Following on from my last review;I get an email to advise that my account has been closed permanently because it’s linked to a “excluded account”This is laughable, i’m not self excluded from any site and if i was this would have been picked up on opening the account so how can a account be closed when i’ve been betting and loosing for 2 months, it’s now only been closed because i won a bet?!I had over £600 in my balance and they are refusing to pay this out, they have only refunded my deposits.. this is utterly scandalous..For one, if i was excluded, they have breached laws and allowed me to open a account a bet (im not excluded just for argument sake)This is purely because they don’t want to pay out the money to me, i expect the money i rightfully won put in to my bank asap

Have had an account for months with them, and after depositing some money and placing a few bets, they decided to block my account with no communication or warning. Have provided all necessary information and documentation, which has been reviewed, and accepted. However account is “still under review”. Despite multiple emails a day, and live chat support, account is still “under review” 10 days later, with no timeframe on when it will be lifted. The latest update, on live chat was that they are now requesting further documentation. No email request of this, and nothing showing on my account. Contact us back on Monday if you haven’t received the request. Will end up having to go through IBAS at this rate to get my money back. Company is an absolute joke.

The replies from Betuk on here are ridiculous. Making out they’re restricting accounts for legal and responsible gambling reasons. Are they really that daft or they just telling porkies? Restricting accounts has nothing to do with responsible gambling. Restricting accounts isn’t a legal responsibility It’s all down the fact you don’t like people winning and when they do, just like you did with me, you restrict them.

I opened my account up about 2 months ago, i deposited quite a few times and had a string of loosing bets, i finally won a bet and went to withdraw it.. coincidently i then get a email advising my account is locked and i need to send documents in (shock i wasn’t asked to do this until i went to withdraw) I then submitted all the documents asked and to be fair they were verified and approved quite quickly, i then went on to live chat to ask when i can get in my account and i was told ” the team need to verify the checks with the higher ups ” why do they need further conformation on my documents when they have already been approved? Over 2 days later and i have still not got an answer to when i can get in my account, i have been on live chat 5/6 times and i have aksed then question, what more is there to check and how long will this take.. no one can give me a striaght answer accept i need to be patcient..This is such shoody service, no other betting site has done this before or been such a nightmare to get simple answers from..I want this to be looked in to and the team who are apparently still verifying it to sort this out asap as it’s not acceptable whatsoever this service

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! Joined this sports book/casino recently. They asked for initial documentation passport and utility bill for standard verification, which is understandable. Documents provided without and problems and my account was unlocked. I’ve placed multiple sports bets and won. I’ve came to withdraw my funds ‘YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED’ I contacted live chat to query this and they advised they require a copy of my bank card used to deposit. I’ve sent both front and back it got approved, but guess what my account is still under review!!! I’ve contacted them at least 10 times to query why it’s taking so long to be told the same thing ‘it’s under review’ Typical gambling company happy to take your money but not happy to pay out!!!!

Also if you play a live game they take a extra 10p for evey bet just after you place a bet…watch your balance. I cannot log onto my account ever sonce I lost a significant amount. When i was winning, they let me bet whatever i want but when you start losing, they do stuff that they have not told you and just make it hard for you to adjust. Also, they do not release your withdrawal unless you have a chat with them. Overall, it was a poor experience. Please do not try to use this site

I will be reporting your multi blackjack to the Gambling Commission I’ve never seen blackjack like it, in which the dealer has either 20 or 21 virtually every single hand. Dealer never busts. I’ve read some bad reviews here and I am not sure why people post them, I had nothing but great experience with this website so far.First of all, I couldn’t deposit or use the account before verifying it so it’s a good thing they don’t just take your money and ask questions later but instead verify you first!Secondly, I was able to place a £1,000 bet on the NBA on Friday which won £880, and I made a withdrawal for £1,880 and it was paid back to my card, no questions asked, everything works perfectly fine with the site. I’ve also managed to place many small bets risking £100 to win £5 or £10, all of these deposits/withdrawals were processed smoothly.So once again, I am not sure why so many people posted bad reviews here, but my review here is genuine, I wasn’t paid a dime to post it, I’m a genuine user of this website and as far as I’m concerned I’m giving it 5 stars, it’s far better than many other websites I’ve been using so far!

As previous reviews have said BET UK are ok until you win then all of a sudden every bet you try to make has the stake limited, how on earth a £5 bet on a 3/1 shot is going to cut into their profit margin so much that it’s limited to £2.81. You ask customer service for an explanation and they just send a cut & paste set of their t+c’s. Then they demand id which takes them forever to process and lock your account in the meantime! Can’t be dealing with these types of bookmaker it seems any of the Leo Vegas sites work in the same way……..be warned………..funds withdrawn, which also took an age after I kept getting error messages, account closed. Sort yourselves out Bet UK et al.

They stake limit you on everything, the promotions only last for about a day.Needing to withdraw funds to a card that has expired is an ongoing issue for over 3 months now. Back and forth wanting information that ends up not being enough. Their support are extremely poor also.

Great experience with this betting site. Easy to use and plenty of regular free bet offers and promotions.The app can be a little slow to use, and I have to regularly change it from fractions to decimal odds (my preference) but the web version is usually stable.

I’ve been using BetUK for over a week. Platform slow and awkward, customer service quick to respond, however they seldom solve queries. I’ve attempted to make a withdrawal of £833, not a lot in the scheme of things. My account was immediately restricted, several issues have arisen following BetUK’s poor communication, my account is still restricted, my funds are still being held. I’d suggest using one of the more trustworthy online providers. Very spurious business. Don’t use them.

If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid joke of a company, as soon as you win they restrict your account, then trying to send documents to confirm identity is a joke, my bank statement literally has about 20 dates on it but they won’t accept it as it’s not stamped, banks don’t stamp your letters, complete joke and surprisingly they do it before £30 worth of free bets are about to expire so i couldn’t use them. Now over 3 months I have been trying to get my money. Problem was the card used originally had expired. After all this time and sending so many items to prove who I was, they told me to contact my Bank and get them to confirm that the original card was mine. That done, I have heard nothing, let alone getting my money. Do no use this company.

I opted for a £190 cashout, which I subsequently confirmed before logging out of the platform. When I logged back in, I discovered that my cashout had not been put into my account. I wrote to the support staff about it and was told that this was due to a change in cashout value in the second it took me to click on cashout and then click “confirm”. I received no on-screen message to say my cashout had failed. The drop in cashout value was a mere £4, yet the entire cashout request was cancelled, even after I had confirmed my request. Other gambling sites simply pay out the lesser value because they understand that human beings cannot keep up with rapid computer-generated price fluctuations, but not Bet UK. My appeal was rejected with the usual meaningless quotation from T&C’s. I then escalated to the complaints department and this likewise failed. I asked for confirmation that it was their final decision and requested that, if so, could they provide me with the information I need to appeal to IBAS. I received the confirmation that the decision was final, but no reference number required for an IBAS complaint. I raised a complaint with IBAS anyway but was told that I need that reference number, so I cancelled the complaint. I’m recovering from throat cancer treatment and really don’t need the stress. I will not deal further with this organisation as I believe them to be unjust, hiding behind T&C’s. I was quite happy with the site prior to this event. It has good presentation and decent odds. The trust is gone now and I urge others to be careful. It’s impossible to keep up with a computer!

I have been waiting for a response for 5 days now I have £5,000 outstanding and I can’t withdraw funds and pending withdrawals have been suspended. Every time I try to contact live chat they say they can’t give me any information. I have sent an email to betuk but no response which was 2 days ago now. I think this is horrible customer support. I will be talking to my solicitor over the coming days to get my funds. I use multiple betting accounts and this has never happened.

1 star is the least I can give this disgraceful, dreadful, abysmal company. £230 deposited in a month prompts a review by their safer gambling department. This department then closes your account and that you are not allowed to withdraw money if any bets placed before account closure are winners. The Gambling Commission told me otherwise after speaking to them twice. People on live chat bog standard who tell you that they are not in contact with the e mail department. I had an e mail and was on live chat to Zack. Furthermore you tell them you are mortgage free, have accounts with your bank gaining interest plus a high interest account elsewhere and you have GAMBLING DEBTS. Stay well clear of this lot. I have a winning bet which should have been settled on 08/10/2023 which unlike most other bookmakers who give you a fair deal and would settle accordingly, yet at Bet UK you must wait until the end of the Tournament. My bet Romania least Tournament points £20@11/5 with 100% profit bonus. NB Chile not included in the market. They bet 11/5 Romania 7/1 Namibia. I have spent hours over 08/09/10 October dealing with people on live chat with no answers given to questions asked. They use Akinfenwa as an ambassador. He was known as the beast when playing football and a nice guy. This lot are a beastly company. They need a number for people to be talk to when complaining instead of wasting people’s valuable time. I have deposited just over £100 into my Bet UK account yet can not access my account now as it is under review by the safer gambling part of Bet UK. They have also stated I have gambling debts. Live chat a waste of time as are e mails. Acknowledge receipt of e mail but nothing else. I am writing to them and going to sue them for defamation of character. By the way mortgage free and money in the bank. Also failed to settle a bet on 08/10 when result is known. Now got to wait 3 weeks. Do not deposit anything. Small amounts I have deposited make me a problem gambler heavily in debt

The prices are superb on almost all markets that I bet on and they are also very generous with their bet boost and free bet offers. Found them to be an excellent bookmaker -I used to use Bet365 for 95% of my bets but these guys are much better and generous with their odds and offers

I signed up as a new customer with a decent free bets offer. Depositing was easy and straightforward. I found T&Cs clear and readily available to see. Since then there have been lots of profit boosts, often 100%, on golf, horse racing etc. and ‘place a bet to get a free bet’ offers. I haven’t used Acca boosts as they aren’t my thing but I can see them available in the promotions section too. Website easy enough to navigate and I have so far found the odds offered(mainly horse racing and football for me) to be very competitive. Not really used the casino to give a comment on.
