Avoid this betting site, withheld withdrawal for two months and had me chasing all over the place to verify my account that was fine whilst i was losing money. Completely out of order and appalling customer services clones. Should be shut down, sign up at your own peril!!!!!!!

Same as everyone else it seems, you win money they then restrict your account and withhold your funds. The customer service is scripted responses so you get nowhere. No one can tell you what is happening with your account and you are told to wait.My account has been verified but I’m then told further “checks” are needed. Tell me why are these checks not done on a customers first deposit? It seems they are happy to take money from you but as soon as you withdraw it becomes a problem. Clearly a scam site and I will be reporting!

Avoid at any costs. Tried to withdraw 10 pounds. They locked my account. I couldn’t do cash out because they suspend account during verification process. I can’t get back my funds even after passed verification – accepted. Biggest scam in UK! AVOID!

I would just like to say something and I hope what I say can lead to someone joking this amazing online bookmakers . I joined this evening about 4pm , I deposited about 200 pound ,, by 9-30pm I was over a £1000 in profit and it was in my bank . By far the best experience I’ve ever known in 23 years of betting online and the fastest withdrawal ever online . Also been amazingly helpful on live chat . I have been betting with bet uk for a good few months and have found the way they conduct their buisiness,has ticked all the boxes I require from a betting site , the site takes a while to get used to as its quite an unusual layout ,but does what it’s meant to do, deposits and payouts promt, have recommended to friends,a no frills concise experience.

Appaling customer service. Over 3.5 weeks to help. No one to speak to only online who direct an email trail. Average response time on email is 2/3 days. Leave customers not knowing what is going on. Should be ashamed withholding peoples money for nearly a month.

Terrible company. Unable to withdraw money due to lost card. Representative informed me the only way to add a new card is to make a deposit on new card. Which I did. When I come to withdraw to new card, they won’t pay, and ask for some proof document that no bank.provides!!! So I say fine keep my winnings, but refund the money you advised me to deposit to the card that made it. They can’t do this until I provide evidence that doesn’t exist!!!! Scam company.

Not sure where to start with this shower.1)They never add free bets so you have to go on live chat and explain what bet you’re talking about and waste 30 minutes of your life to get them. Every week this happened just for £3. I’ve never seen such a mean greedy business.2) they’ll take your promos away without even having the decency to tell you why or that they’ve even done it. They just tell you it’s a trading decision 3) their app constantly keeps logging you out all the time and live streaming is unwatchable . Races are also taken off even when race hasn’t started.4) their rtp on the casino is utterly horrific. It’s the worst casino ever. Dealer 20/21 every single hand. How is that even possible? What an absolutely puny, pathetic excuse of a bookmaker. Restricted to pennies after a month even though my account is down overall. Just standard £10 and £20 each way and outright bets on horse racing. I guess they only accept customers who lose more than a few hundred a month. The site is trash too and full of glitches. As mentioned regularly below, the payout levels on their games – slots or table – are derisory (even) compared to their competitors. Surely this is counter-productive as it just means that anybody with the slightest bit of sense would not be tempted to play them.

I joined using the bet £10 get £30 offer (which I had to argue for on their live chat and eventually they honored it), did the free bets which all lost, did a weeks worth of bet clubs and then was stake restricted! No reason, no email, nothing. Had to find out over live chat and then they “can’t do anything”. Withdrew my remaining money and left. Avoid at all costs.

After a previous good experience with BetUK, they unfortunately went from hero to zero quickly. A handsome sum was left in my account from previous betting. As an expired card was on the account, I simply deposited new money using a new card. No surprise, the deposit went in quicker than Ian Moore eating a krispy kreme doughnut. Not long later, the withdrawal was declined after 5 days, the reason being, I needed to prove I was the owner of the expired card that hadn’t been used in nearly a year. Luckily, I was able to get hold of the card. To any 5-year old, the expired card’s sort code and account number could simply be checked against the new card’s. Unfortunately, this level of intellect is too high for BetUK. After chasing about for a proof of ownership document, this was again rejected, despite all relevant information being present on the document. They then tried to say I needed to ‘blank out some of the numbers’ then after I did this, they wanted a ‘banker’s signature.’ At this point I decided to cut my losses. But they were not going to get away with this. Instead, I arbitraged using a betting exchange, and recovered the FULL amount. Unlucky BetUK, you will have to get up earlier than that to fool me. In short, withdraw as quickly as you deposit. That’s the only way to be sure that you will not lose your hard earned money

Suspend the horse odds at the off time not when the race is actually off which isn’t good. You contact them and they say traders decision???? How is that a traders decision that nobody can be bothered to not suspend odds till race is actually off?The app keep freezing. They tell you to clear cache but still happens so unable to watch live racingHave to chase free bets up that I’m eligible for. Being kept waiting on chat for 15 minutes for a €3 bet isn’t worth my timeTotal shambles. Won’t be bothering again

Absolutely brutal. Took their offer of £30 free bets when you place a ten pound qualifying bet. Placed the bet but didn’t receive my free bets. So I went on their live chat and got someone called ‘ Bart.’Bart informed me I hadn’t met the criteria as my qualifying bet would have paid less than £10 . It was a ten pound bet on a horse that would have paid out £62 if it had won …I pointed this out to ‘ Bart ‘ and he kept sending me links to the T+Cs of the opening offer. These links confirmed I had placed a qualifying bet ..’ Bart ‘ then changed his tune and told me that he’d been looking at the wrong account and I had qualified ( after a long argument.) I don’t believe this as he was able to give me the exact details of another bet I had placed….If he is in the wrong account then how does that happen? I asked ‘ Bart ‘ to reinstate my free bets as per the terms and conditions…he told me he couldn’t and he’d have to email their head office and hopefully they’d get back to me ..I requested 7 times for an email transcript of our conversation but Bart told me this wasn’t possible…First time I have ever experienced this on a betting website ( is it legal to deny a customer a copy of a conversation? ) Will see if anyone else comes back to me about my £30 free bets …But I won’t hold my breath.

Hands down the worst betting company I’ve ever experienced. The app doesn’t work at all. Said I had insufficient funds to put a bet on when I did. When I went on live chat they said to put half the stake 2 times, not to my surprise 1 worked and 1 didn’t. They asked for a screen recording to show the error which I did. When the bet had won and I didn’t receive a response from the screen recording, I went on live chat again and guess what they said? You need to do another screen recording on another device! Yeah, on the bet that has now been and gone? Raised a complaint but I don’t hold out much hope for it. Beyond a shambles.

Great weekly promotions at Bet UK. They have acca boost, free bets and more offered to me weekly. The payouts are quick and I have yet to have any issues on Bet UK except maybe once when some free spins weren’t awarded but apart from that they’re pretty much perfect.

Casino is the worst I’ve ever played atIf it really is random how come the dealer checks for blackjack virtually every hand? What are the odds of dealer getting a 10 on the first card all the time?Dealer hardly ever busts and either gets 20/21 all the time. Lack of communication and bet restricted.I recently joined BetUK and was doing the weekly bet club and a few other bets but then without warning was restricted. I’m sure they have their reasons and that’s fine but it is the lack of communication that bothered me and took me having to wait for a support case to go through to find this out.

Very good site, so far no complaints. Allow safer gambling which is priority. Deposit easy, winnings authorized quickly and fairly fast bet settlement. Brilliant unlike other big bookies allow you to watch all racing, nice gesture. Would be 5 stars if guaranteed best odds. That needs sorting as do some prices. Can get 5/4 on well known sites.Yet 11/10 on bet uk. Sort those glitches out and wouldn’t want to go elsewhere. ATM more than happy 😊 early days. Carole

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY Opened an account with betuk, lost the first few bets…. then had a few winners and losers,… was able to withdraw winnings with no issues, then had a few more winners, all of a sudden the account gets locked, spoke to customer service through chat who advised no issues with the account…. then came the requests for documentation. All docs including bank cards sent to them and accepted. Account still locked 3 weeks later with my money in and being told on e-mail that the account is undergoing reviews? … anyway had enough now as gave them plenty of time to open the account or pay back the money in my account, will now be reporting to gambling Commision and IBAS….. i wont be letting this go easily, I want compensation for my time u have wasted, I also want interest paid at the BOE base rate on my money that you have basically frozen. **AVOID THIS COMPANY** My complaint will be going in this week to IBAS with all screenshot of conversations and proof my docs have been accepted…… worst company I have ever dealt with.

I opened an account with Bet UK only 2 days ago and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I went onto the slots and was playing some fishin frenzy at only 20p a spin, after losing about 5 I went back to sports betting. I then began to notice my balance was steadily going down and I thought wtaf!! I went into live chat to find out what could be happening as it had gone down by about 7. The agent informed me that I must of clicked the “enter jackpot” promotion while playing.So on this site at the bottom of every slot while playing, there is an option to “opt in” to be in with a chance of winning some kind of jackpot, very similar to every other Casino. I must of clicked it by accident when trying to enlarge the game I was playing. Anyway I accept that but why was the jackpot promotion still taking money from my balance when I had exited it and was on the sportsbook!!! It was taking 9p a spin that I obviously could not see as I was not playing slots anymore!The agent didn’t really know what was going on and told me that it must be because I had auto spins on ?? well to her supprise I said no such thing as Auto spins anymore. Betuk betting App is quite good it has a good next off race menu which I like and gives the Timeform ratings and write ups. Settling bets is pretty rapid and getting your winnings is either same or next day. There have I see been complaints about verification but I have found this to only last a few minutes as long as you can give what is required which is usually a debit card or driver’s licence photo.My only criticism is they don’t guarantee best price or give the odd free bet now and again to regular customers but all in all I have had a good experience using them ?
