Ordered a console table from Neptune Cheltenham. Firstly, the team at the Cheltenham branch really are fantastic. The item was out of stock with a six week lead time, and they kept us constantly updated so a huge thank you to them.However, the experience with the delivery side was quite the opposite. The six weeks became eight weeks (due to import problems) and then a long back log of deliveries meant we finally got the item ten weeks after order. In itself, not the end of the world but trying to book the delivery was so stressful. We said when it was ordered that we couldn’t do Wednesdays. Lo and behold, we were told that they could only deliver on a Wednesday. Round and round we went until finally, two weeks later, they agreed to a Monday. To be fair, even the store seemed bemused and did offer to accept delivery at the store and deliver from there, but it was a far more painful experience than we have had from Oka who just seem to get customer service right. Probably why they got the bulk of our spend on the house renovation. It’s a shame because we really want to like Neptune more… love the stores… but it’s just feels it needs to up its game to match the premium prices.

We have a number of items from Neptune in our house and I love them all – from sideboards to throws and artificial flowers. Our painted kitchen table has withstood the test of time and despite grandchildren and a ‘grand-dog’, it doesn’t have any chips in the paint! Just perfect

This store is too nice . I love going into it so much that I rarely come away without buying something . Nikki the manager and all of the staff are a big part of that.Neptune is a huge favourite of mine and I’ve been to many of the stores but the Cambridge store has something very special

Always great service from Neptune Cheltenham, but especially so this time, Joy was so helpful with my order over the phone. Delighted with my purchase of Bowsley dessert plates, and the sweet bonbon bowl, love my free fig candle too of course!

I absolutely love the quality of the items I have bought, and couldn’t be more pleased with the aesthetics of the design. The staff were very helpful and the teams transporting and delivering the furniture were fantastic. My only gripe was the length of time from order to delivery. However the best is always worth waiting for.

Item is faulty – all the doors have been attached without appropriate spacers; it is a dresser (very large) so these imperfections are extremely obvious. An expensive mistake.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune in Knutsford. The store is always beautifully set out, and the sales associates are friendly and extremely helpful. Our most recent visit was no exception. We purchased a console table which we are delighted with, and we were given helpful advice and suggestions when choosing accessories. A very positive experience.

The quality of `Neptune furniture is superior to most brands on the market. From ordering the product to delivery, it is done with seamless professionalism. It is a joy to receive the product and enjoy the finish on the wood.

Our experience with the York Neptune team has been extremely positive from initial design through to installation and completion. We were unfortunately not able to be on site during the installation, but the team went out of their way to keep us up to date. The completed Chichester kitchen with Tamworth terracotta brick flooring looks great and exactly what we envisaged for our Georgian property.

Neptune Farnham (Danica) recently designed and installed a kitchen for us. The kitchen looks absolutely amazing and the process was very smooth and professional and Danica was always very responsive and helpful throughout making sure it all went smoothly

We bought 3 of your Montague high backed barstools which we have wanted for a long time for our new kitchen. There was a delay in completing the kitchen and when we went to order the stools which were in the Neptune spring 2024 catalogue for £295 each, we were shocked to discover they had gone up to £395 each. It was explained that materials costs had gone up but £100 (33%) seemed rather a lot and a much bigger increase than any of the others in this range. We still bought the stools because we knew we liked them but such a large price increase has rather dulled our enjoyment.We find no fault in Neptune service and everyone was very polite and pleasant. The stools are as lovely as we remembered them but the price still rankles a little.

Went to Neptune warehouse sale at their head office. Was really well organised and great prices. Wasn’t too busy as booked a slot and would have taken a van to purchase larger items if was t flying out early the next morning. Really pleased with purchases. Keep up the great work. See you again.

We first visited Neptune Colchester in May 2023 on a recommendation from close friends. All the staff were friendly, helpful and put us under no sales pressure. The store is beautifully presented. After a few more visits we decided to place an order in June 2024 and take advantage of their home design service. Debbie Pearce our appointed designer was spot on. Passionate, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The lead in time was acceptable from order (Jun 24) to delivery (Oct 24) yet Neptune kept in contact, it was well worth the wait. Delivery was on time and Debbie dressed our living room to give us the full ‘ Neptune grand reveal experience’ We were not dissapointed. We have no hesitation in recommending Neptune and Debbie from the Colchester store. Thanks for all your help. Until the next time……..Sandra & Paul W

Our recently delivered furniture is perfect. We are so pleased with it. We had very good help & advice from Katrina when choosing our furniture & accessories from the Farnham Store. We were always kept informed of possible delivery dates. Delivery was very good service too.

Just one sofa was suitable to fit through the front door as the legs can be removed. Why doesn’t Neptune do more like that? Fortunately it is just right. The service from the staff in the Wimbledon store was excellent.

We recently bought our second kitchen from Neptune in Weybridge and we love it. Having installed a Neptune kitchen a few years ago (again from Neptune, Weybridge), when it came to our new home in Cornwall it was a no-brainer – we had to get another! This was because nothing matches up to not only the quality of the units, but also the customer service and design skills of Paul and his team in Weybride. So, we were so happy when Neptune said they could deliver and install in Cornwall.Highly recommend both the Neptune kitchens and the Weybridge store.Our new kitchen looks amazing and should last for years!! A really well organised sale. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We bought a few items including a drinks cabinet, the warehouse guys were brilliant even though we were unable to fit it in our car despite trying everything and eventually leaving part of it behind to collect a few days later! One issue with a bowl we bought which is cracked but have contacted Neptune outlet via email to see if they can help!

The Chesham store has a high variety of products on display that allow you to browse the design and style that suits you and to confirm the quality of the products. Staff provides lots of friendly advice. Products have been delivered quicker then expected.

This was an excellent opportunity to see your sale items…all the staff were most helpful.It could perhaps have been made easier to get to see all the fabrics ….you had a marvellous selection! For the final day you were putting them more in order which may have made things easier! I was very pleased to have visited and it was well worth the journey

Extremely pleased with my new Neptune kitchen. Tahirah was professional, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with from design to completion. She worked hard to adapt the kitchen units to my requirements within what was not the most straightforward or the largest of spaces. The installation team led the James was prompt and very professional throughout adapting around a couple of tricky onsite issues to achieve a lovely end result. Looking forward to making good use of the kitchen.

We purchased a ex showroom bed online from Neptune Outlet. When it arrived it was the wrong size. After taking it away they returned a couple of weeks later with the correct. The install time on both visit were spot and helpful. We also had problems around the pricing. I will gave a massive shout out to Abbey who was very quick to reply and assist and turn a negative in to a positive experience. Thank you

Staff were very helpful in the store. Had to do quite a bit of checking to make sure I could get what I want. I like that they made the effort where some stores may not have. They kept me up to date with progress of my order and were very pleasant, polite and professional. And they sell lovely items! I always walk into Neptune stores even if I am not looking for anything specific. I love just to browse sometimes 😉

We recently went to the warehouse outlet in Swindon.. the whole event was well organized and the staff were amazing. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to buy some furniture and kitchen items. Look forward to the next one 🙂

On arrival to the sale we were warmly greeted by a friendly member of the Neptune team. He directed us to the sale and let us know where we could get excellent coffee and cake! On entering the warehouse there were no long queues and it wasn’t overcrowded. The event was well organised and staff were friendly and helpful. My husband and I were delighted with our purchases.

Really helpful Meet & Greet, directions, information of where things wee, eg Showroom, loos, cafe, parking, Warehouse Sale. Staff within the Warehouse Sale were helpful and courteous. Goods regularly re-stocked. Efficient check-out queues. All making for a pleasant visit.

It has to be five stars. This was my first Neptune Warehouse sale and I was so looking forward to it! I was not disappointed, it was the most relaxed, calm, civilised sale I had ever been to. Time slots, what a genius idea! Lovely, helpful man on the gate who explained there was outdoor seating and pastries available from the cafe, toilets available too. There was a very small queue and then we were all welcomed individually by the Neptune ladies each one with a smile and a warm hello. Everything inside was as I expected from Neptune, organised, tidy, and running smoothly. Numbers for time Slots were kept small so it didn’t feel crowded or rushed. Having called my husband mid sale he tentatively asked “so how is it?” to which I replied “I’m already looking forward to next years invite!” Thank you Swindon Neptune Outlet!

Event was so well organised; extremely helpful warehouse staff; specific allocated time-slot an excellent idea & ample time to shop (no car parking issues/no mad scuffles for items!); some excellent price reductions.Such a great idea to keep the cafe open, next door.One of the items I purchased was found to be missing in my bags, (only noticed this when unpacking them at home). TBF, it was busy busy at the tills, so this was certainly just an oversight by the Sales Assistant.Wonder if Neptune can rectify this?Would definitely visit the Neptune Outlet Store in future.

This was my second Neptune warehouse sale – not as much stock as the first one I went to but there were some lovely pieces and bargain prices. I’m very happy with my haul of beautiful accessories. The staff were exceptional as always, they couldn’t do enough to help – a great team that deserve a big thank you!

We attended the Neptune warehouse sale on Wednesday 18th September at their warehouse just outside Swindon. The whole event was very well organised (tickets booked on line for a specific time slot) so no real long queues, friendly staff and not too many people in the warehouse at any one time. Nice refreshments from the Neptune cafe. Overall a very nice shopping experience and I managed to buy two Lloyd Loom dining chairs that I had wanted for a long time at half price!
