Beautiful table but three of the six chairs have to be replaced as rattan loose and broken – not really what I’d have expected and customer service where oh we’ll replace them sorry about that – sounded like a standard answer without any real concern about the amount of money spent and customer expectations. No I’ll pass on your comments. Seems just to be the way with things now – nice delivery guys but also not too interested in delivering faulty products “ it’s just furniture innit” not a white glove service why can’t things be checked before they get put in a box ??

Hi bought 2 cans of point. Store person very helpful in getting them for me. I has to return a can of unused paint -No receipt. The store person found my transaction and refunded the can of paint. All very easy either their payment system. Great stuff

We have been shopping in Neptune Colchester for years and we absolutely adore the products and customer service we receive The ladies who work there are amazing and have helped us do much design the way we want our beautiful home to look , nothing is ever to much trouble for each and every member of staff.The furniture and accessories are timeless and of excellent quality .We have now purchased a new home and although all our Neptune furniture has come with us , there is now a excuse to purchase some new additions from this amazing brand

Once the order was placed and acknowledged, did not hear anything for weeks. Had to chase up. Once chased up, order located and delivered super quick. That having been said, product is excellent quality – very happy customer. We have bought Neptune before and the quality has always been of the highest standard.

Placed an order for an item of furniture that was ‘available now’ with website stating that with their white glove service it would be delivered within 5-10 days. Ordered at beginning of 3 week annual leave to ensure I would be home to receive delivery. After no communication 2 weeks later I chased the order up. They were unable to fulfill the delivery in the time stated and so I had to cancel the order. It’s a shame as the quality of the furniture looks excellent but communication is poor and delivery times misleading. It’s not the high end company I assumed it was and couldn’t confidently recommend Neptune.

Carver chairs excellent High quality and value for moneyDelivery appalling Chairs left outside in no n waterproof cardboard boxes on a Saturday when we were 200miles away . We had agreed that delivery should be between Monday and Friday of following week on a day to be confirmed. Were told delivery was happening by email on the Saturday which we received after chairs delivered. Fortunately able to contact son who was able to go to house and take them inNeptune are fortunate they were not stolen/ rained on as we would have wanted replacements I have already complained about this

I loved going around your shop in Cambridge. I bought two Wycombe arm chairs and two cushions which were delivered promptly. The service was efficient and I love the chairs. they are comfortable, stylish and the workmanship exceptional. Wish there was a shop in Nottingham

Quality you can trust York Neptune is a wonderful store. We just ordered our bedroom furniture from there the staff were really helpful. I did have to chase the delivery which is a minor detail. The quality of the furniture is superb. Delivery men excellent and it looks gorgeous!

We have been loyal customers of Neptune for about 8 years now, and we have fully furnished our bedrooms, dining area boot room, office, lounge and garden room. The last two parts of the furnishing experience, we have not received that once prestige brand experience, items painted have not been professional. The customer experience team have been fantastic following through the issues we have had. Our next project is the kitchen, we have been assured that the kitchen part of the Neptune brand is handled totally separate from the furniture business, so no third party teams are involved. You may ask why do we keep going back to Neptune, well, the timeless style of the products are so beautiful, and rather than just walk away and find another brand, we hope our constructive feedback will help change the focus and bring back that “white glove” service we know the brand is capable of.

We needed a new lead for a ‘cable free’ table lamp we purchased several years’ ago that has now been updated and the power leads don’t match, but we loved our original one and wanted working! The Winchester Neptune team didn’t pressurise us into purchasing the new model, but found us a replacement lead so we can now use our favourite lamp, and all within days.Maybe contrary to expectations their excellent service did not lose them a sale, but has resulted in a new one too, (and not just lamps)!

Five stars to the customer service team who went above and beyond to help us out. We have a house full of Neptune and bought a dinner service just as it became discontinued (that was bad luck!). On a visit to their cafe they had large coffee mugs in our design… a quick email to the customer team and two of them are sent in the post to finish the set… big thanks from us.

I have a lovely Neptune table and during a renovation I’d managed to lose the bolts to attach the table top to the legs. Spoke to customer service (Amy) and they couldn’t have been nicer about it – really friendly and sorted me some new bolts within a few days. Amazing customer service thanks loads!

Chesham staff were excellent but when it came to delivery 4 months later (paid in full up front required!) I had to chase the order. Delivery guy didn’t phone with advance notice as promised but pleased with the chair.
