Bet UK responded on here to pretend they are interested the other day -I left them my contact details through the Trustpilot site, but nobody from Bet UK has been in touch with me, and my account is still frozen. It’s basically theft of funds from an offshore scamming entity. Stay away people. This could easily happen to you.

Consistently remove horse and greyhound races before they’re actually off. When you tell them they just copy and paste a lot of nonsense. They’re absolutely useless. How difficult can it be to wait until the race is actually off? If the race is 3pm and they actually run at 3.02pm you’ve had it because they disappear They are also incredibly mean when it comes to free bets bonuses.All you get is copy and paste replies

Terrible company. Currently withholding my money and refusing to payout. Requested a picture of the front and back of my card and said I wasn’t allowed to obscure any details!! Every time I try to withdraw money, it goes to ended and then pings back into my account a few hours later. Scammers. Ive been fighting to get my money for a week, they keep saying its an issue with paypal and my bank card so basically I cant have my money!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN A HEARTBEAT BUT WILL NOT PAY OUT. Absolutely disgusting and needs shutting down.

Following my last post, I complied yesterday and provided the third lot of ID documents and photo verifications. Got an email saying everything was in order and ‘please enjoy the site’. Guess what -I just tried to log in and my account is STILL BLOCKED with my £1k in it. These people are beyond useless, and of of course acting unlawfully by retaining my money indefinitely without justification. Watch this space…

What a shambles this company is. Chat is not worth a carrot telephone them you cannot as no number provided, emails after emails to get my winnings paid which took 3 weeks to get – they hide under the pretence of AML and proof of card ownership asking for documents after documents after documents. I don’t think anyone should bet with this company. I believe it may be a scam. They froze my account when I started winning (£1003) on the pretense that they needed to ‘verify my account’. I provided an HSBC bank reference. They still didn’t release my funds. I told them I want to close my account. They said I could not until I send them confirmation of my ID and address. I sent them a bank statement (as requested). Several days passed. Still my account remained frozen. They then said they need a credit card photo. Why??? I told them I just want my money -they have everything they asked for. They still retain my money and clearly don’t want me gambling and want to keep my money (they can earn 5% interest on these £ millions they hold on frozen accounts). Please don’t bet with them. It will cost you time and money if you are lucky enough to win with them. I still haven’t had my money. I have raised a formal complaint but they just tell me they need more ID info every time I provide what they want.

Good solid 7/10 for BetUK between Oct & Dec 23 – no issues with account set up or withdrawals (Unibet, 888 & William Hill take note!) Nice site with some decent promotions and odds boosts. All in all one of the better sports betting sites

BetUK okay until I refused to submit any financial information. They accepted deposits but then put an instant block on not allowing me to place the deposit. Then treated with total disrespect and had to fight to obtain my own balance. My withdrawals were instant on this occasion it went beyond their rules. Who would deal with an organisation whose CS hide behind email/chat and you can’t speak to anyone. The practice of withholding peoples own money should be outlawed.

Criminal company!! Have spend over £500 today playing online games. From Eyes of Horus to fishing frenzy and at and average of £1 -£1.60 spins it takes on average £150-£200 to get into any features with an average payout if £6.50!! Absolutely disgusting, and pictures to prove!! Now Bet UK like all the other companies scamming punters will say they have nothing to do with payouts and everything is legit and they have random RGN on games. Well I’m telling you like most other people are , your games are scamming the punters and you don’t give a damn as long as you are profiting. Now if you care then please contact me to show evidence that the payouts are as they should be! Opened an account with them and can’t log back in, all I get is session expired. For the first time in my life I was happy that my bet lost as I don’t think I could deal with the hassle of trying to claim the winnings.

Betuk stole the balance I had in my account £881. They closed my account and refused to correspond. I lost £1200 in bets before I won the £881. I am absolutely disgusted and I have stopped gambling

After making a few deposits today my account was suspended for verification without any warning, they requested access to my internet banking , really? They also held my funds until account been verified, I tried to take my money out but this was blocked by BetUK. I understand that some accounts need verification but why do you need to access my bank account? Just wondering if I ever gonna see my money back

Beware of this bookmaker. They put every obstacle possible in front of you when you try and withdraw. Hiding behind the need to ‘verify’ your account. Asking for documents that are almost impossible to get hold of and changing their mind about which documents are required everytime you submit what they ask. At present they are refusing to pay out unless I get them proof that I used to own an old card that was registered to the account and is now cancelled. I have contacted my bank several times and they have said they can’t provide this. I informed BetUK of this, they’re reply the bank is wrong ask them again! I have asked them to suggest alternative documents I could supply they refuse. They owe me £215 and are illegally holding it.

Perhaps I’m just unlucky and a bad loser! I closed my account because I was fed up of results beyond bad luck and probability, black jack lost 9 out of 10, roulette 35% not covered yet lose 80%, 50 spins covered 32 to 31 on board about 30%, not hit 1 out of 50. These were a few examples of regular sessions over a few weeks. To be fair been on a few other sites and similar luck elsewhere. Roulette I know each spin is random but you can’t help thinking it is just fixed against you, which is nonsense, but you can’t help thinking that or unlucky Alf would fare better than me.

Opened an account yesterday First bet 200 double ( unlucky but lost) Then had a 250 win at just over evens which they accepted 109 and sent the remaining £140 to a trader to accept At this point my balance went to 0 which in anyone’s language means the other 140 was accepted however after the game it said bet refused (£140 on a high profile rugby union match)I queried why a trader refused this ( what a shithouse to do this) and had my account suspended and they refuse to close my account and pay my money (£350 in there) I’m taking litigation and reporting them to the gambling commission What sort of yellow belly corporate bellwipes won’t take £140 on a champions cup rugby bet live on tv! Then steal your money you have in the account ?Numerous messages ignored in 24 hours! Beware of this company they are frauds

I opened account August 2023. Bet UK have been brilliant accepting my bets, great responsive website , withdrawals within a few hours , always .I had recent concerning experience which hopefully I will get a response from Bet UK on through Trustpilot .All was going well until Saturday November 25th . I was aked for proof of the debit card I was using . I immiediately completed the verification request however my account was still blocked. After spending 2 hours on their chat line I was also asked for verification of my previous debit card which was unfortunately lost or stolen. I clearly could not provide this as the card was gone . Betuk insisted I contact my bank and provide them with a letter that the card had been terminated . I called HSBC twice ( another 35 minutes ) who informed me they do not provide such information .When I explained why I needed it, they informed me they have never had a previous such request and questioned the integrity of BETUK asking for this information .By this time I had truly lost the will to live . BetUK had frozen my account & HSBC refused to issue a letter .The following day I spent 2 hours ( now a total of over 4 hours) on their chat line . All I got from them ( not the agents on the chat line …….they cannot make any decisions ……everything is referred upstairs ) is that unless I send them a letter from HSBC I would be unable to use my account and unable to withdraw my balance which was over £4000. I pleaded to talk to someone but their policy is NOT to talk to customers …..bizarre . Everything goes through their chat line agents who are basically empowered to do nothing .This caused me a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety and was started to be really worried what sort of business BetUK were . Gambling is stressful enough without having to worry about the integrity of the bookmaker your playing with . I truly thought I was going to lose my money .I was totally locked out of my account …….could not view my balance ,history nothing .I called HSBC a further twice, and eventually persuaded them to issue me with a letter.The whole proccess took 3 weeks and eventually on December 15th my account was reinstated .I am 64yo, gambled most of my life with accounts with many bookmakers . I have had verification requests in the past , however other bookmakers appear far more fair in their approach , giving customers a fair amount of notice to provide the verification information .In BETUK’s case , my account was frozen immiediately, and I felt I was treated like a CRIMINAL ……..guilty until proven innocent……..just thrown to the wolves. The incident caused me an enormous amount of distress…….for 3 weeks . The point of writing this is not to complain about BETUK. They surely can do a bit better …….you do not have to treat your clients in such an awful manner. I Have only written this as there is no one I can talk to at BETUK . Hopefully I will get a response through TRUSTPILOT . Come on BETUK ……..it doesn’t need to be like this . You’re a fabulous bookmaker but somebody “upstairs” has just gone power crazy

I have deposited £1500 recently to the website and played and i luckily had chance and hit some winnings and withdrawal my winnings in total £10798.75 i got the screenshot of that contacted the chat couple of times. While i deposit it just takes second they take the money from bank account instant but after my withdrawal request my account has been blocked. I have not received any notification or update. They say we will email you but it’s already over 24 hours nobody sending email regarding my withdrawal it is very frustrating. Now is my main money and my winnings they are keeping without reason i can provide any documents they require but nobody is contacting with me also i sent an email regarding that auto reply came still nobody gives and update.

I had been using this site for multiple months with no issues. I then deposit some more money and they block my account asking for verification. i sent them all of my documents and its now been 2 weeks and still cant use my account.any time I use the live chat i get the same answer of we cannot tell you how long it will take to review. was perfectly happy to accept my money and then block me from withdrawing it. Will not be using this site again as they had multiple chances to ask me for verification before i deposited my money but decide to wait till after.

Terrible company and should be banned. Very misleading marketing in offering great odds to tempt you in, but then not accepting the bet once they have received your funds. They then make it impossible to withdraw deposit funds (via same payment method) without sending them multiple layers of documentation which they are happy to bypass when depositing funds or placing bets. Only when you want to get your funds back are you refused unless you send lots of personal details that could compromise your own personal security.

Never know a site like this, they keep putting restrictions on my account for no reason and then fob you of by saying account is under review and will be done shortly but been over 2 weeks now and still can’t give any answers, so be aware if you win big from this site they don’t like it and will put restrictions on your account.. I have found that Bet UK has a vast collection of hosted slots, instant and Sligo games to play. There are hundreds of slots and games with minimum 10p a spin for fun fluttering. Bet UK WILL NEVER steal your winnings or cash, but they are forced by government regulations to keep you waiting for it until your ID verification is completed. In my opinion Bet UK has friendly and professional customer care team and it niggles them as much as you if you experience negative service from them.There is something I miss that is not on Bet UK. That is virtual sports and numbers gaming. Can Bet UK website include them in the near future?

Deposited £500 over a week ago. As soon as i deposited, BetUk totally restricted my account. Not allowing me to gamble or even withdraw my own money back. I’ve had to give them access to my bank, which i really didnt want to do, but it was either that or lose my £500!I’ve had no emails on this whatsover and my account still blocked. It wont allow me to do anything on my account. I’ve now, without been asked, just sent them another email with details of my passport, 2 bills and all recent payslips, again not what i wanted to do, but trying everything i can to enable me to get my own money back!! Never had any issues with BetUK.Not as many offers or free bets as William Hill,but purely as a betting website ive only positives.Live racing,and good bet settling speed.Wouldnt say the website looks fantastic but it has the bare bones.Many thanks for allowing me to bet and if I occasionally win I dont feel like im going to ne shut down.

I signed up to Bet UK over a year ago but found the interface rather unreliable. It may have just been me but I often struggled to navigate the site on my tablet and place bets and largely gave up on them. A good promotion a few months back drew me back and I found the site far more responsive, quick and easy to navigate and I’ve used them more regularly since.I mainly bet on horses and football and they often have better odds than competitors. Additionally best odds guaranteed is available on some races which is important to me as some ‘big’ name bookies no longer offer this.Another good feature is the live coverage of the races which is a better quality stream than some others.Withdrawing funds has been quick and easy.
