Lovely stores with beautiful items and great in store customer service. However do be wary of delivery though. I placed an order for lighting items in the first week of October last year. Two of the items were delivered at different points in the month of December and am still waiting for the 3rd over 3 months later. Not great to be honest and not the best comms either. Disappointing and unlikely I will order with them again.

Great service from the Knutsford store in ordering a Lloyd loom armchair to complement the dining chairs I’ve got already, and getting it delivered to the store for pickup rather than paying a huge delivery fee! In the sale too.

We just wanted to commend the staff of the Chichester Branch for being so helpful and welcoming and also for the excellent lay-out of the store. It is always a real pleasure to visit the store. In particular our recent visits to the store, when we have had to make some challenging interior design decisions for our kitchen and lounge, were made so much easier by the expert advice received from Deborah. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable- able to advise on paints, furnishings and the general layout-out !! She is a real asset to your store and to Neptune. Keep up the excellent work, you are all doing an excellent job🙂🙂!!

The staff at the Belfast store were very pleasant, but having spent a lot of money on a new suite of furniture which frayed in one arm after less than 2 years, we raised this to the shop staff who were accommodating but head office refused to take any responsibility for the sofa and has recommended to take the sofa to a 3rd party to fix. Not a great way to retain customers for poor build / design of product.

We made a call to Neptune in Tonbridge to make an appointment. On that visit we met Tom Servante who took us through design options, ideas and products. We were 'hooked' and have never looked back. We have always felt valued by staff at Tonbridge, the implementation team and final sign off this week by Greg. Exceptional service and a beautiful product. Many thanks to all concerned including the 'behind the scenes team' who built the kitchen.

Not been, once, twice but three times to Becky's fabulous cooking demonstrations at Neptune Farnham. Becky is such fun, and her cooking flair is exemplary. Re-created her dishes time and time again. The Neptune Farnham store is always very welcoming, staff very friendly. We get served tea, coffee and fizz during the demos - it makes such a great morning.

I recently paid a visit to Neptune in Weybridge with the intention of acquiring a vase and a selection of their high-quality artificial flowers. Admittedly, my eye for such matters is not the sharpest, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Georgia in-store. I must commend the exemplary service she provided. Her help in selecting both a vase and flowers was truly exceptional. With a discerning eye for detail and an impressive knowledge of the products, she quickly identified options that perfectly suited my needs. Georgia's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. She demonstrated a remarkable understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, which made it easy for me. Such outstanding service deserves recognition, thank-you. I went back in two days later for a second!

We ordered a Shepton Glazed cabinet with a bespoke paint finish in July but the wine crosses were out of stock and discontinued, so we had these made by a local joiner (and painted to match the cabinet). The first cabinet arrived 4 weeks later than we were expecting it - but it had an ill fitting door and a dent. It took two weeks for this to be collected to be 'refurbished', two weeks later we took delivery of the cabinet which returned in a far worse condition due to bad packing - so that the shelves were damaged and the paintwork all scratched. We returned the cabinet again and cancelled the order. We were so dissapointed with the quality, not to mention that we went to the expense of having wine crosses made, but we never received any form of apology from head office or offer of compensation. The local branch were deeply apologetic but defered to Swindon. The one thing I can credit them with is that their delivery men were very good.

Chair was delivery with pen mark [looks like biro] on the arm. We were advised by the delivery team to accept the chair and Neptune will arrange a replacement as its a stock item. When contacted CS they advised that they will arrange to have it cleaned. We feel the chair should be replaced as delivered faulty, so now I need to stay in for a full day awaiting the cleaning company to arrive. This is not good CS and not what I expect from Neptune.

We have recently had a Neptune kitchen installed, it was a dream that we thought would never be a reality however, Gill at the Farnham store was fantastic in helping us visualise and make our dream become that reality. This was through clever design and advice on how best to use the space with the budget we had. We have had our kitchen for a few weeks now and the quality and craftsmanship is brilliant, we couldn’t be more pleased, the best decision we made. From the moment we had the first conversation with Gill in store through to our final post fit visit it has felt like a premium purchase experience. The team that worked on the installation are also worth a mention as they were a pleasure to have around whilst meticulous, tidy and clearly took great pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend enough.

It is always a pleasure shopping in Neptune. We mainly go the nearest which is called the Reading branch, it smells nice, the staff are always polite, helpful and welcoming and the stock is always displayed artistically. Long may it last.

I was really disappointed when I went into our local store the Saturday before Christmas to buy my husband's present. I asked to purchase a picture from the wall only to be told I had to order it online. Apparently this is company policy, although I could see no indication of this in the store. So be aware of this to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately he had no present and I’m still waiting to hear when it will arrive. Not until the new year now. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased the hurricane lamp/vase in the sale and am delighted with it. It did take 2 weeks to arrive but decided to cut some slack as it was Christmas and was for me. Definitely worth the wait and Neptune as a good will gesture refunded the postage. It looks lovely in a very dark corner where an old stove used to be. Good quality and lit ready for New Years Eve. Thanks.

I ordered the Long Island corner sofa back at the end of August and was assured I would get it by Christmas. My son and my niece were both moving into their own homes so I had promised them our current sofas. As December got closer it was looking like I wasn’t going to receive the sofa after all and I was not happy as I had no sofas and 12 people on Christmas Day! I had been in communication with Scott in the Customer Experience team and he was excellent and keeping me informed. He also appreciated that I was in a predicament for Christmas Day so arranged for a Shoreditch corner sofa from the outlet to be loaned to us which was delivered on the 18th December. However this was much smaller than the Long Island and really uncomfortable so I messaged Scott again and was surprised to be told that Neptune would be delivering the Long Island and collecting the Shoreditch on 23rd December. The delivery drivers were very polite and helpful and the exchange was all pleasant and swift. Please pass on my thanks to Scott and we are thrilled with our sofa

Ordered my placemats on the 22nd December and they still haven’t arrived. Neptune have very kindly refunded the £6.95 postage I paid but the slow delivery service is still extremely disappointing. I called customer service today and they said the item still hasn’t been scanned in to the courier warehouse - it will probably still be a couple of days until I receive the item. Watch out with the slow delivery. £6.95 for this is outrageous.

My Neptune delivery, I received my new dining table last week. I’m really pleased with the quality of the product and the two young men who delivered it were great. They assembled it very quickly then gave me some after care information on how to keep it looking great. Have always enjoyed shopping in Neptune and I’m sure will return again and again in the future.

As my Blyton candles were out of stock, they were due to be delivered separately and there was no guarantee that one of them would make it before Christmas. Neptune kept me up to date regarding delivery dates and they even arrived early! You can see the care taken by the way they were packaged. I always appreciate the thankyou note, especiallly given that on the scale of purchases, this was relatively small. It is a nice touch.

I use both the Chichester and Guildford stores and the level of service from both is impeccable. The quality of the products is top notch and I am very happy with everything I’ve purchased. The staff give great advice and really go the extra mile. My latest item is the Overton rectangular wall art. It was delivered via white glove delivery and the guy brought it in, unpacked it and made sure I was happy with the packaging and the item before he left. The customer interaction and communication is fantastic.

Delivery took too long and there was a lack of updates. Chased several times via store design contact but that did not seem to speed it up, secure a firm delivery date or improve communication.In the end after all must a month I had to get someone to house sit on Christmas Eve to receive the delivery. I had asked the customer service team the day before not to deliver it as I would not be home and they agreed they would cancel the order and stop the delivery but this clearly did not happen.

Neptune products I have ordered are of high quality. I ordered the hickstead horse...looks fab styled on a book and potted hydrangea....looks so realistic on my kitchen windersill. My previous order was the Ashcroft range and I would highly recommend!. Delivery is always on time and packaged to perfection.

Ordered before the Christmas delivery cut off, nothing has arrived, nobody contacted me to make me aware of any issue. I chased it up and they blamed it on DPD (their courier of choice, and therefore their responsibility) and offered to refund my postage as a "goodwill gesture". I'm not sure how it is a goodwill gesture when the company has failed to fulfill my order within their designated timeframe. Incredibly poor service.

Sadly the items ordered have not even been dispatched to the courier yet, and therefore there is no hope that they can arrive in time for Christmas even tho they were ordered well in advance, and we were assured they would be delivered no later than 22nd Dec. If it were possible I would have awarded a negative number of stars. I understand that Neptune is of high quality. But if the goods never appear, that is of no importance at all.

Sink leaks. After several attempts to get it right now Neptune says it up to my plumber. And they have sent the part which does not work Quooker does not work. No one came or even phoned to see if it was all gone well. I find this terribly disappointing
