Absolute joke of a company. Insisting I provide them with a proof of ownership document for an old stolen card despite me repeatedly tell them my bank does not provide this document. I have proof of deposits with this company with my old stolen card and they are still blocking my withdrawals. Disgrace

Most of the time I open the app there is no sportsbook. Click on horse racing and its just reams of text. No races, no horses and no odds. Tried the website which is just the same. Reading all these complaints has shocked me, Im going through the same things as you. Were happy to take my money, then randomly locked my account with no reason. Ive contacted live chat but get given the same generic answer. I had a bet in play prior to them locking my account, the bet has now won so Ive got over 14 thousand pounds in a betting account that Im being denied access to. My account was roughly -3000+ before this bet came in, money they was happy to take but now I have to wait for them to conduct some review of my account. This was over 5 days ago, still waiting for the mystery email to be sent to me. Please if anyone else is going through something similar please get in contact. Absolute set of crooksI opened an account and was FULLY VERIFIED deposited and got the free bets aswell. Used the bets and didnt windecided to play on the slots and lost but persevered and eventually got a bonus and won 280. Happy days so far.I played through 80 and decided to withdraw 200. Complete shambles!Placed a bet on a horse race and it wasn’t settled until 15 hours later. When speaking to their customer service they all blamed it on the fact that they use a ‘sports book provider’ (third party) and therefore won’t accept responsibility. I submitted a complaint which wasn’t acknowledged because I received the settled funds but it took 15 hours which I think warrants a complaint. A free bet at least. This is a company that does not care in the slightest about their punters. Happy to take your money though! Soon as my money has returned to my bank I will be closing this account and will never use them again. Their website is poor as well. I would suggest anyone reading this to never bother using Bet UK.

DONT USE THEY ARE A SCAM Allowed me to deposit for months,when I wanted to withdraw they wanted numerous documents which were way more than should be needed. Zero stars if it was possible. After reading all these reviews, it looks like my issue is much the same as others.My husband has an account with BetUK but linked to my bank. (Full consent from me). Deposited a number of times since Feb, no issues (of course there wasnt!). It was never questioned that the bank paying the deposits had a different 1st name. Won a few bets and had 103 in the account. He went to withdraw 70 and account was frozen pending documents. Explained on live chat it was my bank ACC (same surname, same address) sent a bank statement as requested. Husband got an email, account closed down and they will only give 20 of the 103 that was in there! I was relying on that money to pay a bill. Hubby has cancer and doesn’t get paid when off work sick so losing 83 is not a joke right now.The email he was sent was extremely harsh, making out we were some high end criminals or something. How can this be ok? I thought it was just us doing wrong but after reading on here, seems they treat a lot of people the same. If there is an issue with an account being linked to a spouses bank then surely they shouldn’t take the money in the 1st place.Absolute disgrace of a company.

AVOID this company. I set up an account and completed all verification processes, they let me deposit money onto the account and put on multiple bets. Then when I won a high amount they have blocked my account and said i cannot with draw due to using my partners bank account as I currently don’t have one and have all identification to prove he is Ok with this. I advise anyone to avoid.I reopened an old account. Verified my new bank card which I used to deposit plus passport and utility bill. Deposited on a few occasions and lost overall. On attempting to make my first withdrawal (was still a net loss), they are refusing to process unless I provide proof (a letter from my bank) my now expired bank card, which I obviously no longer have, is in fact mine.This is quite obviously illegal and not part of any required process, just the company being extremely awkward. I didn’t even use this card. And there was clearly no problem making quite substantial deposits, only a withdrawal.
