I’m still awaiting the return of my stake from March 12th since they have refused to pay out my winnings. It feels like they have simply taken my money without any recourse. It’s disheartening that nobody seems to be addressing this issue, as the gambling commission appears clueless and should consider revoking their license. It seems that anyone who places bets here has no opportunity to receive their winnings and is essentially funding a luxurious lifestyle for the company’s employees in Malta.

Wow! If only I had read these reviews first.I played here for one day. Deposited 60 won 80. They are refusing to pay me and say they are reviewing my account.Do not play on this site. Very poor customer service. Copy and paste replies which don’t address your enquiry. Back and forward for weeks, attempting to get a straightforward answer from someone. No personal touch with this company, just repeated copy and paste. They offer promotions then ban you from promotions because you had the audacity to use the promotions that they repeatedly contact you with. There are other betting companies out there with much better customer service. It’s very difficult to suggest BetUK to anyone.

I have read both good and bad reviews and my experience falls somewhere in between. My stakes have been restricted for some time but they offer a raft of free offers, more than any other Company, and so far, I have not had a problem withdrawing cash, as have others. If my account had not been restricted I would have given them 5*.

Account verification was asked for before a withdrawal was processed. I had not expected this but thr process was fairly straight forward and not too intrusive. Initially I made a couple of mistakes however the Bet UK team were very helpful when contacted and my withdrawal was completed and account active again in a short time.

Account was fairly easy to set up, usual verification documents requested. A bit difficult to master how to do this but managed it fairly quickly.Odds given appear to be competitive and after several bets, some won others lost am happy how it has gone and have had no problems in withdrawing winnings.

Signed up a few weeks ago as I liked the name (stupid I know) and they had a good welcome offer for new customers…. I lost with my welcome bonus bets but won some bets with money I deposited…. Its been about a week now since I requested to withdraw some winnings. After a few days they asked me to send a screenshot of my pal account (i desposited via paypal) with name, email and company logo showing. It took me ages to figure out how to do this but I managed it. A day later they asked for a letter for proof of address. I sent this as well. Only then did I Google and read some of the other reviews on here. They’re still asking for more documents but I don’t feel comfortable sending them after reading other reviews. I’m in my 60’s and this has been days of stress over something that is supposed to be a little bit of entertainment. Not everyone is massively computer savvy and all the back and forth has taken a lot out of me. If they had have asked for all this on signing up I probably would’ve given up and went elsewhere, but they supposedly fully verified my account on signing up. Only put all these obstacles in the way when trying to withdraw winnings…. Boy do I feel stupid for not reading these reviews previously.

Dreadful experience. Took my wifes bet and when she won, closed the account and then refused to pay the winnings. Then paid back the bet only but said she couldnt have winnings as bet made via a Paypal account linked to a joint account? Wasnt a problem until she’d won.

Had a list of horses to back friends know the owners so was nice to support them, however bet uk won’t let me bet the amounts I want, every single bet I tried and I tried many wouldn’t let me stake more than a few quid. Like they are scared in case you win. AVOID!!

My deposits were refunded as I breached the terms and conditions for using a PayPal account . Paypal accounts are not allowed at BetUK although they did accept my deposit through them.

I joined and went through topcashback, I got cashback on setting up and the free bets offer. I joined boxing day and have enjoyed using the app. Like any app there’s pros and cons but when you withdraw your money it’s in your account that day.

Awful company, awful customer service. I deposited 10, had a winner, placed a few bets and took advantage of the free bet offer. I withdrew 20. I was then asked to provide ID, bank card details and proof of address (I uploaded 4 different documents for my address). After doing all of this. I was then told my account was closed. Due to failing to upload said documents. They started off by saying they couldn’t disclose the reason why. Basically, they’ve shut my account and won’t give a valid reason. AVOID. Worst bookmaker I have ever dealt with.

What went wrong? Everything. This company needs urgently reviewing by the UK gambling commission. They are not fit to trade with members of the UK public.Out of all the bookmakers I’ve used over the years (I’ve used some dodgy ones) this one has proved to be the most vile.They take your money no problem, but win and try to withdraw? You’ll get account restrictions, asked to send verification. You’re verification will be rejected continously. They will ask to see your most secure banking data to get your funds. Their online chat says their systems are ‘pretty safe’ for reassurance. Pretty safe when you’re asking for the most sensitive data a person has just DOES NOT cut it.They are horrible people that just seem to want to make people go around in circles to get their own money.My bank fraud team informed me that they should not be asking to see your cvc security code. Yet their chat team ask for it to be uploaded to the system. They try to get you to login via their website to your online bank to setup a bank transfer request. They ask you to deposit further funds in this process, whilst dangling the carrot of being able to withdraw afterwards.They are horrendous. I have been trying now for over a week to get my money out of this disgusting company. Customer service, more like customer nightmare.They have no phone or way of speaking to a real person to help resolve your issue. Just copy and paste messages sent by online chat representatives in different countries. Gambling Commission needs to step in and get this mob sorted out once and for all.Please, please, if you are reading this avoid bet uk. Quite bizarre really, I have been betting with bet UK for several months, spending a lot of money and doing some of the promotions and all of a sudden, I am restricted on how much I can bet without so much of an explanation. Perhaps it was because I won a few quid from them and they didn’t like it? Quite bizarre with no help or knowledge from their customer support when I reached out – they even wrote to me in another language. Constant dead spins on the slots, probably had 10 bonus rounds in three days of depositing each paying less then 50x. I believe the slots are manipulated on this site. The RTP’s are lower compared to the competition if these are in fact accurate. Closed my account before they could take any more money. Not sure about the betting but stay away from the slots on here

I have been using this company for a few months. At first l was sceptical because of problems with my winnings withdrawal. However this was genuine as l was using a Nat West account. The site has a warning about using this bank. Since changing my bank details l have never had a problem with withdrawal or deposit. The site always emails to confirm a withdrawal. Some good points but much more bad.Bet Builder needs massively over hauled. While the markets are good, limiting the selections to pre determined options isn’t what people want in builders; customers want to choose their own options.Withdrawals are very awkward. When I ask for a withdrawal, even if it is to be reviewed, I expect my balance to reflect the withdrawal. I just can’t understand why it has to be so awkward.Good offers and decent prices for most markets make it an attractive bookie but yo be honest, the negatives outweigh the few positives

Quite poor service with settlement I have waited hours to have winning bets settled apparently they outsource their settling for example I had a winning bet on the afternoon darts session still waiting at midnight for settlement, also a snooker bet over 8.5 50s for one player in a match after two sessions a winner at world championship made to wait for 2 more days till the match ended

I was asked to upload documents to verify my account after I made a withdrawal which I did. Received an email back saying account has been verified and all documents were good. It still wont let me login, after contacting BetUK I was told that my account is now under review no idea what this means, customer service didnt know what it meant either. I need to access my funds in my account which Im told I cant. I need to know what is going on.

1 STAR is being generous!Firstly, Bet UK sent me multiple emails offering deals to try and get me to place a bet. However, once I placed my bet, they changed the offers which should be classed as false advertising.Secondly, they do not ask you for personal ID when you deposit money or when you place a bet, however, they do not allow you to withdraw your money, instead, they ask for personal ID using an app that will not accept your ID. Congratulations Bet UK, you are guilty of stealing customers money but you seem to continue to get away with it. Your a disgraceful bookmakers and you should be banned from operating as a business.

Firstly I was able to deposit thousands of pounds with no affordability checks and ID verification. Secondly and still currently a major issue unresolved – I requested a withdrawal to my card weeks ago but they have held it in pending status and asked for Proof of ownership of the card – I am not able to send a photo of the physical card as i threw it away recently due to damage and ordered a replacement. Instead I provided pictures of the virtual card & bank statements of proof of ownership. They have still not given me my money and no one is replying to my emails. Even worse since blocking this transaction they still accept deposits from this card they can’t verify… Absolute criminals i will be taking case to ADR

This is a complete disgrace of a company, live chat is worse than useless, no customer care worth talking about, to add insult to injury scottish grand national today and i couldn’t bet on it due to a fault on the system. The company is a joke removing my money and deleting account. Free bets = frustration. Nothing easy or straight forward with this company. Lack of knowledge from staff and lack of interest. Do not use this company. Just a pity I couldn’t score them lower than 1 star. They don’t even deserve that.
