Thanks so much for processing my withdrawal so quickly. After my initial account opening and deposit, I wasn’t able to access the BetUk app due to a fault which said ” location issue’s and my ” location couldn’t be verified”. Maybe it was just my old phone. So sadly I couldn’t place any bets or use any of the welcome offer free bets that you gave me. I’d heard so good things about BetUk from friends and relatives, but must admit I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t get my deposit back because I hadn’t placed any bets. Obviously I need not have worried. I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t join BetUk, but as I said, it’s probably my old phone, even though it seems ok for most things.Anyway, thanks again. This company cannot be trusted. Settled a winning bet as a loser and refused to do the honourable thing and correct their mistake, don’t honour their offers and free bets and every single live chat agent I’ve spoken to has been a waste of time, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Very annoying and frustrating.

I have over 1000 in my account and last Friday was asked to send over proof of ID, proof of address and a copy of the card used for the account…all approved immediately by the system BetUK use. After an initial problem with my Debit Card partly Nat Wests fault (Take note they will allow payment in but not a withdrawal) the account is up and running well. Great weekly bonus. Would have given five star but withdrawal is two days which was initially nerve wracking as l thought that this site was a scam which it clearly is not. Bet uk will not let u cash out, let you lose, be when u want to withdraw winnings. will ask u to verify your account. I uploaded driving licence as id wouldn’t take it, then says i have run out of times i can upload it, try other form of id. Don’t have anything else. Think i have been scamed

Terrible, terrible company. Had no issues when depositing money or spending the money on their website. As soon as I have requested to withdraw funds back to the card they accepted money from they then have delayed, asked me to confirm my identity. I have done so but they are then insisting on me to confirm my identity again and not providing money owed. DO NOT USE unless you only want to waste money on them

APPALLING..This is my first review and its a shame it has to be negative but this bookmaker is so incompetent.Live chat takes forever, it is terrible, there are always issues crediting free bets and then when spending hours on live chat a free bet disappears when they add one, it is insane.I also do not lie it when they offer price boosts on horses, this is very dishonest.You may wonder why it is dishonest.. well the odds are not actually being boosted.I have witnessed it so so many times as i normally have the site open on race meetings and individual races and i have literally been looking at the screen when the letters P.B appear as a price boost except the price hasn’t altered.This should not be allowed, if a supermarket offered all customers half price groceries and customers visited the supermarket to find there is nothing half price there would be an uproar so how can a bookmaker get away with this.. its the same thing.There will be bettors that see price boosts and bet just because its a priceboost when infact the price hasnt changed in over 2 hours.. its disgraceful.I would advise bettors to go elsewhere , terrible untrustworthy site

I believe 2 days to process withdrawals and a further 5 days for it to reach my bank account is ridiculous. Most can do it in under 24hours. Either get more staff or speed up the process.

So a few of us bet Lakaku to make 1 foul with various bet builders. Most of us got our bets up some 4 or 5 selections but they voided Lakaku AND the whole bet.This is totally wrong, not in their rules about the voiding if a player plays in the game at all ( he was a sub)They they withdraw their link re void bets on their websiteAVOID these crooks.

Deposited 120.00 on 21st December 2022.I had a 40/1 winner soon after I opened the account.I had other small winners too but no bigger than 17/2. I have made a small profit of 136.98 since opening the account in 5 weeksSince the early few days I have a problem betting 10.00 which is usully my max. bet and it gets refered nearly all the time for approval. The last few days they have offered me only a few pence on my selections when I’ve asked for 10 or even less.

I was under the impression that they were best odds guaranteed on all uk and Irish horse racing but they are not.I backed a horse at 16-1 early price it won at 28-1 but they settled the bet at 16-1 I withdrew all the money in my account with them and closed my account.I will keep to the tried and tested bookies in future who are best odds guaranteed .Most of their competitors are much more generous.Steer clear of this cowboy company.
