Regardless of what you send to verify your account they will always want more including photo id? WHY. I sent everything they aked for (except photo id) and today i received an email telling me i must verify my account or my account will be suspended??? All this because i wanted to withdaw the princely sum of 18.25 and thats been pending since 30/3/23.If you are a sensible person who is doing their due dilligence before joining this betting site… DON’T DO IT!!!And Betuk shame on you.

Absolutely rotten. The customer service team do their best to be awkward and make you jump through hoops to get a free bet. If you email you just get a copy and paste responseThey are utterly laughable I suggest everyone complains to the gambling commission about this disgusting bunchDon’t bother with your generic reply about this not being the experience you wish people to have. Made a mistake on the initial bank details provided. Tried to change them and BETUK refused and then said as the bank details didn’t match the bank statement they then withheld my winnings and only paid my stake back. Quite happy to take your money but find every conceivable way not to pay out.

Placed a bet which won & Im told it can take up to 24 hours to settle ? The issue I have is another bet which lost, settled immediately and following all these 1 star reviews, they spear to have a genuine point. Not much by the way of offers for existing customers

Would give zero if possible. Refusing over 3k of winnings for no reason. Contact IBAS if you have any issues theyre well aware of the malpractice occurring at Betuk and will help you settle it fairly. This company wont be around for long. The site is ugly, the app is slow and the customer service staff not a brain cell between them.

Provided everything bar my DNA over the last 3 weeks. Still no resolution, still no communication. Very stressful and very suspect behaviour from this company. I understand the requirement for security and protecting all parties but what this company are doing is harmful for the customer because the process is so poorly managed and takes far too long. They didnt seem to have problems accepting payments from my card BUT when it comes to withdrawals that is a whole different ball game. Being asked to provide photos of the card used, bank statements, location etc because Natwest are not accepting payments from this site, not according to Natwest when i spoke to them. I have accounts with 4 other betting site and in all the time i have used then they have never once asked for any i.d to be provided in order for me to withdraw money. In my honest opinion its the worse site ever. Oh how i wish i had read these review prior to using this excuse for a betting site. Theyve asked for more details to better understand my experience. Rather than waste my time explaining, i would suggest that someone from Betuk sit down and read all the 1 star reviews as we are all saying the same thing, They dont like paying out.

Do not use this company!They are nothing but con men! I have been trying to withdraw from them for a month now. I have jumped through every hoop imaginable and sent photos, signed and stamped letters from my bank and all you get is a repeat letter to submit documents. They will not tell you what is wrong with said documents. Do not touch this company with a barge pole, it’s not worth the grief.

Terrible customer service.Free bets not credited from offer.Customer service is an absolute joke. Any excuse to try to avoid issuing the free bets. They apparently can’t understand which offer I am referring to (it’s on their own website), they can’t open links went sent to clarify. What a useless, dishonest and obstructive company.I won’t be using again and it looks as if I won’t be the only one.

Sorry to say, more of the same as I read below.Signed up as a new customer and won 135 off free bets. The problems then started when I was attempting to withdraw my winnings. They asked for various bits of ID, all which were sent. Theyre refusing to release my winnings, and have instead given my intiial deposit back and suspended my account.These bookmakers are nothing but cowboys and I would certainly not recommend to anyone. Youll not get your winnings!

I placed a bet recently and earned some free bets which expired on Sunday 26.3.23 at midnight. I tried to use my free bets on 23rd but they were showing as pending and I could not get access to them. I tried to contact you twice on the phone number provided but this seemed to be a private number. I also tried to go on the chat line but this was not helpful. Therefore I lost my free bets

Well I finally got my money back from BetUK, much has happened over the last 20+ days. Bet UK insist that there was a problem with my Bank, I spent a very long time talking to Nat West and they assured me that there wasn’t a problem, so really a stalemate. What I didnt know is that all bookmakers use a a “closed loop system” which means that they can only pay money back using the Bank card that deposited it, thus in my case as Nat West was the bank I used and as I couldn’t pay money in take out using them naturally caused a problem, but in all fairness to BETUK eventually payed me back via “wire transfer”Looking back I think I did jump the gun in pointing the finger at them rather quickly, but saying that I do not understand that before I could withdraw my money I had to send proof of my ID..driving licence, utility bill plus (my biggest dislike) was details of my Bank card, although this was done through a valid web site called HOO YU, but even so why.Well I’ve upped my opinion to 2 stars and will leave it like that.Good luck to any of you who are having problems.

Terrible service. They are making it absolutely impossible to withdraw my balance.I am with Chase bank. It has a numberless card. They ask you to send photos of your card to verify it.I discussed this issue with the live chat and they asked for a proof of ownership. I sent a proof of ownership, but they rejected it because it did not include the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my card number.They asked to go into a branch and asked for this documentation, but my bank is app-based and does not have branches.I screenshotted my app with the required details, but it didn’t have a logo.I have sent all this information and they are refusing to accept it and I can’t with withdraw my balance.Please whatever you do, choose another betting website.

I made three deposits totallying 110. I won some bets, and the balance is now 231. I tried to withdraw four times, all have been ignored. I emailed customer support, that was also ignored. I have now tried live chat, who spun me a tissue of lies that my bank was not accepting payments into my account. I had other bookmaker accounts, I withdrew from all of them and all have paid except this outfit. So there is nothing wrong with the card or my account. Lies like this I will not tolerate.If there really was a problem paying me, why did they not email me to let me know?Clearly hoping I will forget it and they keep my money. I have spent hours this morning trying to get help relating to an issue I am having with the provision of paypal identification.I have sent over numerous screenshots proving my paypal account identity. I have deposited over 1400.00 into the account without question and all i want to do is withdraw some of my balance.You advisers keep saying I need to provide all the information on one screen shot. Paypal won’t allow me to do this and I have been on to them for a further hour trying to get them to change the way they show account profile on my profile page. I have put two reviews previously on Trust Pilot ref Bet Uk not letting me withdraw my money, no joy still.After much research I decided to register with IBAS, and it was very easy, wether they solve the problems or not I.will have to wait and see. My next move will probably be the Small Claims Court, which to set up is 25 for up to 300 claim, but naturally if one loses costs have to be paid.My amount is only 43, but I do not like to be cheated, and that is my reason for furthering it.I suggest that as there are so many of us in the same boat, why not look into going down the same route.All the best to you all.
