Well I finally got my money back from BetUK, much has happened over the last 20+ days. Bet UK insist that there was a problem with my Bank, I spent a very long time talking to Nat West and they assured me that there wasn’t a problem, so really a stalemate. What I didnt know is that all bookmakers use a a “closed loop system” which means that they can only pay money back using the Bank card that deposited it, thus in my case as Nat West was the bank I used and as I couldn’t pay money in take out using them naturally caused a problem, but in all fairness to BETUK eventually payed me back via “wire transfer”Looking back I think I did jump the gun in pointing the finger at them rather quickly, but saying that I do not understand that before I could withdraw my money I had to send proof of my ID..driving licence, utility bill plus (my biggest dislike) was details of my Bank card, although this was done through a valid web site called HOO YU, but even so why.Well I’ve upped my opinion to 2 stars and will leave it like that.Good luck to any of you who are having problems.

There is no way any 5star reviews can be genuine. Easy to put money in but impossible to withdraw as they ask for endless authorisation. Scam company

Terrible service. They are making it absolutely impossible to withdraw my balance.I am with Chase bank. It has a numberless card. They ask you to send photos of your card to verify it.I discussed this issue with the live chat and they asked for a proof of ownership. I sent a proof of ownership, but they rejected it because it did not include the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my card number.They asked to go into a branch and asked for this documentation, but my bank is app-based and does not have branches.I screenshotted my app with the required details, but it didn’t have a logo.I have sent all this information and they are refusing to accept it and I can’t with withdraw my balance.Please whatever you do, choose another betting website.

I made three deposits totallying 110. I won some bets, and the balance is now 231. I tried to withdraw four times, all have been ignored. I emailed customer support, that was also ignored. I have now tried live chat, who spun me a tissue of lies that my bank was not accepting payments into my account. I had other bookmaker accounts, I withdrew from all of them and all have paid except this outfit. So there is nothing wrong with the card or my account. Lies like this I will not tolerate.If there really was a problem paying me, why did they not email me to let me know?Clearly hoping I will forget it and they keep my money. I will not, I will simply contact the regulator.Looking at other reviews, this company makes a habit of not paying out.

I forgot to say that I sent a letter to BetUK address as I found on line.Stanley Grv, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK4 4HP, United KingdomBut a gentleman just sent me an email saying he lives there, what is going on with this company.Well I have made quite a few reviews about this company since 12th March, Im only trying to take out 43 but when I read some of the other complaints I feel lucky.I have had the same response on Trust Pilot, I have sent an email load of rubbish, just more untruths. I have gone through Resolver, and also revisits IBAS, both who are very helpful, in my case 43 is not going to change my life, but I do not like CHEATS, and surely that is what BetUK are.Today I actually thought I was getting somewhere but the day has gone by and Im in the same position.What ever happens I will still keep trying and any opportunity of giving this company a bad review I will take, we must stick together so as to prevent others getting involved with people like this.Good luck everybody, keep fighting.

Compulsive liars, further down is a review I’d sent in on Friday about the scam offer they have on and the unbelievably poor customer service. They have replied to my review advising that they’ve emailed me with a that with hopefully fix the issues …. no email received, clearly just commenting on complaints to look like they’re bothered … absolute Joke of a company

I have spent hours this morning trying to get help relating to an issue I am having with the provision of paypal identification.I have sent over numerous screenshots proving my paypal account identity. I have deposited over 1400.00 into the account without question and all i want to do is withdraw some of my balance.You advisers keep saying I need to provide all the information on one screen shot. Paypal won’t allow me to do this and I have been on to them for a further hour trying to get them to change the way they show account profile on my profile page. They are now questioning the validity of such a request from betuk.update – They have now accepted my verification and blocked access to my account.

I have put two reviews previously on Trust Pilot ref Bet Uk not letting me withdraw my money, no joy still.After much research I decided to register with IBAS, and it was very easy, wether they solve the problems or not I.will have to wait and see. My next move will probably be the Small Claims Court, which to set up is 25 for up to 300 claim, but naturally if one loses costs have to be paid.My amount is only 43, but I do not like to be cheated, and that is my reason for furthering it.I suggest that as there are so many of us in the same boat, why not look into going down the same route.All the best to you all.

Bet 20 with the bet 20 get 60 sign up offer. I bet 10 each way on a horse at 9/1 totalling 20 securing my free bets if only they werent still pending expiring today.Update – Ive been given the free bets as a goodwill gesture, apparently my bet didnt qualify. The terms are not clear.

I try to test out multiple betting companies to see who offers the best deals and service. Bet UK is hands down the worst Ive come across. BS Free Bet Offers, withdrawal not working for days on end. Customer service staff rude and blunt. Save yourself the hassle, AVOID this company.

Still cannot get MY deposits from this company, they say use Resolver, so have tried that, one thing they wanted was a photo of my Bankers CardBOTH sides, that is when I got suspicious of them.Anyway having looked around at the numerous complaints I have decided to go down the Small Claimsroad, they only owe me 43, 40 which is money I deposited, but Im more than willing to give it a try.They actually say on my account that National Westminster and HSBC are refusing to pay money into BetUK accounts and suggest using PayPal, now doesnt that sound rather strange!

Existing customers got no offers at Cheltenham at all. Not even price boosts or specials. New customers got offered misleading offer 60 free bets but only 2 X 5 free bet were allowed on single horse bets. The other 3 X10 bets had to be minimum 4 selections accumulators. Then 10 on a golf tournament and 10 on Europa League. Who signs up for a Cheltenham offer and then wants to bet golf and Europa League???

Awful company, customer service constantly send you links to open if you click in them it closes the chat so you have to start again, the opening offer is a complete joke, random bets across sports you may not even follow, customer service staff rude and arrogant.. avoid at all costs

Have sent details but they are asking for more information all the time. The app is pathetic, can’t see this company being in business. Avoid

Cheltenham offer was a joke. Far to many T&C’s which aren’t evident until you have deposited. Website is poor. Server went down so guess it’s not set up to cope with lots of activity.On the positive side they returned my money very quickly.Not for me.

Placed a couple of 20 bets on the horses and went to get my free bets. Not there so went onto live chat who told me I hadn’t opted in and would need to bet it again to get them. Rather than add it on as was genuine mistake they simply refused. And now they’ve lost a really good customer just for sake of a measly 6. All they care about are new customers who will be in a for a shock when they realise how petty and jobsworthy this lot are.

DO NOT USE I signed up to use betUK and I they are happy for you to place bets, when it comes to withdrawing the money they want bank statements/sort codes and phots of your cards, they are stealing your money.

Based on my limited experience so far: the introductory offer is very generous. My bets were settled quickly. I have made a withdrawal and will see how long it takes to hit my account – quoted as 2-5 days, which is a bit slow compared to the big biys today who have instant payouts. The website is a little basic and not overly sophisticated, but as a new company they have all the markets I am interested in so can look past that.

There seems to be a major problem with this company, like many others I have been trying to withdraw money but also without success, I find it strange that they are still able to tout there business having seen the number of complaints, I guess as they in Malta they do not come under any UK rules.It will be interesting to see what ITV racing have to say.

Opening account, using offers and betting was very easy. I like being able to watch horse racing without having to place a bet. My only criticism is that it takes 24hrs to withdraw money to PayPal and other sites are much quicker

Signed up as new customer to get offers for Cheltenham next week. Horrific page, did not honor free bets. Deposited money which after 5 days still not back in bank. The site is terrible, hard enough to even place a bet without it messing it up. Stick to a big and known company like SkyBet or bet365.

Id give it 0 if I could. Awful page, awful customer service. Actually they called me a liar. Get out of giving free bets why saying you never opted in. On top of that every time I withdrew my money it went into pending for 2 days then they returned it to my betting account. Will take you 7 days to get your money if you are lucky. Stay well away from these. Theyll go the same way as bet bull. Bust.
