I had to return an idea which was slightly malfunctioning.return accepted and replacement ordered with question. Store was busy and we were looked after very well!

9/10/22 table delivered ,two men were polite and courteous,however disappointed to find upon assembly completion dent in top of table.assured this would be addressed asap. Lady from your company tried to get us to accept table at a discount (felt she was waiting for us to suggest a price) said no thanks wanted replacement.table came 23/10/22 this time no problem hooray!!

I absolutely love the basket and liner that I bought from Neptune – the only disappointment was how much packaging the product was sent in Everything was all recyclable however it would be better not to have it at all.

The staff and service at Neptune is faultless every time I visit. Will at my local Reading branch has always gone that extra mile to help me with making decisions on purchases and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It really is my favourite shop.

Paul from the Weybridge store helped us plan our kitchen from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew the look I wanted but he was so helpful in planning the layout and adding all the finishing touches. It was so easy and stress free and the end result is a dream kitchen.

I ordered two pendant lights and when they were delivered both were damaged. I reported this to Neptune immediately and 8 working days later I have not even received an acknowledgment to my email. I ordered another light from a different retailer at the same time, one of the glass shades was smashed on arrival, I got a replacement product within 2 days. This is not the service level I would expect from Neptune.

We purchased a kitchen from Neptune from your Holt showroom…after a house fire..we were so impressed with the service..also the lovely items in store that we need to replace..so had no hesitation when ordering other items Lamps and shades wall lights etc.. we haven’t had the kitchen installed yet… but we are sure all will be well.

Neptune have just finished our kitchen and I could not be happier! Super high quality product. Neptunes attention to detail is spot on. And everyone involved, from designer, to project manager, fitters, painters and delivery guys, have all been wonderful.

I used the Design service at Chichester with Misha. Shes been completely amazing. For a small initial up front fee, shes given me loads of ideas. I have mood boards, measurements, ideas. Some Ive rejected as not to my taste so shes come up with others. The whole crew is lovely! Thanks Neptune. I cant wait to get all my stuff :).

Very bad experience with this company. Ordered a light fitting in May 2022. Since then I have received 4 fittings all of which have been damaged and returned. No call from customer service has been received by myself even when their own delivery drivers and show room have said they would send pictures of the damaged fittings to them and request they give me a call. It is now September and I’ve decided to ask for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Shocking service ?

This time we only bought a side table that is beautifully build with the same quality as other furniture we already have for year from Neptune. Bought it online and it was delivered quickly by the friendly Neptune delivery team.

My paint samples didnt arrive in time and Ive had to go to a store to buy them for my builder. Very disappointing. Ive contacted them to request a refund. Ordered online from Neptune and delivery date they said was by 4th September.

I brought the Edinburgh Undermount Open Washstand for my family bathroom and had only had it in the room for 2 months when a dark grey stain appeared. I had read the instructions on arrival and the product said the marble had been sealed so I didnt expect this after 8 weeks. I raised it with Neptune who suggested I brought an expensive aftercare kit and that the stain may fade over time. I have a lot of marble in the house and understand the need to maintain it but did not expect that a marble top on a bathroom vanity unit would not have been sealed properly before coming to a customer. I love the unit but cant recommend this product or the after care support.

Very disappointing experience. I am yet to to receive the big order I placed nearly a month ago! I’ve emailed them asking where my order is but Neptune didn’t even accord me the courtesy of responding. There have been no warning or follow up about the delay or what’s happened whatsoever! Appalling. Not what I expect from Neptune. Won’t bother again!

I spotted a framed print in the Wimbledon shop just ten minutes before closing time. The staff were so kind and efficient. Because it was to be delivered to my home address, they said it might be up to a week to deliver. But it actually arrived – beautifully packaged two days later. Very pleased.

Fantastic service, great sofa, lovely ataff at Chiswick Showroom, last but not least, outstanding delivery team. Very happy. Shame it took 4 months for delivery from order, but so is everything these days.

Ordered navy paint and it was not navy. Think more cobalt, so not even close. Shame as previous pot was a glorious navy colour.

Love Neptune & my Hanover cordless lamp, but just disappointed that should I have bought it in a store I would have received a beautiful complimentary Bronte candle. And that is outwith my power as my nearest Neptune store is a flight away to Belfast or a 3 hour train ride to Southport
