Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didnt have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips arent enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and its simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before Ive deposited thousands with you, its that simple. Avoid.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

Stay as far away from this site as you can. It's one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it's impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!
Further it's impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.
This is the worst betting site there is and should be taken down.

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

Recently joined this casino , because I was tired of all the other casinos letting me down to often. Then again this is a business , their goal is not for you to profit , but rather to make you think you will profit. And so the cycle keeps going from there. I won on the first day of joining, I thought maybe that’s just to make me play more again. Of course I was right as the following days , there was absolutely no wins like how it was on the first day I joined. I’m down 500, and have come to the conclusion that this casino is no better than the others . On the other hand , I was surely expecting this to finally be a Canadian platform as it mentioned . Later I found out it’s not Canadian, it’s just a “platform that’s available to Canadians” .
The sports betting only gives you high opportunity when the loosing team is surely at the edge of lose .
The live casino specifically the wheel spin games , constantly lands on small numbers as much as 8x in a row and very frequently too. That’s ridiculous if you ask me!
Lastly the main casino, not all games work right away and most of the time it takes a little bit of time to load the game.

On the first day, there was a fair amount of wins coming in from the slots. The second day and onwards, very little wins, and I’d say about 75% less frequently occurring , compared to the first day of playing.
