Very disappointed. Opened a new account and carefully placed a £10 bet following the terms and conditions for the free bet sign up offer. My bet settles and then I ask where my free bets are – they reply to say they’ve decided to refuse me them ‘as per their right in their terms and conditions’.Really shocked and upset – don’t go with this company. They treat paying customers like cr@p.

I have been using these scammers for a while but not anymore. Today I deposited £300 to place a bet and was blocked from doing so. The site said it needed personal financial information from me which included accessing all my bank detail thru my banking app which I refused to do. I tried to withdraw my £300 but was blocked and via the online help was told I was being ‘processed’! I asked for an immediate withdrawal and they have refused. I will be writing back to them and copying the CEO – gustaf hagman to see if that makes a difference. I will also be contacting my bank about these fraudsters.

Total scam.My bet 7369352271 was incorectly settled as there were corner kick in the period 15:00-19:59.I have even uploaded a video proof that the corner was awarder in the period.They start asking me when the game started.The corner WAS TAKEN after that.Total scam.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I put a £40 bet on 8th January 2024 for our next MP to be Nigel Farage. Checked today and couldn’t understand what happened. They took my bet at 100/1 but today when checked they had only taken £1.27 and left the £38.73 still Ok my account. Done on line chat and they stated in chat that the platform used only would accept £1.27 bet . Didn’t inform me in January about anything concerning unable to accept the whole £40.00 bet. All I remember it took 24 hours to confirm. Ist time have betted online and never again. Still bewildered. Feel totally cheated and confused. Stay clear. Shocking company.

DONT USE THIS BOOKMAKERS UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BE WITHOUT!Have being a member of this site for over 12 months, they were a decent company! I deposited £240 over a week ago, account was restricted straightaway asking to verify documents, the information being asked got to say the only bookmaker I’ve used that have asked for very private information, anyone would think you was asking for a loan! 8 days later after providing all info asked for, still can’t withdraw my deposit I made! Speak to online staff, haven’t got a clue so don’t waste your time believe me, raised it as a complaint…. Don’t waste your time, it falls on death ears and they fob you off with jargon that account still being verified and can’t give a timeframe when it will be complete (after using it for 12 months and already being verified last August 23)! I bet if I didn’t have any money in the account the verification would of been done in 24 hours so they could make some money, funny enough seem to only do it when you put money in!Not sure how there in business but so many gambling commission rules they have breached! There own t&c’s mean nothing and now a day away from submitting court papers to them to give me my money back, this isn’t money I’ve won either, it’s my own money, generally don’t know who they think they are but the sooner the new UK laws come in for gambling companies the better as I bet BetUK will go in to admin and fold based on the amount of claims they will have!All the other reviews people have wrote about how corrupt they, are true! Do not use this site I got an offer of bet £10 on a bet builder and get a free £10 bet I did not receive my free bet and when I got in touch with customer services they acknowledged my qualifying bet was suitable but insisted I would not get my free bet causing me to close my account DO NOT USE THIS SITE !

Been with Betuk for almost a year, then asked for verification and to send paypal and bank details through there link…that’s fine, so i did and account was still locked, spoke to live chat and was told to send again, repeated this process several times through live chat and the verification link, each time being told need to resend…then was told on live chat all was ok, but need to send paypal proof again, so i did, then got an email saying all has gone through only for my account to be still closed…so back on live chat for the 7th time, only to be told i need to send all proof again, when i told them i had previously been told all was ok, i was then told can this person needed to see my proof….at this point i refused and came off the app…very disappointed with the service, clearly a problem there end or they are not trustworthy, apart from that, was enjoying the site…

They limit my bets for no reason other than for them not wanting to lose more money. I make a profit, but not as much as I should. Bookmakers set odds, and should take the risk. Do they limit punters that lose money to them?

Horse odds are on a timer and they’re automated to be taken down at the exact time of the race regardless if they’re running late or not. Obviously way too much effort to pay a person to press a button when they’re off. I’ve told them but they don’t care about customer feedback When they start taking odds down before the race it’s shambolic. Log on 5 minutes before race and there’s no odds. They’ve been taken down. Race video shows nowhere near being off in fact it was late by 7 minutes in the end.Needless to say it wonCustomer service team don’t have a clue and just fob you off with none answers then have the actual cheek to ask if they can help with anything elseWon’t use again

They give you the free bets and then restrict the maximum stake you can use meaning you only get to use a very small amount of the free bet and forfeit the rest of it. Which is unlawful by the way but if you complain you just get told it’s their conditions. They say in a reply further down this page that they operate under strict conditions but one of the conditions of the gambling commission is that free bets that qualified before a player is notified of stake restriction should be honoured in full. So not adhering to those rules. Live chat don’t care

A typical UK site that is operating for the odd £1 bettor, if you attempt to bet anything more than pocket money they’ll either restrict you straight away or ask you to provide proof that you are of sound mind and have gained authoritisation from your conscience to make those bets. If you fail to convince their bet police that you are all that they’ll tell you that you don’t know what you’re doing and they’ll bar you from the site.I don’t think it’s their fault, unfortunately the Gambling Comission is all over these companies now and the industry is not going to survive for the long run. Such a shame.

Website doesn’t always work properly on iPhone but they do have some decent offers until you actually win a few bets and you get restricted. Same old with bookies. Don’t want anyone doing well and only losing money. I earned some free bets by doing offers and then I was restricted on the amount I could use for the awards even though I’d already lost my own money obtaining said offers.

My account has been blocked for a month (immediately after I deposited money) for reasons of verification (verifications that were carried out before). When I contact them on chat, they have the insensitivity to lie to you day after day without shame, telling you to calmly wait for their answer because they appreciate that. They don’t have a timeframe to resolve these situations, so you can easily wait for 2 years without any answer, and after 2 years they will tell you the same thing. For your peace of mind, AVOID THIS SITE AND THIS COMPANY! I am sure that they will also respond to this post with the famous lie that they are sorry for the unpleasant experience and that they are a fair site and do everything legally. JUST A LIE! This company are terrible, you cannot speak to anyone over the phone, just on a live chat which is useless or email and you never get a response the same day. They asked me for documents last month as is required by all betting companies, however i sent them proof of address, and other documents, but they asked for a photo of my bank card both sides without covering any digits!! I did this but insisted on covering the middle numbers. then yesterday i deposited £250 to use and found my account blocked, they asked for proof of my address again!!!! They also wanted photos of my driving licence, i gave them but cannot understand why they did not do this last month with everything else? Another day later and I have been asking for my money back in my bank, they are refusing to do this until all checks are completed. I need this money and they are holding it without my permission. BEWARE OF THEMSo they have replied on here a hell of a lot faster than the emails and i never said i was scammed? I just want my funds that they are still holding without my permission and if closing the account this should be done fast. why they are saying to go to live chat is a joke, no point, useless. they need a phone line so we can speak to someone

There were no odds for the 3.17 at towcester greyhound race. Even worse as soon as the clock ticked to start time the market was taken down even though they were running late. I’ve told them about taking markets down before they’re off but the customer service team don’t have a clue and the traders don’t careI’ll go bet elsewhere. You get odds from oddschecker and they’re in the betting slip on betuk home page. However when you log in the odds change. Of course none of them ever change in the punters favour and even worse many of them go over the 1.20 threshold so you can’t use the profit boosts . Example a team 1.20 changes to 1.13 as soon as you log on. Please don’t insult me with a copy and paste reply saying you’re sorry or asking me what the issue is. When I emailed you about it you didn’t understand what I was talking about. The customer service team need educating. Had no issue with the site for a long time, quick withdrawls and good experience. However, it has been overshadowed by the poor “review procedure” they have and the length of time it has taken to complete it. 2 weeks ago today, I deposited money, and then straight away was restricted from the site for a review, i should have never been able to deposit if that was the case and then they would not let me withdraw it. Every day for the past 14 days, I have asked for an update and I have had the same answer, “the relevant team (who only work until 4pm – no evening staff) are reviewing it and will be in touch when complete.” I understand there is procedures but no customer should be waiting this long. Have been patient but enough is enough, they are keeping a balance from me I would like to withdraw.

OMG !!!!!! Avoid this website disaster! A bluff!I deposited 350 pounds and immediately in the next second they blocked my account, on the reason that checks are being made. Ok, I’m waiting for the checks that were done when the account was opened. After a day I start contacting the live chat to see what is happening. No one on the chat knows anything and I get the same answer: THE TEAM NEEDS SOME TIME TO PERFORM THESE CHECKS. When you ask how long it takes, you never get an answer. Every day I contact the chat and email and receive the same banal answers! Even up to this moment, my account has not been unlocked and I have not received the money back! This site doesn’t even offer match result and both teams to score football bet options are pretty limited. I also had an issue at the weekend where after playing lightning roulette for half an hour where i didn’t get a multiplier, it rejected my last £8.40 bet when one of numbers then got a x250 multiplier. Probably something to do with me opting in to the jackpot where they take 9p off you for each bet but that shouldn’t have stopped (superseded) my bet going ahead (nothing in T&C that a bet won’t be placed in this circumstance, will take to GC if need be). They should ensure the 9p is restricted to be put on. No one available on live chat for hours. Eventually raised but 3-4 days later still no reponse

I have never seen a bad company like this who take over three weeks to action a simle request , i dont have millions or even thousands in my account. When i asked for my own money to be transferred back they said they are investigating my account , All this time when i giving them money they never complained. Whenever i ask for an update only get thank you for being patient. My account balance is not massive. it is matter of couple of hundred pounds. its getting ridiculous. I might add yet to receive my credit (balance) back in to my bank. On the app for android, my bet builder had won 4 legs out of 5. Even after the one game had finished, it only showed 3 of 5 winners, this would have affected the amount I was able to cash out. Really bad from a company who takes hard earned cash and don’t play fairly. By the way, the option for minus stars isn’t available on trust pilot
