BetUK Review

Quite bizarre really, I have been betting with bet UK for several months, spending a lot of money and doing some of the promotions and all of a sudden, I am restricted on how much I can bet without so much of an explanation. Perhaps it was because I won a few quid from them and they didn’t like it? Quite bizarre with no help or knowledge from their customer support when I reached out – they even wrote to me in another language. Sad but if they wont even give me an explanation I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Constant dead spins on the slots, probably had 10 bonus rounds in three days of depositing each paying less then 50x. I believe the slots are manipulated on this site. The RTP’s are lower compared to the competition if these are in fact accurate. Closed my account before they could take any more money. Not sure about the betting but stay away from the slots on here

I have been using this company for a few months. At first l was sceptical because of problems with my winnings withdrawal. However this was genuine as l was using a Nat West account. The site has a warning about using this bank. Since changing my bank details l have never had a problem with withdrawal or deposit. The site always emails to confirm a withdrawal. The weekly bonuses are very generous. All in all it is a very professional easy to use site. Thankyou.

Some good points but much more bad.Bet Builder needs massively over hauled. While the markets are good, limiting the selections to pre determined options isn’t what people want in builders; customers want to choose their own options.Withdrawals are very awkward. When I ask for a withdrawal, even if it is to be reviewed, I expect my balance to reflect the withdrawal. I just can’t understand why it has to be so awkward.Good offers and decent prices for most markets make it an attractive bookie but yo be honest, the negatives outweigh the few positives

Still no response from BetUk its been 2 days since I send an email asking when my funds are going to be released I still have no idea why being refused my money. I currently have 440 waiting to be withdrawn.

Quite poor service with settlement I have waited hours to have winning bets settled apparently they outsource their settling for example I had a winning bet on the afternoon darts session still waiting at midnight for settlement, also a snooker bet over 8.5 50s for one player in a match after two sessions a winner at world championship made to wait for 2 more days till the match ended

Did not receive a free bet although I did exactly what the email invite said then when I inquired with CS they found something in the small print and interpreted it in a certain way to refuse awarding the bet.I don’t feel safe placing bets on this site as a consequence. Be careful with them.

I was asked to upload documents to verify my account after I made a withdrawal which I did. Received an email back saying account has been verified and all documents were good. It still wont let me login, after contacting BetUK I was told that my account is now under review no idea what this means, customer service didnt know what it meant either. I need to access my funds in my account which Im told I cant. I need to know what is going on.

OK, so they refused to pay me 90 and did not even return my 20 original bet from 13th March. So I have now contacted the MD of IBAS. He is looking into this and asked me to make a complaint to gamblingcommission.gov.ukSo my mission is to get these crooks closed down. Its not the money its the principle!

I was a good customer, playing roulette and betting on the horses but after using their promotions my account was restricted. Why offer the promotions if you don’t want people to use them. Anyway there are dozens of other bookies , so if they don’t want my business I will just move on.

1 STAR is being generous!Firstly, Bet UK sent me multiple emails offering deals to try and get me to place a bet. However, once I placed my bet, they changed the offers which should be classed as false advertising.Secondly, they do not ask you for personal ID when you deposit money or when you place a bet, however, they do not allow you to withdraw your money, instead, they ask for personal ID using an app that will not accept your ID. Congratulations Bet UK, you are guilty of stealing customers money but you seem to continue to get away with it. Your a disgraceful bookmakers and you should be banned from operating as a business.

Firstly I was able to deposit thousands of pounds with no affordability checks and ID verification. Secondly and still currently a major issue unresolved – I requested a withdrawal to my card weeks ago but they have held it in pending status and asked for Proof of ownership of the card – I am not able to send a photo of the physical card as i threw it away recently due to damage and ordered a replacement. Instead I provided pictures of the virtual card & bank statements of proof of ownership. They have still not given me my money and no one is replying to my emails. Even worse since blocking this transaction they still accept deposits from this card they can’t verify… Absolute criminals i will be taking case to ADR

This is a complete disgrace of a company, live chat is worse than useless, no customer care worth talking about, to add insult to injury scottish grand national today and i couldn’t bet on it due to a fault on the system. The company is a joke removing my money and deleting account. Free bets = frustration. Nothing easy or straight forward with this company. Lack of knowledge from staff and lack of interest. Tried to put a bet on, for the Scottish Grand National, about 40 times but it kept telling me to log in, even though I was already logged in! The app was happy enough to let me put money in, but when it came to putting the bet on, it wasn’t. Withdrew my money.

As per the other reviews, an absolute drama to try and withdraw winnings, I’ve given up as the amount was only 21.00. Staked 40.00 on the Grand National, using this company as they advertised a free 30.00 bet, which in fairness worked. They took my money without asking for any proof of bank account, personal identity etc. and then ask you to jump through hoops when you try and withdraw. However, I did enjoy antagonising whilst in the chat room!

I joined Bet UK to place bets on the Grand National. After a very difficult set up and best placing session. I was confident that I would be getting 30 in free bets after placing 60 on the Grand National horses. The next day I tried to bet using my three 10 free bets (marked as pending on my account) only to find that every obstacle was put in my way, and even though I had bet 60 the day before this was not adequate as they were each way bets!!! this was in the small print. I am not happy with this company and Ive deleted the app already.

I get emails with promotions and last one was bet 5 on any sport and receive another 5 bet to be used within 3 days for free.I placed a bet of 2.50 each way = 5 and the free bet wasn’t given due to having an each way bet.Apparently in their terms and conditions, but nothing in the email promotion whatsoever.If you are happy to read through all their terms and conditions, these may a a bookmaker for you.Otherwise, use a bookmaker you can trust.Account now closed and balance refunded to use elsewhere.Be careful.

Wish I read these reviews. Never found a bookies that make it almost impossible to get your money. I had to speak to customer services at least 12 times tonight to verify through 3 different methods and you still come up with more excuses not to pay me. This has been followed up with the gambling commission and I hope you get investigated and your licence suspended. I suggest everyone else report them too.

You should have minus stars for companies like this. BETUK is owned by LeoVegas they are disgusting company to deal with, based in Malta. No way of contacting them only through Live Chat and emails they do not answer. Take you money, but if you win they will not allow you to withdraw it without bank statements, copies of your bank cards including all numbers (CVV etc.)AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

I Never had a problem with Betuk, until I won whilst on my Easter holiday. I won over a couple of days around 5k ( thousand ) the next time I tried to log in to Betuk it refused me access. After several attempts I contacted their online chat which explained that I have not followed their guidelines regarding responsible gambling. Ha ha ha !!! Got to say that your policies of giving at least half a point less than the big 4 bookmakers and only wanting documentation when you want to withdraw your winnings.This company only wants mug punters. You are genuinely a very poor, short sighted company.

No money has been paid back after nearly one month after I tried to withdraw. LeoVegas Gambling trading under BetUK is a scam and I have now gone to ibas-uk.com. This company should be closed down and its license revoked. They are a scam company looking for people that lose and never have to withdraw money. When you do win and want to withdraw from BetUk is impossible. Can’t believe the 5-star reviews here and I would certainly question if these are not planted by BetUK.
