“Nanny” was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift 500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months’ bank statements showing 15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn’t have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. I don’t normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet 100 or more on virtual sports and get 20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. RoyalPanda literally stole 100 from me. Deposited to get bonus, as I realised it was a bonus after wager type of bonus I immediately tried to withdraw, but I couldn’t because my account was not verified. Every time I try to upload the documents I get error. STAY AWAY. ROYALPANDA IS A SCAM!

Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free 88 ? I played 11 of the 88 i won 45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. So then the 45 was randomly turned into 10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can’t collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the 77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. Stay as far away from this site as you can. It’s one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it’s impossible to meet the requirements. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they havent followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but thats just me.

Marathonbet are simply liars. The say they have great bonuses and promotions but Ive deposited 1262 and only received a 1 free bet. I even entered the bonus20 offer for new customers but never received any welcome bonus. I emailed them over a week ago with an issue I have as every time I deposit they automatically log me out and I was told on the phone that he would speak to and escalate it to the relevant department but the issue still happens and they now refuse to fix it as they say the issue is with my device but I explained that it happens on all devices and even devices I do not own so thats the sort of company youll be dealing with. At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them its been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no were to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and its over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasnt told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.
