen is such beautiful quality, and what an amazing mattress. Really pleased! Thank you for fantastic quality, design and service

From the moment we visited the beautiful store in Bristol to choose our new dining chairs, to the moment they arrived as scheduled, we were kept updated. The delivery guys were on time, friendly and efficient. We are delighted with our chairs and they appear to be very good quality and long lasting.

Many you for this opportunity, as I am as well going to email the FT W.E magazine who promoted these very much below standard hot water bottles! let me explain, the hot water bottle flat sides are stuck together, so can not be fill up properly, I must assume they are very old stock?? I bought 2, but I have managed to unstick one of the bottles by pushing the long end handle of a wooden, to open up the bottle, sadly for the other one it does not appear possible, without tearing the rubber!What can you do?

Absolutely rubbish. The quality is good but overpriced. The wait time for fulfilling orders is unbelievable. A footstool took almost 10 months and a simple throw took over 3 months. Meanwhile you pay up front. Something not right about that is there?This was an online order.

Super staff throughout our whole kitchen project; from design and planning through fitting and aftercare, everyone went out of their way to help. A level of craftsmanship rarely seen these days! The welcoming and helpful staff in the Bournemouth Neptune. It is always a pleasure to visit the store. Drawback is that it is difficult to leave without making a purchase as everything is of such good quality and beautifully displayed.

Great service, quality side tables painted to customer specification and was left a pot of touch up paint.The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and on time.They unpacked the items in their van and brought them in and took away the packaging which was very helpful.Delighted with my purchase!

This is our third furniture purchase from Neptune.The first was in October 2021 when we bought 6 dining chairs. 2 were damaged and had to be replaced.The second purchase was in December 2021 when we bought an extending dining table. One leaf had a screw sticking through the top, the other leaf had stains on the underside and the finish of the table was poor. The table was replaced.Our third and latest purchase was in December 2022 when we bought 2 armchairs. One chair rocked and a leg fell off a week after delivery. Neptune have agreed to replace the chair.Neptune's sales team in York are excellent, both at the time of purchase and in resolving issues. The problem with Neptune appears to be the lack of quality control. The defective products we received should never have been delivered.

What an amazing first impression. I visited the Wimbledon showroom and it was such an amazing place for inspiration, Gianni was extremely helpful and was able to relate with me when I spoke about what colours and style I was going for. I would most definitely recommend asking for Gianni!

I returned some faulty fabric to the Bury St Edmunds store and sent photos of the faults.I was told that my refund would come from head office. I received a generic email saying the issue would be dealt with. Since then I have received no communication. Hence the low score.

Recessed lights are sold without clearly informing that they are not fire compliant. Firehoods need to be installed and I have not been able to find a supplier who does them in the size of the three spotlight units.. These should be offered as an accessory. As it is, I may not be able to install them without breaking fire regulations.

Superb service. I placed an online order unfortunately one of my items was faulty. I informed them by email. I received an immediate response from Neptune who arranged for a replacement. Brilliant products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them again ?

I have been walking past the Neptune store in Weybridge for years so when we decided to reconfigure our ground floor and move our kitchen to make way for an open plan kitchen and dining space Neptune was our first choice. We came into the store with a budget in mind, and Nicole was so helpful in designing the kitchen I had dreamed of but never thought we could have within budget.The process was simple from start to finish, and Nicole could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Everything happened exactly when Nicole said it would, which after a fairly stressful build was such a relief. We are so grateful and delighted with the result. Thank you so much!

I love Neptune products, their stores and I believe the quality reflects the higher price. However, I have been continually disappointed with their lack of communication with regards to delivery. On 3 separate deliveries, I never got the promised, '3 hour delivery slot' and end up either chasing them for it or waiting in all day, so it's not a one-off. If they can't provide it, I wish they wouldn't promise it when you book the delivery date and manage customer expectations accordingly.

Just exceptional customer service especially as I totally messed up, order the wrong colour, then they organise an exchange and then I realise it did not work at all (despite liking the item) and they have organised a return. So friendly and helpful on the phone that they have made me want to order from them in the future!

Went to buy replacement for 2 broken drinking glasses, told they only sell on sets of 6. Looked at the glasses with the same name but those on display were slightly different from the ones we had. No other option so ordered a set of 6. When they arrived there were different again from those on display and massively different from the 4 glasses we had. Staff allowed us to buy six of the display glasses that were marginally different from those we had. Whole experience unsatisfactory.

What an incredible 5* experience ! The neptune Tonbridge team & designer Vicki are outstanding. Our renovation was delayed during the pandemic but the attention to detail (in fact multiple design changes) we felt carefully listened to, instant communications and of course high level design skill by Vicki have meant we have just received the kitchen diner, baking station and utility rooms of our dreams. Not only do you pay for incredible quality cabinetry furniture but also a full service guided experience and lifetime guarantee. I (We) had high expectations ? as it was a big ticket investment but the whole experience has blown us away. Huge respect for lead designer Vicki and James Booth the overseeing all the detailed technical aspect. Highly recommend !!!

Gorgeous products, but non existent customer service. Sofa ordered and paid for in full in July with an early November delivery date confirmed in store and on-line. November has come and gone with no response to my emails enquiring on status. The tracker on my order has moved to February 2023! No response to a more formal request for an explanation, apology and thanks for my 7 month interest free loan.

Vicky has been so helpful with decisions regarding how to decorate and furnish our new space. She has the experience of knowing which shades of paint and shapes of furniture will work well in which spaces and shes very honest with her opinion which I find both amusing and really helpful. Working with Vicky has taught me some rules about interior design which I can use in other projects in the future. I love our new Shoreditch dining chairs and have enjoyed seeing some new Neptune furniture bring some existing pieces to life.

Loving my new sideboard - a quality piece of furniture - with solid beautiful finished oak. The sliding doors make it easy to fit into a narrow space and easy access. The delivery staff were excellent - kept in touch about delivery times and assembled and located it for me, cleared up their mess too.

Unable to get the lamp shades locally for 2 months because of supply problems. Rang Neptune and not only did they have the lamp shades in stock they gave helpful fitting advice and dispatched them free of change. They were delivered three days later. Could not ask for better service.

Purchased a full design and install Chichester kitchen, and all appliances at 40,000, to be assured of a guarantee. A couple of years later we have misaligned cupboards that you need to lift to close, and an integrated fridge door that Is hanging off as clearly inadequate fitting (low level domestic use). Many emails, completely dismissed by Neptune with photo evidence, then told that we would need to pay 350 for them to come and fix their defects. Please note the guarantee states if you use your own tradesmen to fix their mistakes then you will invalidate the guarantee. Additionally they ignore all emails. I am currently escalating to trading standards.

Visited Chiswick store during my travels. Met with a smile from every member of staff - whether they were engaged on the phone or helping others. Bought some of the lovely white Christmas houses. Staff gave me boxed items as I was travelling. Nothing was too much trouble which actually made me buy more! Great atmosphere!
