Still waiting. Virtually no communication at all, except one pointless email telling me “the specialists are working hard to find the best solution”. To a problem that doesn’t exist. More like they’re enjoying stealing my money. I have complained to the gambling commission as I do not believe a company that operates in this way should have a UK license. Hopefully they will take action.

I won a bet and they woudnt allow me to withdraw it without verification ive sent off all my documnets and more so they could resolve it quicker ive waited over 1 week now for a reply to any emails! No customer service whatsover and im still waiting for my money or even a reply from anybodyAbsolute joke of customer services

Only giving 1 star as no option to give zero. Account suspended after 1 bet. No explanation or communication as to why. Joke of a betting site avoid at all costs.

I got a message saying my account was suspended but only for a few minutes (yeah sure) when was trying to withdraw They then told me I needed to send them my details bank statements and proof of earnings Took them a week to get back and asked for more information such as people's names on my bank statements. This is none of their business which I told them They released my funds but then said they were concerned money laundering hahaha And froze my account and could apply for it to be reopened in 6 months If I was money laundering I would have been a damn sight smarter than sending my bank statements wouldn't I? Total morons The staff are rude incompetent and struggle to speak English I won't be applying to get my account reopened They seem to have their own rules and do as they please. They had no problems with me depositing. Only when I wanted to withdraw did they go on about money laundering

Whoever runs this company should be arrested immediately as he is not capable of running a business that handles large amounts of cash.Customer service team barely speak English & when they do there’s a 7 day delay between messages.I’ve been dealing with Dalila & she is utterly hopeless.

My account has been locked for 2 weeks even though I have sent my ID documents over. (Their website says takes minutes to resolve) They have no live chat, no phonen umber, ignore emails and no complaints procedure hence - No customer service at all. Disgrace. I am still awaiting access to my account to withdraw 'MY' money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Take up to a week to reply to emails and that's after sending 10. Staff getting paid to do sweet nothing. Archiving/deleting emails at their own leisure. No live chat and no phone number. Shambles. Awaiting a refund/withdrawal for a month. Yes a month.....

I like using Betstars and find their site very easy to use. The only issue is previous problems experienced with the withrdrawal... But that problem is solved now.

Wish I'd seen the reviews on herePlayed live blackjack and there was no button to hit on the screen and ended up standing automatically on 10. And lostContacted them they did their investigation and found out surprise surprise that I was to blame it was my end!!! What an absolute crock of ****I got in touch with the gambling commission but those no marks didn't want to know. Pathetic useless organisation

Worst company I've ever had an account with. Made me wait 48 after depositing before i could withdraw. In the interim my account was conveniently (for them) hacked and all funds stolen/spent. On other occasions asked for a mountain of documents which were never correct the first time round before simply withdrawing to the same card. Not at all convinced they aren't just going use all my details to fund more scams somehow. Absolutely one to avoid.

48-72 hours to verify after you make your 1st deposit, live chat assistants have no powers but are there to ease the frustrations rather than getting the job done, app is a bit last century. Avoid using this company, stick to the bigger online bookmakers, this company has a lot to learn

Sorry to go against the grain here, but I honestly think Betstars is my favourite betting website having had an account with them for a few years now. Their odds I'd say are amongst the best, particularly for football.They have loads of different quirky offers for existing customers, more than the majority of betting companies.Their website is easy to use on desktop or mobile.The only area where I don't think they're as good as the likes of Betfair and Coral is horse racing.

Ask them what doc. they require before depositing your money, try and get your account verified before making a deposit.They look for more docs. than any other sites I've ever used and it's a tough process to get an account verified.Good news: Once verified the website is nice and easily to use with quick withdrawals.

What a scam! They've been advertising a campaign where you can win DKK500.000.000 mio if you can predict the 64 World Cup-games - for free. I made my predictions and created an account. Afterwards my girlfriend did the same yet when she tried to create her account she got an error-message and her predictions were lost but the system wouldn't let her do them again. Then my account got frozen as the customer support claims that we're one person using duplicate accounts. I've no idea why they would think that, but as it stands they've managed to get two persons to create an account on their website while cancelling their chance to win the big money-prize.

As soon as I made my first deposit, my account was frozen. They demanded 5 different types of ID and then rejected two of them. After re-sending more ID, they then demanded pictures of the same ID with my face included next to them. They ignored my request for arbitration. They only released my money after I said I would refer them to the gambling commission.Never had this treatment from William Hill, Skybet, Bet 365 etcAVOID

They wait for you to deposit then suspend your account so you can't place bet u want under the guise of security check when you had account for couple years firms a joke then ask for passport utility bill what u had for breakfast etc then had trouble getting money back as I wasn't divulging info. Crap firm.

Like many others, I signed up for a free bet by depositing £10. As soon as I had deposited my money my account was frozen, and they asked me to send copies of my driver's licence and bank statement. I sent them, and within minutes they replied to say my documents were not satisfactory. I sent a new copy 3 days ago and have still not been given access to my account. I have sent several emails but I just get an automated message saying their technical team will get back to me shortly. No telephone number to call them, dodge these guys. They took my money and ID and gave me nothing but a headache in return.

i joined betstars 2 weeks ago made a £20 deposit did 2 bets on £10 one lost one won £33.33 when to withdraw it and it has been pending due to secruity checks for 8 days now i have emailed support and the cashier every other day and have not had one responce back and no one has told me whats going on,,,its a terrible site
