A fairly good betting platform with good offers. I deducted a point because sometimes it just stops working. Like I go to the “My Bets” page or “Offers” page and nothing loads up until I refresh the page multiple times.

Utterly dreadful. I wish I had checked the reviews first. Deposited money and placed a bet after joining and almost immediately my login details weren’t recognised. Recent my password many times but still they weren’t recognised. Emailed support and after 48 hours said it was fine and to maybe delete the app and try again. I reinstalled the app, details not recognised! Reset my password again, details not recognised. Utter sh*te. Life’s too short to bother with scam companies like this.Update: Just closed my account by having to go through Live Chat with someone called Bryan. I was 3rd in the queue and it took 10 mins so obviously just one person supporting everyone.I couldn’t find anywhere to close the account, on App or online, so I just simply needed a link.The link he gave me was a ‘self-exclusion’ or ‘gambling addiction’ link even though I had specifically said that it was customer service. Took another 15 mins of questions and BS but it’s finally closed. What an absolute b*llache!

There is a very good reason why this company has so many negative reviews. Their systems are flawed, placing bets the wrong way. I found this out and spent 9 hours trying to rectify the problem. No one was available for the whole time until the final result. They resolved the issue after the match had finished obviously within 10 mins, which obviously they won. Several agents, Courtney, Amber, Emily, Rebecca to name a few are absolute liars who cannot be trusted and lead you on. Their resolution to 5 complaints was a reply to state they’ve banned me for 3 years😂 I also got cut off several times due to “system” faults, yet when my “system” fault happened coincidentally at the same time, they denied it 🤷🏼

Won a substantial amount on a bet and then when I went to withdraw all the issues started. Asked for every document under the sun. I had to send in some of the document 7 times as they just kept asking for the same thing. After weeks of satisfying their requirements they have now refunded my initial deposit and won’t pay the winnings. Totally gutted and can’t believe they have done this. I will be taking it further but please to anyone reading do not bet with them as they won’t pay out the winnings.

This has to be the worse online bookmaker I have ever used. I deposited funds into them twice and one of the payments didn’t credit the account. I was told initially the money would be put back into my bank account but instead of this they took it !I had to complain ferociously and the handler called Emily was extremely rude making it feel like it was my fault. Eventually I got my money but with no apology and no free bet for the stress or inconvenience. This is how they treat loyal clients. Its a disgrace . I wont use them again and you shouldn’t . Emily the worst customer service agent ever also refused to let me speak to a Manager to discuss. Amateurs and seem happy to take your money without crediting it to your account.

You will have issues getting your winnings if you change your bank card for any reason (lost/stolen/expired) as they make you go to the bank and get a letter to prove your old card was yours. Surely this is or should be done at the outset when deposits are made. Not when they customer is trying to bank some winnings. They make it as hard as possible to get your money quoting it is a regulatory requirement but it is not as I had to go through the process with another bookie for the same reason and a letter from the bank to prove you are who you say you are was not required.

Terrible Customer service, no regard or thought about customer. No help in Complaints or withdrawal lots of better firms out there. Avoid Bet UK and back wagers with Bet fair and Quinbet alot more reliable and trustworthy. Many thanks. Mr Nigel Doughty.

Guys don’t bet with this people , after won and still have money on my balance , they log me out and once I spoke with live chat they don’t give you any information and just keep you money .DONT BET WITH THEM

Poor odds. You can only use ACCA bet boosts if the teams are 1/5 or better. So all the teams that other bookies have at 1/5 they deliberately price up at 1/6 so you can’t use them. Very sneaky

Scam! Don’t sign up!I don’t gamble but my friends and I are having a Cheltenham day tomorrow. So given I did not have a betting app I decided to sign up with their welcome offer. Deposit and bet £10 and receive £30 free bet.I did not receive my £30 free bet and customer service advised they have the right to refuse it.Shambles.

literally a shambles of a company. no phone number so can’t talk to anyone, just live chat which is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. asking for documents that don’t exist and won’t send me funds in account until the document that doesn’t exist is sent! They also want me to send them more money before they will send me the money in my account – don’t think so! please do not ever send this company money, you wont see it again!

Do not sign up with this company. I was offered free bets on sign up and they said I did not qualify. This surely is criminal behaviour. They should be investigated. I have read similar experiences on trust pilot

Absolute shambles of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Refused to apply the free bets on “Cheltenham Free Bet Offer”. I deposited the £10 and placed it on a single of more than 1.9 as the T & C’s stated. I have now been informed that my account is restricted as per their rights as it is only available for accounts deemed for “recreational users”, my account and betting pattern is nothing but that. A complete scam, the app is poor, customer service non-existent, the chat is a bot and I’ve been waiting days now for a response via email, I’m told will come, but I won’t hold my breathe. Don’t even bother signing up, they have no intention of honoring the free bet offer.

Every Cheltenham or Aintree BETUK fail. Either the site crashes or you can’t log in. This time they logged me out the app and when I tried to log back in they said “incorrect details.” They weren’t. So I went through the rigmarole of changing my password, which they accepted and invited me to login using the new password. And yes, you guessed it, “incorrect details” popped up again. So day 1 at Cheltenham I have to bet elsewhere. Again. There is no fone number for customer service because most clowns are silent, so what would the point be?

Bet uks website is a bit outdated, but it does what it says on the tin,I use PayPal to fund and withdraw from the site very quick and never a prob,the so called bigger bookmakers should act more like them an all round positive experience.

Been using betuk for last 4 months. Completed their bet challenges and accepted their offers. Now after a couple of wins I’ve been stake restricted to the point there’s no point placing the bets. Just to rub it in they keep sending offers to my account that I can’t qualify for because they won’t let me stake enough.

Normally use bet 365, tried these. Format of betting confusing, offers impractical, no video of races and long wait times for money returned to account. Going back to 365. Don’t touch these.

Betuk simply aren’t competent enough to be trusted.I’ve had numerous issues and wasted a huge amount of time trying to get “profit boost” multiples resolved since both Constitution Hill and Marine Nationale were declared non-runners for Cheltenham.Over the past 3 days I’ve wasted a lot of time, been told different things by different “support” staff (including that I’d have to wait for OPTAs final decision….hmmmm). Today I was email stating that CH would be a non-runner, the odds had been recalculated (do I lose all of the boost?….the boost was the only reason I used betuk as I could have gotten better prices elsewhere) – The information I’ve been given has been confusing and at times wrong, I still don’t know what is going on – they claim the prices have been “recalculated” where I’m seeing the same prices and it marked as stake refunded and marked void (no stakes have been refunded!!).I will not use them again as I can’t trust the platform or what I’m being told. I asked that they escalate to management – which has been ignored or they don’t have any….

Terrible customer service.Reported a horse a non runner (Constitution Hill – all over the news!) and asked for my NRNB bets to be refunded.After 30 minutes on chat with their customer services, I was was told that they couldn’t cancel (it’s not a cancellation and was not a cancellation request!!) and better still was told I’d have to wait until it was voided by Opta!!! (Opta do not cover horse racing!!!!) Update: Also, I was told by the girl that it was taking so long for the “relevant team” to get back because they were putting out a lot of Cheltenham offers that day – a lie – not a single new “offer” apart from the “offer” that was already there – the NRNB – which the vast majority of bookmakers are doing now anyway!

No way to find current and settled bets. When you withdraw money you get a message encouraging you to deposit funds. Very poor.
