To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past... and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Yes, these enormous delays are terrible but at least I have received my winnings... happy end I guess. I Would like to thank Patricks and Sven for being helpful and efficient at support!

I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but its been two weeks and the money hasnt appeared in my bank account yet. Ive sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think theyre trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really dont know what else I can do. Its been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

The only reason I am giving smarkets 1 stare is because I cant go below that, please avoid using smarkets at any cost as they have closed my account and have not refund my funds and its been over 4 weeks and they are holding my 7k. And the reason for that is I could not provide source of funds according to them , where they have been asking me to provide bank statement of third person who has got nothing to do with smarkets . Basically smarkets blatantly asking me to breach GDPR where they have been asking me to provide bank statements of my friends whom I have transactions with. Neither I have any rights to ask for third persons bank statement nor it states any where in smakets terms and condition. Anyone else have same experience please let me know as I have been going thru some stressful time ? And if I now need to get some legal help ? Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can't withdraw my money) for support you can't talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query "we will send you an email".

On the 30th of June i have sent my documents for verification with the intent of making an withdraw. I could see by their verification center that my documents weren't even analysed and i couldn't request any withdraws, so i reached out for costumer support. Since then, i have contacted betboro by livechat and e-mail multiple times and i was informed that my account was under ''revision'' as of July 5th, but no further information of what this revision was about was said to me. After more e-mails and live chats, on July 10th, i receive an e-mail that said the follow: ''Thank you for your email.When your account is under fraud investigation, we are unable to provide further information. The investigation can last up to 21 working days.During that period, there will be no further communication from our side, as soon as the investigation is over, you should receive a reply.''This is outrageous. I am positive that i did not do anything that was against ToS, and i am concerned about the way this was handled, since i only received this e-mail after insisting at least 5 times through multiple days on live chat. On top of that, ''21 working days'' is not reasonable for any kind of revision, and i worry that i will never manage to withdraw my funds. I find incredibly suspicious that i managed to normally use my account for months and never had any kind of issue, but right when i manage to grow my balance and request an withdraw, they wrongfully accuse me of fraud.I am not accusing Betboro of anything here and i still hope that my situation will be resolved, i will be providing my betboro username and account ID here in the hopes that someone from betboro team reads this and tries to help other than simply telling me to wait.I will notify the community of how my situation develops, and form my opinion if betboro is trustworthy or not. It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc - the licencing authorities also don't seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos - you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don't pay me out) player's winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn't see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I've not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it's just kind of hard to be too positive

If you ever win or want to withdraw with this site, expect them to not honour any withdrawals; They will do everything in their power to delay this process. They will ask for the same documents over and over again, usually asking for the documents days apart from the next one. The customer service is non existent, just robots. Its now been one week since Ive requested my money and not a single person in that company can give me an update...just wait for an email. Don't bother - if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than 0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead - if you win they're more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

Not only will they charge you for withdrawing your own winnings, but they make it so you can't possibly win on a free bet.You have to wager your winnings 10 times in order to convert it into real money and even then the most they will give you is 20. They are just trying to lure you in with that free bet.When i complained about this on live chat i was told to read the terms and conditions and it was my choice to place the bet.AVOID!!!!!!

I made only one bet and because I won they closed me my account with no further explanation or way to appeal. I've been harassing them for over a month with emails that take days to be answered, asking for my money and every time they delay it more. Very poor assistance and I think that I may have lost my money. Stay away from this page!

On the surface this appeared to be a decent sports betting platform with a reasonable selection of markets. Fast forward a few weeks however and i've discovered that this is an incompetent company piggy backing on the success of mainstream gambling operators and marketing themselves as one. It is more the case that marathon bet are a pound shop version of the more reputable firms. If you want up front honesty and reliable customer service then avoid this company. They will gladly lock your account without any prior warning and ask you to supply documents that they should have requested (as per their licence conditions) when you open your account with them. Customer service staff are scripted and robotic and have no ability to conversate appropriately.

This is the most horrible service I have ever seen in my life.I have made deposit from my international card which was accepted, now during several days I can't get my funds back as their financial department just rejects to pay that out, looks like these guys are proper scammer and need to be reported accordingly.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn't accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people's reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don't bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.
