Deposited 1800 then won 1500. Tried to withdraw and my account was instantly locked for verification. 1 week later and it’s still locked. I wish I used a different company. These amounts of money are very high to have locked so long.

Paid £10 deposit. This was the 1st online bookies I have ever used. Placed some random £1 EW bets and won about £40. They immediately flagged my account as suspicious and suspended it. They were kind enough to give me my £10 back. AVOID AVOID AVOID This site at all costs. Take your cash to a physical bookmakers instead.

I would have rated this company -10 if it was available l opened an account in June depositing £30 from my bank account then found that I was unable to place a bet then thinking there was some problems I deposited another £30 via PayPal and still couldn’t place a bet, then after accepting £60 I was asked to prove that I am really me by sending details of my bank account and PayPal account (which is something that I have been advised not to do) I managed to send my bank details but I have struggled to forward details of my PayPal account in fact I have tried unsuccessfully 11times , so now I am in a position where I can’t place a bet and I can’t get my money back. I strongly advise anyone thinking about opening an account with bet UK to forget about it and go to a reputable company instead I honestly can’t believe how badly they treat their prospective customers.KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Bet UK are the worst betting site I have ever dealt with. I won £100 yesterday and they are now saying it will take up to FIVE DAYS to pay me. They even asked for a photo of my Visa card, both sides. I reluctantly provided that but they have still not paid me. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

DO NOT USE!! I was depositing fine for 2 days and no problems then I won a bet and tried to withdraw, all of a sudden they’re asking for documents. This is in breach of license 17 in the gambling commission. It also states,’ A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier.’I was betting for 2 days all fine and they could have reasonably requested within that time. But no they only request when I withdrew. This is unjust and honestly theft as they’ve allowed me to deposit all I want until I withdraw and it’s a problem. Honestly do not use BetUk it’s the worst I’ve ever used never had these problems before

On the 24th of August I placed a few horse racing bets at York.Bearing in mind I had placed bet before for a week or so.But on this occasion my selections came in and with one other selection on that evening I ended up with £1076 in my funds.When I tried to withdraw the company asked for verification docs which I sent ! But nearly 4 weeks later -No communication although I e-mail every day but nothing back .They are not getting away with this .THEFT is the word and they will be prosecuted.

After some time since logging in I was asked to verify, I have been trying to sort it today Lewis was fantastic all day, then unfortunately a rep called “Anita” was rude and failed to “locate my account” which had been located atleast 15 times the same day by Lewis without fail… will no longer bother!!

As the same as below, another victim of their account locking after depositing money. They were more than happy to take my money, morning after placing my bets I woke up, couldn’t log in, took days to respond. Resulting in it being impossible to cash-out etc. Asked for a photo of my passport which I done, now they want a proof of address. Sent a screenshot of my payslip over and they only take photos of paper and not of screenshots. I haven’t had a phsyical proof of address letter in years. Guess they’re just going to take my money….

Decent Experience I joined Betuk during the free bet promotion and it was all fast, paying out the free bets and all. But starting with it took a while as they kept asking for address proof. What I didn’t like is that after I placed my third bet, every time I log in, they kept signing me out saying account not verified. I will verify it once,(which itself is a hassle, as the chat was pretty slow to respond). Kept happening multiple times in the span of 3 days, before I decided not to waste my time on it anymore.

Absolute joke of a firm, avoid at all costs, day 1 deposited £50 and placed one of their free bet offers free £20 which won at 3/1. Day 2 they didn’t recognise my e mail address and password, it is almost impossible to talk to them, they want to send you to outside agents which looks decidedly dodgy with the information they ask for. Still haven’t got a satisfactory response from them and this is since March. Given up trying to even get my £50 back, biggest jokers since Boylesport.

Suspend account and steal money. I signed up a few days ago on the bet 10 get 30 offer, i registered and it said don’t need to upload any documents etc, i then deposited and placed the qualifying bet which won, when i tried to log back in and then couldn’t, the account is suspended and need to upload loads of documents now, not even the courtesy of an email to let me know, just suspend the account and then need to wait on live chat, awful, will just suspend your account and steal your money

Going to contact UK Gambling Commission and Resolver to complain about these criminals and report tbem to the relevant authorities. Also, will be contacting newspapers, TV programmes as well as posting reviews on social media and review sites starting here. Possibly, lawyers and small claims court too if needed. A few days ago I requested to withdraw my balance but was refused and suddenly three days later they decided to ask for three different documents. Two of them were fine, the photo ID was the problem. My expired passport was rejected and I do not have a driving licence. They told me I would need to renew my passport or get a driving licence otherwise they would not allow me to withdraw my money even even though Gambling Commission rules and regulations regarding online bookmakers clearly state: “You can withdraw your money at any time without unreasonable delay or restriction. You don’t have to withdraw it in instalments. They can’t confiscate your money if you don’t log in or prove your identity within a certain timeframe.” Does everyone in the UK have a valid passport and/or a driving licence? My name, date of birth, address, payment card and bank details have all been verified. This is obviously a scam they are using to steal players’ money or keep it for as ling as possible to earn interest on it. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour.

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with this betting site. Not only did I have to endure the arduous process of trying to verify my account THREE times, but each attempt was marred by the chat support system crashing on me. It’s baffling how effortlessly they allowed me to deposit my funds, but the moment I won, withdrawing turned into an unending nightmare.I’ve spent time on various betting sites, and I can confidently say that this is by far the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Very poor. No verification whatsoever to take money from you but then start asking for personal date like your passport and utility bill just to withdraw money out. To suggest this is standard practice (as I’ve seen in a few replies) is nonsense. I have accounts with a lot of bookmakers online and none of them have asked me to do this. Why should people be expected to upload very personal documents that could lead to identity theft to a random portal just to withdraw their own money?Do not use this site.

Betuk casino is a sick joke…10 hands and dealer got blackjack 7 times…5 times I got beat on 20 by dealer hitting on 12 and getting 9. Avoid..Avoid..Avoid..I never write reviews but I feel I have to, warning you of this betting site..They are fine when you are losing, depositing money..But if you start winning then your in trouble..They will ask you to verify your account, which is fine and sticks to the gambling guidelines..However they ask you for documents that you will never get..They know this..Usually it’s id card with picture, bank statement, household bill.. picture of bank card..Not this company..They will ask you to get your PayPal account with email and PayPal logo showing..You can not do this on a mobile phone.You need a desktop pc to do this ..Then you have to screenshot it, which they don’t accept..This is the worst of all…They will ask of proof of card ownership..This you will never get..No bank will give a document containing of your full length bank card.. never, never..They know this…You will have to jump through loopholes..Absolute shocking betting site I used to think they was really good until I started winning..AVOID lads/lasses

Lost patience with theseWent to place a bet on the 6.10 bellestown race and yet again they took the odds off before the race had actually started. I went on live stream and they hadn’t started loading yet. Betuk do this a lot especially on USA racing.
