First downloaded the app then on the first 2 slot games was reasonably fair and had a few decent wins. Came back a few days later and have played a few times since and not won a single good bonus since. Seems a bit of a scam and games seem incredibly rigged. Will run your money to nearly gone then you get a bonus and returns nowhere near what youve played Guess its my sign to call it a day lol

Stay away from this site just been set up to not pay anything ever spins are freezing. And you never get any promotions or bonuses no matter how much you spend. Rude customer service. No one there to answer your enquiries even when they do. They never have any solutions. They don’t care about customer’s loyalty no respect. To customer ever. Cash out a joke , then it freezes for some reason locks you out , but if your bet losing it stays open was only with them a few months to see how they did will 100% be changing sites

From my experience playing on Betvictor, their horrible odds are really bad, poor scatter payouts, poor game payouts with $650 profit with no return, no enjoyment not fair gaming and the dead spins of zero payouts is ridiculous. My opinion, their casino is rigged, deposit after deposit after deposits of horrible gameplay is a scam, and they overwhelm the fake 5 star reviews to hide the 1 star reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this corrupt scam casino.

If I could give this a zero rate I would. Don’t waste your money they don’t like to pay…I have to withdraw 4 times and still didn’t get the money asking me to contact customer support when I did they are of no help. They are a scam…when you’re putting money in it easy but when to do a withdrawal you can’t

I’ve normally had a good experience and fast payout . BUT recently I’ve noticed somethng really weird going in . Anyone else or can someone explain !!I normally do accumulators in football but I’ve noticed I’m betting on games placing my bet on what I think is still 90 min game or about to start . As the timings BetVictor are putting up .. so I’m watching my accumulator then 15 mins later one the games says full time ended loss ???? Yet I placed the bet at 9.55 the game started at 10.06 then I’m told the game lost at 10.23 ??? A 90 min game !!This has now happened on so many of my bets . Please explain bet victory bec I’ve lost a lot money on bogus bets

Crooked con artists who want to get people addicted to gamblingMy son won £30 of free bets a month ago in their US President promotion (Way to go Trump!) and wanted to use them sparingly when he chose to, ideally on international football matches involving Wales, as this is his main choice of sport.Apparently this wasn’t allowed. He had to use them in one go within a week, presumably so they could get him hooked and get him to gamble more often and with increasing funds. So they took the free bets away.What happened to setting limits and their slogans about responsible gambling, ‘Take a break’ and ‘When the fun stops, stop’.Sue and Liam on customer service both hopeless. They kept us waiting for well over an hour, despite being Active on Live chat, in the hope that we would abandon the complaint.We will complain to the Gambling Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, and our MP. Hopefully their licence will be taken away.

I love this site for sports brilliant. But ky reason for 2 stars is the games are absolutely terrible I’ve played now for 6 months on the same game sake stake big bass bonanza and I’ve never had a bonus 1 pound stake my highest win 7.50. It is all rigged end off. That is my lot. Take action stop complaining and just stop it is nonsense. So you can deposit without ID and address verification, but if you want to withdraw – the verification is needed. Basically for a customer this kind of reasoning seems very fishy and I would stay away from this site JUST BECAUSE of this

I thought I had issue with my welcome offer. I was not aware it was me keep ignoring the bonus message which pop up at the start of the spin game. I spoke to Chris and they were very helpful to ask for screen capture. I had experience speaking to other webchat from other bookie, they would only say nothing wrong with their system and none of them really helping and just push you away. However, Chris did it totally different by asking what I screen was and being helpful to resolve my issue in an proactive way. I am really impressed even it was my careless mistake causing an query.

Deposited on account and after 5 mins of play my account was closed (no notice) for verification. Website says 24 hours , after 24 hours still locked out contact and was told 3 days ! However I’m still left without my account being paid into my account after I gave my new bank details as normally when I win and cash out it pretty much goes straight into my bank account but after taking this morning and told I would be able to withdraw soon I’m still waiting at nearly nine thirty at night with still nothing in my account. This place is rigged and a scam. The live eSports games is 100% a scam . Ive played this before and other sites but I can definitely say it’s rigged. There is absolutely no way it’s not. I played and everytime you bet they know and all of a sudden there games go under when you bet. They should be banned like the others. It’s just impossible not to believe this. Do not bet the eSports which you would think there is live players playing but it is. Everytime I bet all of a sudden the live watch disappears and then some B’s happens and you lose. Don’t play
