Why is the person on this site posting copy and paste about responsible gambling when people complain about being restricted?? It’s nothing to do with betuk being concerned about that. It’s because they can’t handle winnersThey’re an embarrassment. They don’t mind you using their casino but if you beat them on sports you’ll be limited and get the ridiculous responsible gambling message .

Stay as far away as you can from BetUk. The other night I deposited and it didn’t show in my balance for hours on end. I spoke to live chat and they said they were having problems and didn’t know when my money would be available 🤦. I have been gambling for 20 years and never seen anything quite like it 🤭. To say I was fuming is an understatement and I suggested a good will gesture of some sort as an apology… They were obviously not remotely interested!!!! Stick to the more established online bookmakers 👌

What’s the point in offering promos if you take them away if customers win on them?You didn’t even have to courtesy to let me know you’d removed them and when I went on live chat to ask why all I got was vague waffle Don’t waste your time. Tried this site out and one of my free bets for a horse ending up being a draw and Instead of getting half the winnings they gave me another free bet which ended up loosing. Rather frustrating to say the least as the slip said winner and you would normally get half the winnings, live chat responses are also very slow took me almost half an hour for them to sort out another free bet rather than give me the winnings I should of actually had instead.

This must be the worst online casino I have ever dealt with , I had the account for a. Few weeks making deposits, which funny enough no problems at all, I then won money on the live casino, they requested I sent in documentation which I understand needs to be done for legal purposes, so far I have sent inPhoto ID (driving license)Personal bank statement via open banking 3 months business bank statements ( showing the transfers into the account I made the deposits with)Council tax bill with my name and address on1x HMRC tax information/ returns with my national insurance number and name and address on.They have now requested latest return which hasn’t been submitted as it’s not legal due till jan 24I am pulling my hair out any suggestions apart from taking it legal ? Went to place a bet on football. A treble which paid just over 7/2. 4/11, 5/6 and 5/6. Wanted £20 . Was offered just £11. And I’m not even a winning punter, what a joke they are. Of course when I tried to find out why, I was met with copy and paste replies and traders decisions vague nonsense . You don’t deserve customers I bet there isn’t a restriction on my casino

Absolutely awful company to deal with. At the start they draw you in with the deals. They make you jump through hoops to deal with them and a long winded verification process. Once processed, they are more than happy to take your money. While it’s flowing their way. But woe betide you when you want to withdraw any winnings to another bank account that you may have to have open for a private reason. They want you re-verify the old account again and then verify the new account. Wtaf ! It’s £13 you owe Bet UK . They hide behind a bot chat and a customer service email. Terrible standard replies. The negative reviews are correct and note BETUK only answer where they have gambling commission guidelines on their side. The bonus offer for depositing £10 at qualifying odds is a complete con. I did this yesterday to get my free bets and find that all they say is “pending.” They will obviously be pending until expiry but you will not be able to access them at any time. Stick to the major bookmakers and give these cowboys a miss or end up complaining on here.

Would sooner lose a customer rather than give me the free quid free bets. Rather than give it me they said I need to place the wagers again as didn’t claim it before I bet. Imagine being that mean over a free bet. If they’re like that over a few quid it doesn’t bode well. Tbh I won’t miss it. Awful, I’d advise people to avoid.To explain: The site offered free bets as an opening offer so I opened an account and made a wager. It turns out that the free bets will only be credited once my first bet settles. It was due to settle in 2 weeks time, yet the free bets had an expiry in one weeks time. This was not explained and also their protocol is totally unlike all other bookmakers!I wasn’t impressed by Kursty on live chat, who couldn’t help at all, was unknowledgable and wouldn’t accept or register my complaint.I’ve learnt my lesson..please give BetUK a miss.

Cowards:To put it simply – Bet UK don’t like winners. If you win, they will reduce the amount you can stake to the point it becomes pointless. I dared to win a massive £165 on a horse racing bet, after which they would only take a £13 stake from Me. I can 100% guarantee that they would have happily taken many multiples of that £13 stake had I not had the cheek to win a whopping £165 earlier that day. They only want to deal people that lose money, so don’t give yours to them. It worries Me that they could be taking thousands off vulnerable customers with gambling problems, whilst at the same time refusing to lose small amounts to customers that dare to make winning bets. Cowards.Hoops:When it became apparent that they wouldn’t take my bets, I decided to try and withdraw my money – that’s when the fun began. So many hoops to jump through. The card I had used to deposit funds had expired and they wouldn’t let me withdraw funds to the new card I had registered with them (although strangely enough they were happy for Me to make deposits with the new card). They demanded to see photos of the expired card, but who keeps their old cards!? Failing this, they wanted Me to produce not just a bank statement, but one counter-signed by my Bank! Of course, had they done their due diligence when I first signed up, they would have had all the required details on file. They only seem interested in doing their checks when you want to withdraw money but will happily take all your deposits without any proof of ID etc. Put simply, be prepared to jump through hoops and go round the houses many many times if you intend to win money from them. AVOID.

I placed a bet at 22/1 the night before the race. When I checked it immediately after it had been placed at 9/1I emailed to ask for the bet to be voided as it was obviously no longer desirable but was told they wouldn’t refund the bet even though it was almost 24 hours before the race and it was their ‘mistake’ (I’m being charitable there!)

Not a great experience, blocked a £12 bet on an 11/1 chance as it was too big a liability!!!! but accepted £7.05. Can’t be taken seriously as a major bookmaker with limits like that and does not inspire confidence in their ability to financially stay afloat if they can’t or are unwilling to potentially payout £144!!!

Trust the negative reviews. Just avoid them. Live chat simply doesn’t work. After some time of using their site they prevented access to my account and funds in it with premise that they now need to verify my id. Asked them to send me links to do this via email- which they said they had in live chat. Except they hadn’t- therefore I am still unable to actually get in to my account. Have wasted over an hour in 4 separate‘chats’. My advice- use another betting site.

What’s the point in offering promotions when you take them away if you win on them?Was betting for months and losing on them. I didn’t use for a few weeks and they gave me a bet £10 get £10 free bet. I was pleasantly surprised. I only use for sports betting and don’t get involved in any games/Casino. I have found them fair and decent.
