Betsafe are terrible company that withhold paying your money back. I have never had a problem with any other company like this. I have tried for nearly 48 hours tonhet my money returned and it’s still not been done everything I have done gets refused. I get paperless statements and whenever I have sent copies of evidence from my internet banking they refuse it so I am in. Aposition that I cannot get my money returned and basically I will not ever see my 200 pounds again it is getting to the point where I will have to go to the small claims court to get it. They have no contact numbers and I was driving yesterday and couldn’t answer there call amd when I answered I can take the call now the guy didn’t call within the next 2 hours before he went home. All of the staff in chat are useless and I have not heard from the conplajnts team. So basically I will not ever see that money again. Avoid BETSAFE at all costs as you will never see your money again and you cannot win as they will nit return.

Scammers, dont play there. I was playing there for many years but I didnt do withdrawal. Finally I decided to do it, they told me to send few documents like bank statement etc I had to ask bank to send it home and pay for it. Anyway I did it and they still didnt let me withdraw money. It s a joke.

Customer service Fob you of opened the account used it deposited money withdrew money then they limit the account, would use one ifvtge many well know bookmakers out their basically avoid nothing is straight forward

Granted havn't won loads, but who does every time! It's down to luck and the games YOU choose. PayPal withdrawals only take a few hours, if you've already got yourself verified. Hello! I play on betsafe since from last month! Today i deposit 4700 euro almost loose the money but i grt them back and i win more 600 euro over 5300. I withdraw the money . After 3 hrs i try to login and doesnt work. I go on livechat and they told me they will send to the departwment the problem! After 1 hour i receive this email!

It was sorted out speedily by their customer service, who were quite polite, friendly and extremely helpful. When it came to withdrawals (I used PayPal) they were in my account the very same day. I have had many problems with better known betting sites and I can fully appreciate the concern of fellow punters and their reviews. Like I stated, maybe I was just one of the lucky ones, but honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending bet safe.

Been waiting 11 days for my withdrawal … they promised 5 business ..
started to complain and inn a funny way to elicit sympathy … I said man that is my grocery money and he then blocked my account .. my acct. has been sent to some gambling police dept that they have .. They are stealing with some ways. After to much time of gambling, i have two missing withdraws. And from that moment, everything went wrong. More than one month, discussing with email asking and looking for sensitive information… After giving all the necessary information, again asking strange things, until i leave the case, and give my money to them. Be careful: maybe in the beginning, you think that they are ok. But after when you start winnings, then will start the problem. DON'T TRUST THEM

A shambles of a betting company.you win big guess what you don't get the winnings as come the withdrawel they play very clever and want personal information and even when you send these documents which I sent several times over two weeks they never pass these for withdrawel and to top it off they then put your winnings back into your gaming account in the hope you lose any profits made.very clever bookmaker but do not play to the one rule which of course is either they win or you win.problem is they hate getting smashed up by a good gambler.the result you never see the winnings.very fast deposits mind and surely That s where they should be asking for verification.

Part of the Nordic bet group! Avoid at all cost!! IF you win they will lock your account with your money in it with the excuse that they are running a standard security check. Very poor. Firstly, their website is very outdated. Their marked offer is extremely poor. However, I had 500 GBP on them so decided to try it out. I managed to make over 2000 GBP in a week, then they started to limit my bets drastically. Ok, I do understand betting company doesn't like to lose money, but they don't limit stakes to people who lost a lot, do they? So you can imagine, games I was able to place bet of about 200 GBP, suddenly I am able to make only about 20 GBP.

And it's okay, I was already moving to new bookie…but is this kind of company is worth of your time? Ohh yeah, they had my account suspended also, they were telling me that they have some technical issues with my account and they will fix it very soon. Account was verified so I just requested to withdraw my money and I will go somewhere else. Guess what, they couldn't even withdraw my money and they had no idea why!

So, is it worth to play with amateurs who can die very soon? Doubt it.

Stay away from them.
Won a bit of money, then all of a sudden, i cannot login to my account.
They have ''Restricted my account'' for ''Unknown reason'' and now i cannot login, withdraw, or do anything with my account. And they did all this without notifying me what so ever.

Betsafe is anything but safe. I registered and deposited, soon after, before even making a single bet, they limited my account. I tried withdrawing, but the function was disabled. I contacted them, and they wouldn’t let me withdraw my money unless I sent them ID. Funnily, I was able deposit without ID. Very shady bookmaker, avoid at all cost!I’ll be contacting the anti-fraud authorities to get my money back.

After being tempted by their introductory offer for new customers, I managed to place 3 or 4 winning bets (more luck than judgement) with these people before they stopped accepting any further bets from me. They didn’t even honour their introductory offer. Fortunately I came away with more money than I deposited as there is still money in my account that I can’t access. Be warned! Stay away.

Did a horse racing bet this week had a reference number for bet company voided the bet said it wasn’t placed 5 hours after the horse had won put the stakes back into my account. now have stopped me receiving any bonuses with no explanation total waste of time.

Just as others have said, signed up deposited cash – claimed additional sign up bonus.Placed a bet & won.Tried to withdraw & it just says all my winnings are classed as Bonus cash and I need to fulfill the wagering requirement before I can withdraw the funds – which according to the T&C means I have to place 6 bets using my original deposit (+bonus, i think.) before I would be allowed to withdraw.Saw no way around it – naturally, lost all the money on bets as they intended.Avoid it like the plague, no matter what they offer just avoid Betsafe.

I was scammed into their free “10 bonus” offer. After depositing £10 – I then happily proceeding betting and turned my £10 into roughly £150. After not being able to cash out, I was then told by an advisor i had to bet an incredible £1000!! before I could reach the ‘bonus limit’ and cash out.Horrendous scam – avoid this site at all costs. If that isn’t encouraging a gambling addiction I don’t know what is.

Suck Bookie!! Basically, stealing my money! I won £213 from £10+20 free bet but withheld ALL my winning saying I violate T&Cs “12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.” I LIVE ALONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD, HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN!!
