No idea about a lot of negative reviews and accounts being froze but from my experience I find bet UK one best sites out there , sports bit good casino section decent and games all fairly, I've had lots and lots withdrawals and all bar one have been paid out instantly and the one that didn't was cause I was withdrawing to my other bank account so think it flagged up but after being with agent on live chat for about 10 mins then problem was resolved and money instantly in my bank .I've closed most accounts elsewhere down now as happy using bet uk

The state of this lot. They sneakily wait until I make a small deposit of £10 then demand complete access to my entire bank statements via open banking. They claimed my deposit of 10 had triggered financial checks!!!!! You have had 2 years to ask and wait until I have money.I Can't even get my money back until I agree. The Gambling Commission will be hearing about this. No way you're getting away with this. I'll never use you again. When I said no they said they will pass on any necessary information to the relevant authorities!!!!!They want 12 months transaction history and balances !-To better understand your financial situation, we need some additional information. You can securely retrieve the necessary details directly from your bank. Please provide this information within the next 29 days.During this time you can't deposit, withdraw or wager.

For your own sanity avoid this company at all costs. I deposited only £40 and it triggered an account review (baring in mind I have used the same bank account for over 3 years on the site) that has blocked me from withdrawing my money with no prior warning. I have been going back and forth over emails and every single worker will advise you the same thing “no time frame, will not help you”. It has gotten to the point I have closed the account and they have still advised “the account is under review” and they still refuse to withdraw my money… how do you review a closed account??

I'm quite upset today after spending 1.5 hours on live chat trying to log into my account. It was pointed out to my by the live chat support agent that when you sign up to the terms and conditions you agree that they can at any time request that you provide verfication documents and you are unable to log into your account or withdraw any money until they deem them "appropriate". After providing everything that was requetsed of me I'm then eventually told I'll need to get in contact with my bank to provide further details.Now, after reading other Trustpilot reviews, I can see that the same thing has happened to many others. After you have deposited money and placed bets, they then randomly lock your account and make it deliberately hard for you to get back in. If they are that concerned about account safety why would they not require the identification BEFORE you deposit any money or place any bets.After already spending 1.5 hours on live chat, I don't want to spend any longer contacting my bank support (who knows if this will even be sufficient) so I have asked them to close my account. Please don't use this site

Deposited money into my account as I usually would, within seconds my account was locked and told it was under review. I then had to provide access to my bank account, a copy of my ID, a picture of my card and a utility bill. All passed off within a couple of hours so thought I was on to a winner, turns out I’ve not heard anything in nearly a week about what’s happening. The only response I receive is that my account is under review and there is no timeframe on this. Not feeling confident that it will be sorted anytime soon as I have now been locked out of my account all together and unable to even sign in.

I am awaiting two withdrawals and I also made a deposit and without warning they blocked my account. Asked for access to my bank via the site, also they have received my passport, bank card and proof of address which has been approved and now they have told me they are reviewing my account. I highlighted it was stressful on the chat and now they have blocked and guided me to betting care and gambling problem sites. I understand verification rules etc and always comply when asked but this feels different that they are about to scam and ask for a lot of information extra until I run out of something I can’t provide. 120 hours and still not allowed access to my account and now they are completely refusing to refund my money. IBAS now involved. On top of all the info I've supplied them. They are now asking for future payslips. Payslips I've not even got yet. Money wish hasn't even been used to place a bet with so has nothing to do with them. And asking for my contract of employment which again has nothing to do with them! They use delay tactics so you can't get your money back and hoping you give up. The biggest con of a company I've ever seen. Hoping IBAS can help if not legal action via small claims will be implemented. Avoid putting your hard earned money into the company. If you win, they will take it, ban access to your account and ask you to provide the most ridiculous amount of information so you give up trying to get it back. Today I have finally received some of my money back. Still cant get into my account. Still not been refunded my bets that i couldnt/cant access due them restricting my account. What it took to get there.Approx 20-30 emails. Hours of online chats. Research on the gambling commission website, research on the gambling act 2007. The help of the ibas and resolver websites. And me threatening legal action and contacting the police. I've had to so far supply, my passport, driving license, utility bills, payslips, full access to my bank account, p45, tax returns, company accounts. They now want a copy of my work contract and more payslips. Literally I have supplied everything they have requested immediately and as soon as I do that they ask for more! It doesn't stop. It is all a tactic to try to get you to give up so they can keep your money. Do not give up! As soon as I have asked for a full service access gdpr request to find out all info they hold on me and where they store it and who they have shared my info with, the spam email, texts and phone calls from other gambling companies has stopped. Coincidental? I have asked for all my bets to be refunded as my account was restricted for no reason (this all happened when I was winning money...again Coincidental? Again still haven't even been given a reason as to what they are checking and why I can't access my account and have complied with all info they have requested. As I couldn't access my account I couldn't cash out the live bets which again stacks the odds in their favour. And again this happened when I was starting to win good money from cashing out bets in play, as soon as I did they stopped access to my account, my live bets and my money. And are now refusing to refund me. Funny that.And the most laughable thing, instead of refunding me £611 for the live bets I had going when they restricted my account, they have offered me £20 free bets as a gesture of goodwill, to be placed into my account, yep you guessed it the account I can't even log into or access because they have restricted me. Hahahahaha. Absolutely a farcical!!!!!A complete shambles of a company. I will not stop till every penny of my money is returned to me. Tune in for another update in 24 hours. Another 24 hours of extremely stressful experience with this company. No resolution yesterday and another 24 hours it just gets worse and worse. They treat you like a criminal and that you are guilty of something. They say not being able to withdraw your money is for your safety? Wtf! Yet they are happy for you to make a deposit to their account. How does that work?So I deposited a mere £48 into my account. I built this up to over £800 using cash out feature on football bets. They clearly didn't like this. So they stopped me from being able to access my account that had several live bets on. This meant I could not manage these bets and could not cash out. This stacks the odds in there favour!! Just so everyone is aware. Now I cannot access my account at all. I cannot access my money at all. I cannot see my live balance. I cannot see what they have done with my money and you are talking over £1590 now that they will not let me access. They are saying that it is for verification checks. Yet they literally make you feel like you are a criminal. Term 8.4 on the ts and Cs state that they can refuse you to withdraw money from your account for any reason they deem reasonable. No detailed description of what this constitutes. So be warned they can stop you at any time they want for any reason they want from taking out your money. I don't know how this is legal but that's what they do.From further research this evening on the uk gambling commission website and the resolver website it is illegal as per the gambling act 2007 for gambling business to refuse you to withdraw your money and to make it unreasonably difficult to access your money. The only reason they are allowed to do this is if there is suspicious activity on your account. There is nothing suspicious on my account and they have not stated anything suspicious. They are claiming it is for verification purposes. Which on the gambling website it specifically states they cI have sent emails, I have contacted support. Please also remember the company is called Leo Vegas and not based in the uk. And they do not have any telephones in the company apparently. All those employees etc and the whole company doesn't own a phone. Sounds very dodgy.So after they refuse you access to your account and access to your money and live bets (apparently this is for your safety) but you can make deposits by the way. You have to go through verification checks. Please be prepared to be treated as guilty and to have to prove your innocence. I have had to proved my driving licence. My passport. Utility bills. Proof of address. Full access to my bank account and I mean full access so they can log into it remotely and see all your transactions. Disgustingly intrusive. And some random person gets to access all your accounts. Payslips. P45s. P60s. Tax returns. Self assessment tax returns. I have proved them everything I have nothing to hide. But every time you supply them with something they want more and they want something else. It is literally never ending. And it seems like a delay tactic so you give up and give up on your trying to get your money. It is so stressful. So time consuming. It's horrific. They have even from me providing them this detail made a false claim I have more than one bank account. I only have one bank account and have done for over 20 years.So I have provided them all this information. And still I can't access my account. So it's totally pointless. I have asked for responses online and on email and no response. All you get is we will reply in due course. And we can't help at this time. Due course is not a time frame. So I have pushed and pushed and today been informed that the complaints team take 8 weeks to reply and the support team take 5 days to reply. And the verification team I have no idea how long they take to reply. I literally cannot get any clarification from anyone and still don't even know what they need to verify. It has been extremely stressful. I have had to provide extremely personal and sensitive data to random people I don't know. I have requested a full gdpr access request from them as advised by the uk gambling commission. As weirdly since signing up to this company I have had numerous spam emails numerous spam emails from other gambling sites and today since I have complained even random calls from other gambling companies. All seems to coincidental to me that I've complained and now I'm getting random calls and emails from other gambling sites. I recommend all customers of bet uk to do a full gdpr service access request so you can see how they store your data and who they share it with. Honestly this has been horrendous. I no longer know where my money is or if I will ever get it back. The stress is appalling on your mental health. They really do make you feel like some sort of criminal and all I want to do is access my money and winnings!!

Without doubt the worst betting company/app I've ever experienced. Recently made a deposit. No warning that if I made that deposit my money would be "frozen" whilst they do verification checks. I have done several checks with them now. Passed all these checks. Then another check comes. I cannot withdraw my money now. I cannot access my live bets. I've not been paid out on winning bets whilst everything is frozen. They literally have taken my money and are refusing to allow me to withdraw it. They have no complaints procedure. No telephone number. The support chat is useless. They literally have allowed me to deposit thousands of pounds and as soon as it hit there account they have frozen my account and will not allow me to withdraw my money. Edit. The saga continues. 24 hours has now passed and I have again given them all the information they have asked for. They are now saying the process has no time frame. That they will hold my money as long as they want. You cannot speak to the review team. And the team you can speak to claim they can't help.This all seems to have happened when I started winning good money from using the in play cash out feature. Since then they have frozen my account which had a large number of live bets on it. I am assuming they have stopped me access to my account so I can't use the cash out feature on the bets to stack the odds more in their favour.I have now done a gdpr request on them. I have also contacted the uk gambling commission to investigate their practices.Basically won you sign up to their terms. Term 8.4 you sign that they can stop you withdrawing your money at any time. So please please be warned that if you deposit money to them they can use this term to not pay it back to you. Very very dodgy indeed. Look at their threatening response below to one of their customers. Are you refusing access to my account? Yes. Are you refusing to let me access and cash out live bets? Yes. Are you refusing to let me withdraw my money? Yes. Have I provided all the info you've requested? Yes. Are you refusing to tell me how long the process will take therefore keeping my money for however long you want? Yes. Have you replied to my complaint emails? No. Probably the worst experience I've ever dealt with with a company. And the worst customer service ever. They literally won't let me withdraw my money and won't give me any reason as to why.

Absolute con-artists. Lure you in with a bet and get offer, take your initial bet and then tell you that you won't be getting the offer. Why not just tell customers they won't be getting the offer before they put a bet on. Waste of money and time. The customer services just copy and paste generic scripts in and won't tell you why you aren't receiving the offers. From what I can see on TrustPilot, they treat their complaints in the same way, just copy and paste rubbish and no one actually listening or taking on the feedback. Avoid for your own sanity. Signed up two days ago, went through the verification process, deposited my money and then got locked out as I was placing a bet. They claimed it was part of their "Safer Gambling" review process but this was clearly a load of rubbish because the issue they flagged came up during verification. The supposed "cause for concern" was in fact none of their business but if they really had a problem with it, I shouldn't have gotten further than the initial verification process and so shouldn't have even been allowed to make a deposit.The experience felt very targeted, like they select the customers they view as vulnerable, wait for them to hand over their cash and then prevent them from betting in the hopes that they'll eventually forget about the money that was lost and move on. I had to go back and forth with five different members of their "support" team for TWO DAYS just to get my £10 back. And I honestly think they only issued the refund because I'd threatened to report them to the police, the Gambling Commission and the ICO. My advice to others: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If you win couple of times. They will stake restrict you to few pounds and if you win with 1 pound they will stake restrict you to pennies and if you win with pennies. Terrible bookmaker. Very quick to accept deposit or bets but very slow to provide bonuses or winnings. Deposited £20 in casino with offer of 20 free spins as bonus: the bonus was inaccessible and customer service advised me to clear cache & history - still no bonus. was requested for "driving licence" and "proof of address" both uploaded successfully, however was left unable to log in, chat feature eventually told me account was closed after I'd submitted info, only now have I received 2 emails 1 from last week requesting my "occupation" stating if not heard in 7 days restrictions may be put on, this only arrived today (7 days later) saying "still not heard from me"...seems one department has no idea what another department in same company is doing...have replied to email to close my account...even though last I was told was closed anyway... better more trustworthy hands on companies out there, choose wisely

hi, i had a account with these and i won on a bet and then they refused to pay my winnings, they wanted documents for my active bank account which i provided all they needed, now they are asking for a bank which hasn’t been used for 3 years because i closed bank and joined another back. i phoned my old bank and tried to get this sorted so i contact today and they say thry dont need that info no more, so i gave them all my active bank details and now they are saying they want the other ones now b4 they pay me out. its non existent and not used no more and hasnt been used on that betting app for years. disappointed in the way i have been treated.

After using the service I tried to withdraw my money but was asked to get a bank certificate for an old card on the account. I explained that the card had not been in use for a year but BetUK asked me to get my bank to complete a letter with details including the full card number, the card I have not used for a year that I no longer have the details for. I asked why they could not use my new card that BetUK had withdrawn money from and they refused saying "this is the process".As they were happy to take payments off my new card this proves this tactic is simply payment avoidance and I can see others have had the same issue in other reviews.If BetUK respond they will not provide help to pay out my account further confirming this is payment avoidance.
After using the service I tried to withdraw my money but was asked to get a bank certificate for an old card on the account. I explained that the card had not been in use for a year but BetUK asked me to get my bank to complete a letter with details including the full card number, the card I have not used for a year that I no longer have the details for. I asked why they could not use my new card that BetUK had withdrawn money from and they refused saying “this is the process”.As they were happy to take payments off my new card this proves this tactic is simply payment avoidance and I can see others have had the same issue in other reviews.If BetUK respond they will not provide help to pay out my account further confirming this is payment avoidance.
