Great service, we went to the Southport store and we were well looked after. We ordered 3 small tables and they were delivered 6 days later. The tables were well packed and the delivery team unpacked them for us to inspect.I am very happy to recommend 100%

Very unusual company. They actually keep items in stock! Their local showroom is excellent with first class staff who are courteous, interested and effective. They have delivered 5 times to us. Each time was exactly as agreed and the delivery staff on every occasion have been polite, helpful and effective. Product quality is excellent. Not cheap but well worth it!

I have loved Neptune for years. greatly looked forward to buying my new home and shopping at Neptune. having spent several thousand pounds doing just that I remain hugely disappointed. the staff at store although polite on the surface quickly became arrogant and superior. the service appalling. the wait for goods ridiculous. Correspondence from the store insulting and reflective of staffs poor attitude and superior status. are they spending thousands in store? I think not. Overall I will not be recommending Neptune to friends and family. I would not recommend the store at all

Ordered 8 glass bottle items and they arrived in one box with no separation or padding for each. They were clanking around in the box and tops had come off/broken and liquid had poured out covering most items, seeped through the box and onto my floorboards. Was very shocked at this packaging - probably the worst I've received from any retailer and not what you'd expect from Neptune! A date has been arranged for their collection.

Delivery was as scheduled, my only comment concerns the packaging, which seemed excessive, as each item ordered came in a different box. Although everything was recyclable it still seemed excessive use of cardboard! I am very happy with the goods ordered.

We have very much enjoyed visiting the Cheltenham store. Neptune's furniture and accessories are just perfect and the staff could not do enough to help and advise us. In particular we want to mention the lovely Florence, our interior designer. She has been a treasure trove of good advice and a model of patience with us! We have no hesitation in recommending the store, its wares and its staff as we have had an excellent all round experience with them.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won 3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . I might as well give my hard earned cash to a random guy on a street. Thats what we are doing when gambling on these stupid sites. Just the thrill of chasing money.

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and Im VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . If I was an online Casino owner and my customers are VIP I treat them like one and make sure theyre happy!!

The good: Game selection, rakeback, promotionsThe bad: The software is incredibly buggy: disconnections, paused tournaments (that never resume), random freezes etcZero communication around said technical problems, nor any fixes/reassurances it won't happen again Ignorant, poorly trained customer service team - They ignore questions, they offer nothing in way of apology for the issues. Some can't even find themselves to look through a customers account. Lately I was even auto-reg'd for a tourney. It wasn't a feeder that auto regs and PP neither told me how it occurred nor refunded the ticket. Why would I continue playing when its breaks a lot but moreover you do nothing to remedy dissatisfaction/keep players loyal.

it is unbelievable that we are allowing gambling commission and william hill to keep stealing users money! this only demonstrates how corrupt the gambling industry is!! i have only found one company so far, who helped me get my money back after william hill refused today out my winnings and return my deposit. thisisgambling.com they are doing everything the gambling commission should be which is protecting customers and preventing crime!

excited to find this furniture store in a place where not typical high street. Parking is available literally in front of the stores. Modern designed furniture and quality nice little things as well. Really love it and worth visiting.
