Perfectly hosted, beautiful surroundings, effortlessly demonstrated by the lovely Kirstie and an all-round memorable time. Brucie bonus that my wreath looks gorgeous ! ? We are delighted with our new Neptune kitchen. From start to finish the whole process has been such a pleasant experience. Sophia, our kitchen designer was excellent, so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She kept us well informed every step of the way. The kitchen cabinets are very good quality and timeless. Steve, the kitchen fitter was brilliant too. In fact all the staff involved deserve a mention as they were all great. Next Neptune project our study.Thank you Neptune, Bury St Edmunds.

The staff are always very helpful and welcoming. The product information is always good. The furniture and accessories are of the highest quality. It always good to know you can exchange purchases if they dont look exactly as you expect. All round quality.

It was a real pleasure to plan our kitchen/utility project with Patsy, Amber, John and Liam during 2022; every step was to the highest standard. They each brought a splendid level of creative and technical expertise to the project, delivering the brief without fault and with excellent service and response to questions throughout. Huge thanks to each of them, we absolutely love the revived kitchen and utility – it is a joy to use.

Jane at the Bury St Edmunds store has recently finished the final touches to our family room, and we are beyond happy with it! Jane was amazing, she listened to our needs and accommodated for them while also producing a timeless design. Jane continuously pushed us out of our comfort zone, brining colours in that we would never have been bold enough to pick ourselves.The result is genius – making the best of the space we had. Our room is open plan and it was important to us to create rooms within rooms. Jane achieved this brilliantly. Thank you Jane and everyone from the Bury St Edmunds store!

I bought a console table and when it was delivered, there was a mark on the side. The delivery guys took pictures and said they would submit it and also asked me to call. I called the next day to be told that a replacement had already been ordered and would be delivered to me the following week, when they would collect the other one. The furniture I have bought from Neptune is of very high quality. I have found their staff in the shop, on the phone and the delivery people all to be extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Neptune.

Great personal experience from the moment we had our design meeting to the installation and beyond. We absolutely love our Island and everyone we interacted with was fantastic, Beth our designer, James our kitchen fitter and Steve the painter and Jennifer from the store have all been great. Especially Steve who came back out again to touch up! We did have an issue with something but this has been rectified with pace and to our satisfaction.

Came into store a couple of weeks ago but have been meaning to post a review of my experience since. Very warm, welcoming, and helpful staff regarding trying to choose amongst the many beautiful paint choices. Beautiful showroom, personally I would have liked to see more kitchen serve ware items that are available. Other than that ?

Amazing ? walked into the store for the first time greeted really warmly by the staff, the girls were really helpful and kind whilst I was trying to find a gift for my mum and not to mention the incredible gift wrapping (thanks so much). Very well laid out store, such a professional set up. Im very surprised I managed to walk out of here without half the shop.

The can of paint came broken with most of the paint pouring into the plastic packaging however contacting a pleasant member of your team promising a new to be sent out the following week but after endless calls and ups notifications I now been told it will arrive next week. This very annoying as painters are not able to come next week as I ran out of paint due the damaged can!!

I attended the Moodboard Masterclass in Canterbury. I cannot praise the designers enough, they inspired us all and made it so simple to create our moodboards and I was extremely inspired with my design. We had access to so many beautiful samples and expert advice. Everyone was so friendly and spoilt with drinks and mince pies. Thankyou to the Canterbury team, highly recommend. Karen

Interior Design delivery was superb. Annabel came and dressed my room and the two delivery drivers carefully unpacked the furniture and placed it according to the floor plan that Annabel has designed.Lovely furniture, excellent build quality and we’re delighted with the result. Would definitely use again. We’d already decided which furniture we wanted but used the design service to give us a different, professional viewpoint. The money for that consultation came off the order so it was a free service in essence. And Annabel made some changes to our original thoughts and she was absolutely right. Plus she was gorgeous! Nipped into the Bury St Edmunds branch to grab a tissue cover box and noticed the faux flower displays. A lady called Liz helped me with a few questions I had with some of the stems and offered to arrange a display to show me what they would look like arranged together. I walked out of the store with not only a beautiful vase filled with stunning flowers that I can literally place in my home with no effort! but also exceptional customer service, how rare in today’s world to have a member of a sales team to go above and beyond to help you. What an asset Liz is to the Bury St Edmunds store, I remember her from years ago working in a local home furnishing store and she helped me furnish my whole house!

The delivery was easy to arrange. The furniture arrived well packaged and was unpacked with care. It looks great and I am very happybwoth my purchase. All correspondence I have had with Neptune has been very well handled. I would definitely recommend.

I visited Neptune’s shop in Chiswick to buy 2 dining chairs. I have received useful advice and assistance from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. I took home a few fabric samples to help with my decisions. The delivery was highly professional, I was communicated the delivery slot promptly. I am very happy with my beautiful and comfortable chairs. Highly recommended!

It’s been quite fascinating watching prices rising on the Neptune.com website the past couple of years. I do wonder who can still afford it. Some of the smaller items, like cushions, baskets and paintings increased by increments of 5 every now and then so it does start to add up! I only noticed this because I ha e a house to furnish and I tend to procrastinate and so visit the website a lot. I’m relieved I bought my small oak table before it increased by 200!My review still has three stars because the products are still to my taste and well made, but sadly I’m priced out now.Neptune, please think about making a cheaper selection or brand – even your Outlet is now too expensive for me! Random commemt, but those dirty, faded “Condition C” chairs or incomplete cabinets without shelves, etc. for only a minimal discount is madness – who buys them??At least I can sell my existing items second hand for the same amount I bought them for!

I have just finished a 4 week (every weds night) Art course with a very talented, lovely local artist Miranda Carter. Neptune @Bath hosted this course which was a stunning, warm and ideal venue for the class. Neptune were fantastic hosts supplying drinks and snacks and always being friendly and welcoming. I cannot rate this course, venue and teacher highly enough and look forward to participating in anymore they should do!

We have enjoyed such a wonderful experience creating artwork over the last 4 weeks with Miranda. The Neptune setting and atmosphere were the perfect backdrop for the relaxing and mindful creativity Miranda taught. We will be back for more.

Used the design service to create a whole new room. The consultation visit was great fun and the final result exceeded expectation, the designer really captured what we wanted and it feels so comfortable and our style but so much better executed. Customer service really good. Delivery day was great!

We ordered two Buckland picture shelves in oak. Delighted with the look we have achieved by staggering their position above our Chichester sideboard. Really easy to fit and we were able to collect from Swindon. Thanks Neptune
